"A Disappointing Visit to Taco Bell" I couldn't help but notice the lack of freshness in the food; it was a letdown compared to previous visits. The rice, in particular, was undercooked, affecting the overall quality of the dishes. It felt like they have previously prepared food and just microwaving it again. Moreover, the drinks were a major disappointment. Instead of a refreshing beverage, they tasted like sugar water, lacking the expected flavor and balance. It was quite a departure from the enjoyable options I've had in the past. Taco Bell has been a go-to fast-food choice for me, but this experience left me unsatisfied. I hope they can address these issues and return to delivering the quality and taste I've come to expect.

Terrible. food was old gave wrong drink. black beans came literally a quarter full. chalupa shell was rock hard potatoes also stale. Rice in power bowl was crunchy. Pretty much messed up every item in our order will not be returning here in the future

The Taco Bell side of this restaurant sucks. I ordered delivery and did not receive one of my orders of chips and cheese, the cheese for my 2nd order of chips, 2 orders of nacho fries and cheese sauce, an order of black beans for my daughter, and there were absolutely no sauce packets in the bag. Not to mention the cheesy roll up for my daughter wasn’t melted at all, it was just cold, shredded cheese inside of a cold tortilla.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Got home, and the food was cold, old, and poor. (See photo) The fries were very old and hard. The burritos were thrown together with hardly anything in them. Plus, I didn't get the extra sauce - to which I paid for. Walked in to get a refund, and the employees are just hanging out on their phones with the gloves on they handle your food with? So, the food is compromised with dirty gloves. I asked the manager if he would pay $10 for this food and, and with no remorse, just said he can "remake it" - no, thank you. Just a refund.

I found the longest strand of hair in my chalupa. Not ok. They just gave me a rolled up taco that was hard as a rock. I'm going to stop coming here. Ridiculous

How are you gonna screw my order up argue with me about it and then try to charge me more?? And then I just said let me get a refund and you bring the manager out to argue with me. I’m being polite as, and you wanna argue about, it,? I don’t have time to be waste in a drive-through because y’all can’t listen and then just straight up argue with the customer. Bad attitude, bad service and I’m sure the food would’ve been just as bad dodged a bullet.

Girl at the drive thru rude not paying attention I had to repeat myself 4 times and then she kept interrupting me . Have the business closed they shut down KFC 2 or 3 hours before closing. Also only make chicken pot pies on certain days. Employees seem more interested in closing the store than running it. Worst tacobell and KFC ever period. If you don't like or want to do your job leave. Customers don't deserve your lack of ethics or commitment to do a good job no matter the job. I have never seen any management.

Taco shells were wet on the outside of the shell and falling apart, like they had the food sitting there pre-made. nacho fries were ice cold and asked for no tomatoes on the 2 chalupas I ordered each one had about 20 pieces of diced tomatoes then 2 beefy five layer burritos which asked for no beans and they only gave one and I live a block away none of my food should of been cold or soggy last time I go to this location they have never got an order right they will fix it for you but by the time it's all fixed took a hour for 2 nacho fries boxes and they were not even busy with 4 workers sad can't even get fast food correct or within 15minutes
