Went here for four years, I believe they committed insurance fraud. Charged my insurance 1,800 dollars for one very routine office test (of course, the insurance would not pay, because he sent the test to a out of network lab!) marchenko asked the MA amanda to fix it, she gave him attitude instead of just doing what she was told...this girl doesn't need to be working I health care, very unprofessional person that doesn't like patients. She should work as a correctional officer or something. She gives MA's and nurses who not only care about the thier patients, but do it with a smile, a bad name. Amanda, go somewhere else, you are a big part of the reason I am leaving Marchenko's care for another provider! You also treated my sister very badly. You let her drive all the way to the office for her appt and then told her Marchenko was out sick...you notified everyone else that he was out, but NOT her! She had a seizure 30 minutes after she left the office. Please leave health care before you damage another patient! You are a shame in the health care industry and give nurses that care a bad name. Anyway, I still don't know if the mistake that was made on my insurance was fixed. I am going to call this week, if it hasn't been fixed, I am going to notify the proper authorities Also, marchenko knows the individual that runs the lab very well, this stinks soooo bad of fraud. I would have never known this was done, if my insurance hadn't raised a red flag. This was done as soon as my insurance became active...greedy, greedy, greedy people. I have found another provider. After four years of being at this office, it was sad having to leave, because I did become somewhat attached to Marchenko. Who wouldn't after 4 years? I am writing this review not because of Marchenko, but Amanda. She is the person behind the scenes that behaves so badly, it will leave you flabbergasted. Patients beware

I have been seeing him for 6 months since we moved back to Rio Rancho, now and he has been nothing but respectful patient listens to my complaints of pain, and has always given me my same meds I have been taking for years. The thing I don't get is why the DEA shut him down because some of the patients were selling their meds, they need to arrest those ppl not shut him down, how is he suppose to know what they do once they leave his office, we all signed the form stating that we would not sell our meds, so now to find another doctor that does prescribe my meds will be hard, USA Clinic only wants to give you shots and open you up. These ppl that got caught selling has ruined a lot of ppl that need their meds. Thanks for being ignorant

I've gone to Medicus clinic on and off for a couple of years due to its convenience. My last experience ensures I will not return. I had to receive a shot and the nurse, Julio was beyond inappropriate. As he was giving the shot he said that was the needle I felt and not him getting fresh. He stood behind me with my pants down longer than necessary and I believe purposely rubbed himself up against me. Marchanko is rude and frankly dangerous. I told him that I take a medication that has lethal side effects when taken with certain other medications. He tried to prescribe one of those other medications and told me that he wasn't going to look up possible interactions since I didn't bring him a google search print out of what wasn't safe. He and his staff refer to himself as doctor and he is NOT a doctor, he is a NP.

Walked in for the express care and the disinterested woman that deigned to present herself after I rang the bell looked at my insurance card like a chimpanzee confronted with the choice of throwing its own feces at me. I mentioned that I could pay with cash but then I was refused service because I forgot my ID. I could have had $1,000 cash in my pocket and they still would have refused to see me. If not for the rude treatment, I may have returned with said ID. Do yourself a favor and just go to the DMV if you want better service.

My daughter need a step throat test. So first we went to Urgent Care at Presbyterian. They told us that we need to wait for 2 hours in the croud room with sick kids all over. Just for a test? So I've searched online and find Medicus Walk in clinic. They told me to come over. No appointment necessary. So we drove and they accepted us within 10 minutes. They did test and Doctor Marchenko prescribed antibiotics. I was really impressed with Doctor and quick service they provided. So we no longer go to Presb Urgent care. Will recommend it to all my friends.

The overall experience was terrible the service The practice did see you very quickly but the Doctor Who currently resides there with an accent you can't miss him was absolutely rude to my three-year-old daughter and was rude to myself. I will not recommend this practice is to any of my friends and family. Nor will I return there.

I haven't been to the Walk in clinic but had the opportunity to see Andreas Marchenco for a physical (I hadn't had one in several years). I really liked him because he is very open to non traditional therapies as well as doesn't prescribe pharmaceuticals unless needed. I felt he was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time asking questions about my history. It was so unlike all the visits I had over the past years at ABQ Health Partners and Lovelace where the Dr comes in for a maximum of 3 minutes, comes back in with a prescription and says have a nice day. The follow up was also good. After doing the blood/urine work at the lab he asked for, I found out I had a bladder infection but was asymptomatic except for excessive sweating. I was so relieved when the sweating stopped especially when working out which calmed down to normal perspiration. I will definitely go back in a year or so when I need another physical. BTW, after reading Liliana's post, I find it difficult to believe since one of the nicest things he told me when I was making a comment about my children was "Children are our flowers" That stuck with me. So if she thought he was rude to her daughter, ... well..... there are always two sides to the story.... just saying.

Best DR. Ever! I'm so thankful I found him. He has done such an excellent job with my whole family! But most importantly is the way he made sure my 14 year old son was diagnosed correctly after lovelace ER failed to do so twice! He had been in so much pain and this Doctor made it happen all the necessary blood was taken and he then sent us to the right specialist. 💜 our son had gallbladder blockage surgery yesterday. Must come give this DR a try for yourself!
