We are frequent visitors to this location at least once or twice a week typically we get good service, sometimes blew par but we never complain. Tonight was by far the worst dining experience. We waited 15-20 minutes for an appetizer that wasn’t even going to come. I asked the server for ranch because I forgot to order it when we placed our order. It wasn’t until then that he told me that they were out of the appetizer we ordered but that he had put something else in instead not even asking us or letting us know. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes they then brought out my families food, my sons fries were Rock hard and cold. No excuse for that after the long wait. My food still hasn’t come out I asked a server passing by to get a manager. When the manager came over we explained to her that we waited never got the appetizer and how my sons fries were cold and hard we even made her feel them for herself. Again still waiting for my food my family was completely done with their food besides the fries my son was waiting for. The manager said she would apply a discount. Okay cool whatever. When we got our check all that was applied was a $5 off. I asked manager after the long wait, hard cold food, and my family being done before my food even came out all we were getting was basically the salad free. She said because she brought us fresh fries that’s all she can do. Again we never complain this isn’t the first time we’ve had bad experiences but now after tonight I will not be going back to this location. Poor customer service! The male manager is also always just standing around and not helping every time you just see him talking to bar customers or standing in the corner. I’ve been a manager in multiple restaurants and as a manager he should be helping where help is needed.

I placed an online order for me and my family to enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. I picked up my order and before I left the restaurant noticed half my order was missing. I went back to inform the cashier which looked up my order. He started the wings I ordered were unavailable. I showed him my receipt that I paid for them to which he called a supervisor. The supervisor never addressed me only told the cashier that I would NOT get my money back. The cashier told him I didn't want my money back only what I ordered.I was then told to wait and they would get my the wings I ordered. I waited another 20-25 minutes. I finally got home. My order that I had first picked up was cold. This is the second time I had issues ordering from this location.

Rude female counter clerk rolled her eyes at me when she couldn’t locate my moms order yet her manager knew, she should’ve located her boss if she couldn’t have found it right away. The male manager was actually quite friendly both at the desk and on the phone when apologizing for forgetting my carrots and celery. Hence why I gave 3 stars for the review. Also to mention the way the boxes were packed were sloppy everything was slopped in the containers. I drive professionally and follow the posted speed limits so it’s highly impossible things got jostled especially how neatly they were packed. Given the rude female counter attendant I won’t be coming to this location most likely again. If I do decide to return here I will be conducting a in depth food review on here and updating it.

Buffalo wild wings has offered us great service everything was served fresh and very delicious we asked to try some of the sauces the waitress was super nice she brought us the flavor so we could try them we asked for a specific drink she made everything possible for us to get our drink how we want it she did an amazing job thank you

It looked like this place wasn't cleaned up the entire time it had been opened.This place wasn't busy, it was a Monday football was on it was the playoffs. We ordered and took 30 mins or longer to get the food. When they brought the food out it was just thrown together on the trays. My food didn't come out till everyone else was finished eating another 29 min later. Then it wasn't what I ordered. Waitress never refilled drinks.There were plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing. Everyone's fries were cold, one person's wings were dowsed in sauce another's looked over cooked and burnt. The burgers didn't look good either.I will never stop here again. This place was just nasty. Stay away from this place...

Our server was Nicole and she was great, very friendly and efficient. I got the feeling this location is a little understaffed but all of the employees were working very hard. Customers need to cut them a little slack especially if they seat themselves at a table that hasn’t been cleared yet! Our drinks and food was served promptly. We were in and out in under an hour. Good job!!!

Worst wings I have ever ate! Crunchy and dried out. Felt like I was eating chicharron! Didn't even ask for a to go box.

My last visit to this location was on Super Bowl Sunday to pick up/carry out an order of BWW Traditional Wings. Placed my order on the website and the order was quoted to be ready in less than 30 minutes! Waiting Area for pickup orders was a bit crowded. Seemed like there were quite a few NEW employees working/training that day, too! Requested my Traditional Wings order to be prepared 'extra crispy'. I guess they felt that meant to leave them in the MICROWAVE longer because they arrived DRY and TOUGH! The carryout box they're served in was soaked (from the steam?) and falling apart! What a mess! While waiting 5 or 10 minutes for my order, I noticed the hefty male bartender dig inside his EAR with his finger, while standing behind the bar in plain sight of customers seated at the bar! No hand sanitizing afterwards or anything! Yuck! This place has a creepy feel to it. You just want to get in and get out as fast as you can! I'm trying to NOT think about what condition the KITCHEN may be in! Decent sized parking lot that could use a resurfacing. If dining-in, don't leave your valuables visible inside your vehicle and please LOCK YOUR VEHICLE'S DOORS!

Every time you come and pick up an order I’m not sure why it takes 30 minutes longer than the time it states it’s ready online. When we went to the takeout/pick up counter I told them my name and they just walked to the back and did not talk to me again for the next 30 minutes. I went back up after 30 minutes asking when they think it would be ready and she said it may be getting bagged. Then that took another 10 minutes. If they apologized i wouldn’t have complained but I can’t believe how awful the service is everytime I come.

The environment could use an update to brighten the place up! Seemed a little dark and dingy. The first person who seated us said they were out of menus, then said do you want menus and the sever soon brought some menus by. We would not have minded that he QR code if needed just conflicting communication. The use of plastics silverware seemed very low budget and not appropriate for dine in service. Food and service were very good.

Great wings and tenders. The drink special was good also. Our waitress was the bartender also...and it took awhile before she would make it around to my table...I had to wait a few times for simple things like refills...napkins...another round of drinks. The other waiter passed by frequently...but I know it's bad manners to ask another waiter for anything when they are not responsible for your table.

Waited over 15 min to be seated with no one ahead of us..but waitress was awesome! Very loud music they turned up louder..difficult to hear and bad speakers for that loud. Food was good but order was incorrect..fixed by waitress.

I went at 11:00pm pushing the time when they were about to close (12:00 midnight) and I was pleasantly surprised that thr food was hot and good.

Superbowl Sunday my family and I ordered a bit of food from BWW as you see pictured. The food was great for the occasion, tasted great - fresh - everything. I haven't eaten from one of these chain BWW since probably back in 2014 when we were living in PA. Most of the times I would visit a BWW they would have nothing but young girls in tight clothing working there. Not something I particularly care for. Pricing at this establishment is rather excessive in comparison with some other places we could buy appetizers, etc. Our order was nearly $85. We splurged for this meal. We rarely eat at BWW and probably won't again for several years. Not a favorite place, but it was nice to have for Superbowl Sunday! Go STEELERS!

This restaurant wreaks of urine. It’s almost unbearable. I had to use the restroom and wow! It smelled like I walked into a room that was covered in urine. This was an absolutely horrible experience. We didn’t even eat here it was so bad I’m contacting corporate. I have never been so appalled by a smell before. Maybe walking down New York but not walking into Buff Wild Wings. The friends and I came for UFC fight night. I can’t even rate the food. At least the lady server smiled at us when we walked in. Please clean your store of the urine smell.

Ordered online for delivery through this company's website, they use door dash, to be delivered to our address 3 doors down. Food was delivered 30 minutes late and very cold. The order was missing 2 drinks, carrots and celery, queso, buffalo seasoning for the fries, and boiled egg on the salad. The salad was delivered with no utensils. Door dash driver said I didn't order any drinks and held up her phone to show me, which clearly showed that I had 2 drinks on my order- she just didn't bother to check it. Pretty much worst food delivery I've ever had.

This is probably the worst buffalo wild wings in Albuquerque. The staff are rude and the ordering is inconsistent. My coworker placed an order for pickup over the phone and two minutes later I went to place an order and the lady told me they were only accepting online orders. For the bogo, the staff insisted on having to activate the offer to even place the order although promotional emails and the website offered those on Tuesdays.

I’m past done dealing with this location. It’s impossible to get a table in a timely manner, even though tables are available. Phone staff not courteous enough to say “hold on” or anything like that before putting you on hold…and that’s waiting over 10 minutes for anyone to even answer the phone in the first place. If you order via Grubhub and your order is wrong, the “only thing they can do is have you go get the item” they forgot to put with your order. To have the missing item(s) refunded, I was on hold waiting for a manager for over 40 minutes then was hung up on. This location needs a major over haul.

Order an appetizer as a dish, they're big enough to share with a few others. Nachos are hot and topped with any protein and delicious. Service was beyond exceptional! Well taken care of and plenty of refills. Clean restroom and great deals now and then. Lots of TV's of all sizes with sports playing on all. Not labeled as a sports bar but a better place to catch a game with the family.

Pretty standard for a BWW. Service was a little slow (seemed understaffed). Delicious strawberry lemonade. The rest we were satisfied with what we got. Good for a stop on the outside of Albuquerque for our road trip.

This was the gross and dirty. They sat us down at a table that looked like they had a food fight their. But after looking around, the whole restaurant looked like it was a food fight. We could not get forks and knives, no napkins. How do you eat wings with no napkins ? I asked the manager for a drink, and he said, "You have to go to Bar? I ask why should I have to go to the bar when we are dining in the restaurant ? Then he gets mad because our waiter is not doing his job. It's just because he was standing there doing nothing. We spent over 120.00$ in this place. Sad that this is the new normal.

My partner and I usually come here every Sunday to watch football, this is something we really enjoy. I have to say the service is usually good no complaints there, although I do wish the wings were sauced up a little better. My main issue is the cleanliness of the woman’s restroom. It literally smells like someone died in there. I wish they were more hygienic about the women’s restroom, I literally heard a woman gag as she was talking her child to use the restroom. It really stinks. If you come here I’d highly recommend using the gas station restroom across the street.

I am in town for work and ate both lunch and dinner here. Lunch was satisfying and extremely cost effective. Two beers and a chicken wrap with 20% tip for barely over 20 bucks. The bartender at lunch was on top of her stuff and ran the whole restaurant it seemed as it was slow hours but there were still a fair amount of patrons. Dinner I experienced the same great service but I made the terrible mistake of ordering the boneless pizza 😭 SO. MUCH. SAUCE. It literally drowned the whole pizza and was extremely tangy and sweet. I’ve eaten countless pizzas and have never not finished what was in front of me- this was a first. Nevertheless I maintain five stars because I won’t blame the restaraunt for corporates terrible ideas. I am crazy enough to order this again tomorrow with no sauce (or on the side) because the concept is great but the execution was terrible in my opinion. See you tomorrow!

Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! Even on their busiest days my food always comes out on time and tastes great! Curbside service is quick and the staff that make everything happen are always cheerful towards the customer. And don't get me started on the beer!

👎🏻VERY POOR SERVICE!! Wait staff was great. Having a family get together… They can’t handle simple orders… Cook don’t know how to make orders correctly. Food came out with items that were not listed on the menu! 1/2 plate of food.. Asked to speak to manager very poor it is what it is attitude!! Will never eat there again!

I come here all the time however this will be the last time I go. The Bartender was a punk had his hat turned around like he was a thug. When I walked in I wasn't seated or greeted right away so I ended up seating myself. I noticed that all the tables were dirty I waited 20 minuets before anyone greeted me. The Bartender then Came up to me I asked whats up with the service man its not packed all of u are standing around like whats up with that?? He then had an attitude and said what do u want. I said first off wipe down my table and I would like a tall bud light. A waitress passed my table and I asked her to please help me due to the bartenders poor performance on customer service. I also asked to speak to the manager of the store. Anyhow the manager took care of things however that punk bartender needs to be more professional to his customers and either have his hat on right or take it off!! I always give 5 stars but this time y'all are only getting 1 star due to the poor service.

The atmosphere was awesome. The food and drinks were very good. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends. The only problem we had was our waitress kept disappearing for long periods and we had to wait for awhile to get our straw our order and we ordered more drinks bit that took awhile to get too. But I notice the other waiters were very helpful to their customers. So not that bad.
