Service was fine, was informed that they were out of French fries and anything ordered that included it would be substituted, ordered a meal that included French fries and was charged extra for the substitute? Food came out suspiciously quick, like 5 minutes quick, it soon became clear why: Food (chicken) was clearly precooked and reheated upon order, still managed to be tasteless and underwhelming, will not be returning.

Management is creating an environment that is not family friendly. To many people cursing and talking loud to enjoy a meal. Maybe monitor the amount of drinks being served and be proactive in removing unruly patrons. Then again maybe this is the crowd they want.

Waitress was horrible! She didn't refill our drinks at all the entire time we were there. She did t return my change from paying the bill she assumed it was her tip. The entire meal and after we paid we could hear the manager and her coworkers cussing and talking loudly about people in the restaurant as the bartender announced extremely loud that she sells pills specifically Adderall!!! Who hired these people? The last time we ate here the host Peyton was amazing and helped the wait staff so much we tipped him and the waiter! I was appalled by how the salad had ends and pieces and rotten pieces in it .... Absolutely the worst experience ever. The girl who waited on us should not be in this field.

Loved this place. The waitress that served me was super nice and polite. Also the food was brought to us in 5 minutes which was really fast for a dine in place.

Went in here was seated and immediately decided to leave. It was like 95 degrees and no air flow. Of your restaurant isn’t functioning properly close it until you can fix it!!!!

Bartender is nice and sociable and knows how to make drinks. The servers and hostes are friendly. I enjoy stopping in for a bite on the way home from work.

Food was decent, service mediocre, and it would seem no A/C in the building on a 95° day. So the atmosphere was less than desirable. Maybe 20 people in the entire place at ~630pm and 6-8 employees I'd say "kind of" working. I think anyone would expect a bit better but luckily the food/cooks saved what would've been a 2* rating on this visit otherwise.

We were the only two people in the restaurant and our food took a long time to arrive only to be disappointed when it finally did clean restaurant good view of the mountains from our booth but other than that bad experience

Came Sunday night to watch the games. Server was Slow definitely no sense of Urgency as he disappeared multiple times and the bartender ended up coming from behind the bar to help us.. food was Good but service definitely needs improvement.

After shopping in the plaza across the street, we decided to take a break and grab a bite to eat. We could have gone anywhere, but Applebee's was right across the street. It was a good choice! Their specials were surprisingly great, the waitress amazing! We had an awesome time!

The wife and I go there about once a month!! Great food and service!! Never had a bad experience at this restaurant by cotton wood!! We always go when not busy, but when it is busy, the same excellent service!! Always our go to place for a great burger!!! Mmmm 💯👍 Keep up the great work Applebee's

Server was great! Joseph was his name. Food kept coming to our table cold or cooked improperly (not according to recipe or description. Turns out the only cook on duty there didn't speak, write or understand English. I didn't ask what language, but next time I go to Applebees I will Inquire how well the kitchen is staffed.

Me and my girlfriend came here a couple of times now and each time it was a terrible experience. Horrible service from different servers. Ordered drinks and never received them. We will never be returning to this specific location again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Lauria M was our server. She had no acknowledgment for our son when taking drink order or food order assuming he didn’t want anything. She brought out our food and went back to get his but she was standing around talking. When she brought his food his chicken tenders had to have been sitting in the window or heated up again. His mozzarella sticks were not even warm so they had to of been sitting out for some time. Also she dropped of the ticket said we were he last table when we were not even half way through our food. We asked for another water and she brought it in a Togo cup. She continued to clean up to leave did not stop by to check on us before she left the restaurant. Very poor service would not be back. Would actually give this location 0 stars. Please talk to your staff. Train them if necessary how to talk and greet tables. Customer service is more than taking an order and collecting tips. I was going to speak to the manager but he was in an interview and after the interview he went to the back right away.

Regular customer here but on Wednesday 7-20 @6pm. AC was still broken, for weeks now. (We still choose to come knowing that) Ordered chips and salsa, chips were abnormally over salted and stale. Had server Aiysha and she was not attentive to our table, drinks were always empty and ask for items a couple different times. Then at the end that really wanted me to write this review is Lisa, bartender, cut off my boyfriend who had 5-6 beers over the span of 3-4 hours? With no explanation as to what he was doing or why. We were so confused and upset. He was not loud or stumbling? Just a bad day overall. The worst experience out of the several times we went there.

Terrible experience. They didn't have the ac on while it was over 100 degrees outside. We heard another waiter tell another customer that it didn't work. I don't think they should be open at all. Our food took over an hour.. but the bar got all of their food right away. On top of it all.. our chicken alfredo was COLD! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Well the person who waited our table was awesome!! But... The table was sticky. Then the *food came... It appeared over cooked (Ribs) and appeared to be reheated. It was concerning, but, not to worry, we won't dine there ever again. The onion rings were good, but it will take a lot more than that to bring us back. Really hoping they work on cleanliness and food quality. Unfortunate...

Waited to be seated for five minutes when no one was around. At my table waited 15 minutes for someone to get me a drink. Rude host and waitress. Don’t recommend

Waitress was super overwhelmed due to short staffed, but was keeping it under control. She got it handled. Our food came out to order. Everything was fresh and tasted great!

Waitress gets 5 stars, food gets 4 stars, price gets 3. My greatest issue with Apple Bees was the pricing; and not even the pricing of our main meal. It was the ridiculous up charges for the sides. I ordered the Shrimp Parm Steak - cooked perfectly, and I asked for two sides of cheesy broccoli because I wasn't in the mood for the heavy starches. They up charged me an additional $6 just for some broccoli topped with shredded cheese. Mind you, my dinner comes with two sides anyway. Broccoli being an option. So in reality, they up charged me $6 for some cheese. Like I said, the food was good. But $90 for an appetizer and three meals is a bit much for a dinner at a franchise restaurant. There is a great sushi restaurant that we frequent, and our family of three doesn't even spend that much. I will give credit to the manager who willingly and generously removed the up charges when I inquired about them, which I appreciated. I recommend this location, just be careful of potential up charges on the sides.

Rudeness should not be option for servers, especially when they cannot handle being under pressure. We left before the waitress managed to make it to our table. I’m certainly not paying for her underdeveloped mannerism. One star for the last visit, recent visit negative.

Waitress was Great We had burgers they were Fantastic. I try to visit all locations and we were in the area so we stopped in. It was slow for a Monday I hope this helps to bring in some business for you. We will be back!
