I want full heartedly to love this location… They are close to home and I love the “Chipotlane”! First handful of times the food was good, just not consistent portions. The staff at the window have been friendly, so I don’t want this to bring them down. Unfortunately last night we didn’t check our orders before leaving, and ended up paying the price when we got home. PLEASE do not leave without checking your orders! I literally ate a grilled tortilla, there was barely a speck of cheese (see photos for reference), and paying $8.50 for that really sucked. Praying it doesn’t continue like this. UPDATE: On 4/28, I ordered another cheese quesadilla 2 days lays later. It also had NO cheese, and this time no salsa either. Really not sure what is going on with this location but management needs to fix it, asap!

Very disappointed in the Chipotle that we ordered. My salad was barely full with maybe three pieces of spinach/lettuce. We ordered two burritos that were the size of the three tortillas wrapped together. Tried contacting them on the phone and the website but no response. Will not be supporting Chipotle ever again.

Very inconsistent portions. We were disappointed that one of the meals we got was almost half as much food (375 grams vrs 662 grams). The heavier one was the same entre/items ordered as the lighter one. I’m still hungry….. Before you drive off with your to go order, double check that no meals feel super light…. EDIT: Now 4 stars (up from 2) After dinner, I stopped back in and the manager apologized and they offered to make me another of that item. Mistakes happen, this location is just getting going. But, do still double check your order isn’t half-size before you leave.

Been eating at chipotle for 18 years. Never been so disappointed. Tried to charge for vinaigrette (it’s not chipotle’s policy to do so, it’s not even for sale on the app), chips were stale, and most importantly, portions were about half what I have always gotten from chipotle (for context, I went through the drive thru). My wife got a bowl that was only half full. We could see the bottom through the rice. It’s normally 2 meals for her and today she finished and was still hungry.

We had ordered well in advance so we can take our daughter home. The order wasn't there when we got there. We were told they couldn't find it. Then after showing my emailed receipt, they said they just got the order. This took place 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Turns out our mobile order was given to someone else. That individual took the order home, found out it was wrong, and then brought it back to the store when we are trying to pick up our order. The staff took the order from the individual and went in the back room. That staff member came back out in around one minute. I expect they gave us the same food taken by the previous individual. I highly recommend you do not place a mobile order from this restaurant location.

After doing a mobile order and 45 min after the pick up time, we got our food that was sent home with someone else. They lied to our face saying the order just got in their system. The guy that returned our order confirmed he took our order home and the manager lied to us about it just being in the system. I'm not even sure they remade our order. While we were waiting, the manager also made a big deal about giving a cop a discount and they had us open an order that was returned to the kitchen as it wasn't ours. Well never return. Don't go here. Food safety needs to check this place out.

Never been so disappointed with a chipotle. Portions were half of normal, steak was overcooked, rice was undercooked and there was no cilantro lime flavor, and the corn was slimy — they really should not be allowed to haves the chipotle name because if this was my first time going to one, I’d never go again. And as for the service, they had one person making the food with 4 others doing prep work and 8 people in line, I feel bad for the owner

Ordered on the phone. Sounded like the order was correct. I ordered almost everything I could on it. Steak was my choice of meat.anyway didnt get any cheese. And hardly any steak. A veryexpensive disappointment.ordered side of guac. They put it on my burrito.☹
