My car was vandalized while living there. No security. No cameras. Total loss of $10,000. Roaches in hallway. Housekeeping horrible the last year I was there. Linda is rude, uncaring and doesn’t know how to be courteous. Not good neighborhood. Newsletter always full of “don’t do this, don’t walk here, don’t do that. Simply glad to be away.

I just moved in and am utterly enchanted! The landscaping is lush, even including ducks in the fountains! The office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and efficient when it came to repairing the rollers on my sliding door and teaching me how to use my thermostat and finding the laundry. All the residents I meet are friendly. My unit, just like the model I saw, was cleaner than clean; even the tile tub surround was freshly caulked! Appliances are clean, they work. The amenities are fantastic..for the price of the very reasonable rent, I'm getting a free gym membership if you consider that there is an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool, AND treadmills and indoor bikes, and then there's the library stocked with fabulous books. One more thing: the location is so convenient. I can walk to stores and restaurants if i want, and easily drive to grocery store, post office, etc. Best apartment I've ever had!

This place is without a doubt the best apartments I've ever had the pleasure of living in. The maintenance is prompt and skillful, they get the job done the 1st time. We've referred friends and family here and everyone is very pleased. The property is quiet and safe and it's an all out wonderful place to lay your head.

I just moved to Three Fountains Apartments and wanted to share how happy I am with my new apartment. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened my door and found fresh paint, carpet and flooring. The entire apartment was spotless. Linda, Lisa and I’m sorry but I cannot recall the other employees name, Victoria maybe, were all so kind and helpful during my move in process. I plan on living here for many, many years and would highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a new home.

Very safe, clean and spacious apartments for the senior in your life or for yourself. The apartment complex feels like a community in itself. Neighbors are very warm and friendly. I frequented Three Fountains Apartments in a home health care capacity but was able to meet many other residents and experience the sense of community that residents share.

This apartment has been great, except for recently. We have complained multiple times, and alerted security. But a neighbor downstairs moved in, is wildly, loud, blast, music, and smokes weed. We have nothing against weed, except for we can’t get away from it when it watts into our apartment. I have super bad allergies and the allergic to things like weed, ragweed, and when tumbleweeds are burned. This apartment is great, neighbors are great, staff is great, but we can’t seem to get help with this new neighbor.

Clean rooms! Accessibility issues or would have earned 5th star. I know. Right? A senior community but there were no bars in the bathroom, challenges to inter-building movement and to other areas of the community. There is no weekend access to indoor pool--stairs. Secure - Friendly Staff - Beautiful Space - Convenient to ABQ Bus Line - Walmart ACROSS THE STREET - Price is AMAZING A well earned 4 stars. Bars and ramps are all that are needed for perfection.

We have new neighbors nextdoor. They are very young and party on their balcony until early in the am. I have nothing against being young and having parties but I have not slept well since they have moved in unless I'm out of town.
