In my maps it said this location closes at 11pm. When I went there it was about 5 til 10pm. I usually like to order through the kiosk but there was already an employee at the register so I thought I would just order there. The employee seemed like she was counting money or something so I waited for her to finish. After about a minute I asked if she was ready and she rudely replied “just waiting on you”. As I was waiting for my food another couple sat down to eat and that same girl yelled at them that the lobby was closed! I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I couldn’t sit down to eat it when it’s ready. The maps on my phone said the dine-in closes at 11pm! Not 10pm. Not a big deal but I didn’t realize I would be kicked out after ordering. Been going to McDonald’s since I was a kid. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s employee be so rude.

First could only order part of my order thru the app. Unable to order Hamburger 🍔 Happy Meal McMahon store customer service has always been Mediocre, but these employees practically tossed the kids McFlurry's in my face at the window, I had to pull up and wait for my orders. Got the ice cream 🍦 before the food.. The poor girl bringing out the food order, ran into the 🚪 door. Not hard she was laughing about it, the only smile I received, at her own expense unfortunately 😕 The picture below is my Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, after putting the tomatoes 🍅 back on. I haven't eaten McDonald's in over a year and I remember why . It's was the only place opened late so I had to compromise. The chicken nuggets tasted old stale and cold . The burger meat was crispy and dry. They forgot my nugget sauce . I rather of gone hungry than to eat from this place again.

My family and I have been to this location many times. We go through the drive thru and they have always been nice and respectful. We are maybe in the drive thru for 5-6 minutes tops. Always a pleasure to eat here.

Everyone standing around right now! No one at front register takin orders! Looks like they are having a great time not gettin order out promptly! I wanted at least 5 minutes for a DoorDash that only needed ice cream sundae to complete the order!

Slow service. Made an online order and 20 minutes later arrived for pick up and had to wait another 10. So much for fast food. Unfriendly staff that make mobile orders an inconvenience

Almost every time we come here something is incorrect or we are missing items. You all should make a permanent menu sign that states NO fraps or ice cream after 7pm because that’s the same time y’all tell your customers your machines are down!! That’s not even a here or there it’s literally everyday

Had to say several times in the mic we wanted a pup cup (ice cream in a cup) and gave us whip cream instead lol. You go anywhere else and they give you ice cream, we were met with a rude "we don't do that here".
