Terrible service. Got sent to space 3 which if your famiar with this location can't be accessed directly from drive through window you instead have to drive all the way around the building to come back to it. We waited 16 minutes and cars were passing through the drive through and other 2 waiting spots. Finally went to check what was going on with our order and they seemed confused and couldn't tell us what was taking so long. Overall terrible our food was luke warm by the time we got it. Mcdonalds isn't a place we go to often, and after this experience we will not be returning. Chik fila is a few minutes away they have far superior customer service and better tasting food although the line seems long it runs through quickly and smooth. Save your self the time and stress don't be served "unhappy" meals like we were at this mcdonalds!

Was in your restaurant earlier this evening, my family and I grabbed dinner from there before heading out to a funeral in Deming NM. I still had my soda sprite to be exact , I opened the lid to finish my beverage when I got this in the back of my throat, a plastic tube or something full of mold and God knows what else. I believe it's from your ice machine. I have been calling the restaurant since 8 p.m. last night. And it rings and rings and rings. Then It sounds like someone answers,I say hello a few times and then it hangs up on me.

Calling like 10 times no answer it's 11am 9-5-22 I live like 30 min away and just need to know if the play place is open not calling to complain. Pretty sure they are use to complaints and that's why no one answers. 🤦 Is the play place open or not simple yes or no guys takes two seconds ?

They got my order wrong so not only did I have to wait for the food to be cooked I had to send the lady back in twice because they didn't give me my soda did you put pickles on my sandwich! I did order my food fresh and even though it was fresh it was just too greasy the fries were extremely salty I never asked for extra salt or anything but other than that it went okay I don't want to get anybody in trouble but they definitely need to work on their communication with each other to get the orders properly prepared and they should stop over salting the fries that happens too many times it's like I have to ask for no salt in order to get a normal tasting french fry

Great Food for husband's Birthday 🎂 🥳. 6-Thumbs Up. Cleaning Good Service. Just one thing that wasn't to "Our" tasting was the cup of coffee. Not too crazy with the Keirig coffee. Would've like freshly brewed. But just a suggestion, All is Good. Will return....

We go to this McDonald's almost every morning. The staff at first were nice and did great. The new staff on the other hand are not very good. We get attitude every time we go by the girl in the front and always have to argue with her for our full order which is two coffees. She always only gives us one and not the other and says we just ordered one. We show her the receipt and it shows two coffees. She then gets the second coffee and and gives us attitude while handing it over. She doesn't apologize or anything just says here and closes the window. When we ask for the receipt back after getting her attention back she just says we got rid of it already. She then closes the window and walks off. This location has gone down with customer service.

There should be better communication between the store and corporate and IT. 9am on a Sunday and the dining room is not open. The curbside is not delivering and the only option for picking up a module order is drive thru. The drive thru has a line around the building. This needs to be communicated on the module app so one is either prepared or can choose another eatery. This is not fast food.

While the chicken deluxe sandwich was pretty good, it was obvious it had rested under a heat lamp for awhile. The fries were stale. The diet coke calibration was off. I give it a D rating.
