About
the
only
thing
this
hotel
has
going
for
it
is
its
location,
getting
bonvoy
points,
and
the
number
of
outlets
at
convenient
locations
in
the
rooms.
Rooms
are
tiny,
the
furniture
is
beat
up
beyond
all
belief
with
peeling
veneer
in
multiple
spots.
The
bathroom
floor
was
really
not
adequately
clean.
The
rooms
are
tiny
(but
I
knew
that
when
I
made
the
reservation).
The
staff
is
well
meaning
but
somewhat
incompetent.
They
either
don't
respond
to
messages
in
the
app
or
respond
after
tremendous
delay.
At
check
in,
I
reinforced
my
request
for
a
room
far
from
the
elevator.
The
front
desk
person
wasn't
really
sure
where
the
rooms
are
relative
to
the
elevator
bank
and
gave
me
one
that
he
thought
was
far
from
the
elevator.
Turned
out
it
was
right
next
to
the
elevator.
So
I
returned
to
the
desk
and
he
assigned
me
a
new
room.
When
I
arrived
at
that
one,
the
door
was
propped
open
with
a
cleaning
rag
in
the
hinge
as
though
housekeeping
abandoned
it
without
finishing.
The
third
room
was
satisfactory,
but
as
I
stated
above,
not
great.
On
three
of
the
four
mornings
of
my
stay,
the
complimentary
coffee
station
has
been
empty
of
either
coffee,
cups,
or
lids,
or
lids
were
put
out
that
don't
fit
the
cups.
It's
like
they
fill
it
and
then
they
don't
go
back
and
check
until
a
guest
points
it
out.
Asked
for
extra
bath
mats
on
my
first
night
and
they
screwed
up
and
just
brought
towels.
These
are
all
little
things
individually
but
the
sum
of
them
paint
a
picture
of
poorly
trained
staff.
I
struggle
to
understand
how
this
hotel
has
the
rating
it
does.
It
provides
the
service
of
something
that
rates
three
stars
on
Google.
First
and
last
time
that
I
will
stay
at
this
relatively
tired
property.
In
fact,
I
have
been
growing
increasingly
dissatisfied
with
Marriott
properties
in
general
and
this
experience
has
basically
put
the
nail
in
the
coffin
on
my
dedication
to
the
Marriott
family
of
brands.
I'll
spend
my
bonvoy
points
and
align
myself
with
a
competitor.
Oh
and
if
you
want
a
peaceful
stay,
don't
stay
on
the
weekend.
During
the
week
it's
mostly
business
travelers
and
it's
quiet.
On
the
weekend
it's
filled
with
trash
guests
who
are
loud
and
rude
until
late
very
late
in
the
evening.
And
the
front
desk
staff
seems
reluctant
to
do
anything
about
it.
