I ordered these to celebrate the birthday of one of my coworkers. It was a total hit! Everyone loved these delicious and beautiful bombos and now we are going to have to make it a tradition because I don’t want anyone to feel left out. Needless to say, I totally recommend Cafe Chica. Everything they offer is delicious. The owner is super friendly and helpful. And the presentation and quality is way above anything else you can find in Albuquerque

The bombos are to die for! I live out of town now and have been waiting for months to try them. They did not disappoint. I got a half dozen and was able to try each of the weekly flavors. My favorite was the pumpkin tiramisu—the pumpkin mascarpone mixed with the espresso glaze was heavenly. There is a reason the bombos sell out just about every single day!! I also got the almond breve latte which tasted just like an almond joy! Café chica will be a must visit every time I come home.

Cafe Chica is hands down my favorite shop to grab a sweet or savory treat. In fact my favorite item to order is the everything but the bagel bombo. Literally one of the best things I have ever eaten! I love donuts, but always get sick of them after a few bites bc of the sweetness. A savory bombo is perfect and I could eat them everyday! Please go support this fantastic business, you will not be disappointed!

I drove from Los Lunas to grab some colorful desserts and called ahead. The woman was patient and kind! She promised to wait for me! When I got there, I ordered too many pumpkin cups to carry but she improvised and everything worked out perfectly! Her quick thinking made the trip enjoyable and worth every second in the car! Bombos were delicious!! Pumpkin cups were an innovative way to draw in new customers! Thank you for your customer service! It was amazing!

Oh my gosh - you HAVE to try all of the incredible things that come out of this adorable shop. The effort and detail put into each and every delicious treat is to die for. Mariah has a keen talent for all of things confection! PLUS El Vado is just the neatest place to go and enjoy a great time. 12/10 highly recommend!

Pros: I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler Matcha and the Lemonade. Both of the drinks were perfect! Just the right amount of sweet with lots of flavor. Their crème brûlée waffle reminded me of a pan dulce from Mexico. Cons: The sweet donuts are presented beautifully but don't hit the flavor. We ordered the fruity pepples with the inside filling tasting sour. The chocolate on the chocolate donut was bitter. I ordered a raspberry filled....with no filling on the inside. There is no phone number to contact.

Been 2x. first time had the pumpkin. cheesecake. really rich. definitely one to split. all of the cream had a more cheesecake consistency, rather than like cheesecake "bites" inside. Really nice. Got the vanilla, as well. AMAZING. This one still hasn't been topped for me. PICTURED: The "everything" but the bagel is AMAZING but for me, too much cream cheese! still a great try. the creme Brule. same great vanilla filling in the "plain" but now with a sexier, crunchy shell.

These are seriously the BEST thing ever. You can tell in the flavor of the baked goods how much time and love goes into making them. The staff is so friendly and the coffee was the really really good. Extremely well priced for such a high end treat!
