The drive thru is a long wait and the chicken was alright. It’s not disgusting nor delicious, I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was crispy and juicy. It was just too salty for me and didn’t like the salty taste. The rice and beans was bland, it just tastes like nothing. The mashed potatoes was good! I like the gravy and it has flavors that my tongue enjoyed. It wiggled, wiggled… the biscuits was dry like the savanna dessert. You can choke on them bisc! The fried chicken was crispy and dry. I was disappointed like a fat kid didn’t get a birthday cake on his own birthday! There was no meat and it was chewy like I was snapping into a slim Jim. It did had a spicy kick and it was crispy. That’s about it…. All skin and bones no meat. Don’t get me started with those tiny as$ drumsticks. Besides that good customer service and was very friendly.

Ordered the ghost pepper wing combo which included 6 wings, Cajun fries and a biscuit with the frozen mango lemonade. Really good price for the amount of food. I wished the wings were more spicy since they’re “ghost pepper” but I still enjoyed the crispness and I prefer the wings’ texture over the nuggets. The Cajun fries were really good and I recommend them as a side! +Service was fast and polite.

Very busy, but we waited for our pick up order. Service was friendly on the phone and in person. They forgot to bring both orders at the same time. It took 30 min to get our spicy chicken sandwiches and fries. The chicken pattie was large and tasty.

Crowded and busy, but nice until a customer brought his German shepherd (wearing an "emotional support dog" harness) into the restaurant. Staff pretended to ignore it despite the obvious sanitary and health department issues. (I don't know if they were intimidated because he was a large "biker" type individual or they just didn't care to make an issue of it). Some customers didn't seem to mind, but others were visibly uncomfortable. Went a second time via the drive through, but they got the order wrong. 😐 I won't go back. The tenders are good, but not good enough to ignore basic sanitary practices.

Chicken is dry and rarely fresh. Plus you ask for fresh fries and you’re given stale ones. It literally takes 3-5 minutes to cook fresh fries and why would a customer want to pay for lukewarm and stale food. Make it make sense. This location is a bad look for the Popeyes brand.

Just got my lunch here. Everything was hot and ready. The line went fairly fast. The ghost pepper wings go TOO HARD

We dined in, the service was great. The food was very fresh and it was fast. They were busy and it still didn't take long. It was a bit cold inside but I don't like it cold so I won't hold it against them.

Driving through Albuquerque on a Sunday I was hungry for fried chicken and this store was reasonably close to my route. The Food was good though it was fried slightly too long and the service was good It was a little slow maybe due to it being Sunday. But the location had a man harassing drive through customers for money, even after being told no he kept knocking on windows, staff tried to get him to stop and were in the process of calling 911 for help. The drive through ordering sign was shattered from someone hitting it with a fist or weapon, you can still order just can't see it. All in all if you go there keep your doors locked and windows up.
