It was a cold night at the Rio Rancho Winterfest and the curry hit the spot. It was nice that the food truck had those coasters that buzzed when your order was ready eliminating the need to stand there waiting for your name to be called. The food was amazing and a lot healthier than the typical fried food fair. This is the kind of food truck that I would follow around just to get more.

The Umami Moto food truck’s offerings are worthy of royalty, and their signature sauce is something of which our staff here at Long Leash On Life could indulge daily! Their truck was stylishly adorned, their team’s service top-notch and their unique culinary creations were enjoyed universally at our Day of Honor Event, including by our beloved vegan guests! We had Umami Moto cater our wedding and it was a fantastic experience. They were very professional to work with before the event, arrived on time, set up quickly, were super flexible with the menu, and had great service. And most importantly, the food was amazing! On a special day, they were absolutely one of the highlights. Thanks team!

They came for a company event and were patient, nice and made some amazing food, the Korean burrito and kimchi fries were amazing! Definitely recommend

What an amazing find! Ordered a meal for lunch and another for dinner. Had the Street Noodle Curry and a side of Kimchi for lunch and that meal was phenomenal! The portion was perfect, the flavor and quality was just overwhelmingly good! I was also offered this sweet hot sauce which I placed in the curry and kimchi and surprisingly enough, the flavor of the curry and the sweet hot sauce blended well! The sauce was definitely spicy and i loved it! I enjoyed that meal so much i ended up ordering the Smash Burger they also suggested with hatch pepper and a side of Kimchi for my to-go dinner. Although the burger ended up a little soggy by the time i got to it, it was still amazing! It could be one of the best burgers i’ve ever had and that’s a bold statement to add on here. I also put “the hot sauce” on the burger and it definitely gave it a kick and a different flavor profile. Just the burger by itself and to have the second flavor profile, i can do with either one. I do like spicy food though, so i would definitely put that hot sauce in every meal they offer. The Kimchi for my side was great too! I ordered a total of 3 one for lunch, one for dinner, and one to just snack on later. I’m curious if the kimchi was home made. Either way, it was good. Better with the hot sauce as well. To top it all off, the customer service was great! I will definitely follow this food truck around while i’m here in ABQ or whenever i pass through.

I was at a luncheon @LULAC Convention until they started serving shrimp. I'm allergic to shrimp and found the Unami Food truck at the Plaza. The sweet potato tots are crispy and serve with a tangy sauce. The smachburger with Kimchi was delicious. Also, their customer service was great. Greatly recommend

One of the best burger’s I’ve ever had hands down, I’ll be hunting these guys down as long as they stay in business. Support local!!!

The truck showed up 1.5 hours after their schedule on their website. We ordered online after about and hour and waited for about an hour after being told multiple times they were setting up. We ended up canceling the order at almost 10 am when they were supposed to be open at 7. They only offered to put us as a priority, no other consessions. We will definitely bring food to Ex Novo next time they are there.
