This location does not know how to make their cold brew coffee. I bought a pumpkin cream cold brew coffee and it was all cream no coffee ! Worst cold brew coffee I’ve ever had! 👎

AN HOUR LONG MISTAKE. Spent $15 for them to say they had none of my donuts I ordered and are unable to refund me. This place is a scam and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It has never been a possibility to cancel an order through a mobile app regardless of the company because they would lose money once they had started making the order. Beyond frustrating with time and money I will not be getting back. Furthermore, they knew that all donuts were unavailable and chose to not list them as such on the app.

One of the only places I can find a French cruller! They sometimes sell out.. but i got lucky and got some!

I was running late & decided to stop at Dunkin instead of my usual coffee stop. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew. I stated to the worker at the window the coffee being handed to me was not my coffee as it had brown sugar in it. Both workers insisted it was my order. I tasted it & it was horrible. I had not been to Dunkin in some time due to this exact reason, they can't seem to get your order right. I will never return to Dunkin.

It's always a pleasant visit. Great staff and good coffee. Not to mention the donuts. I usually get munchkins but I only got coffee this time.

Took the kids for a treat. Staff was welcoming, and hospitality was on par. My kids were melting in the heat, and the ice cream made the day!

Donuts and coffee were fine. The cashier that was taking my order was on her phone while taking my order. Not much of a donut selection. There was trash over flowing out of the trash inside and trash all along the sidewalk out side.

why is it temporarily closed? Dunkin website says location is closed all 7 days of the week too but no reason. 5/20/23 6:59am

First dunkin I've been to that didn't have a drive thru.. also annoyed that they discontinued the dunkaccino and that they no longer offer the bacon egg and cheese croissant for its 2/5 deal. They only have the sweet bacon croissant sandwich for $5. Dunkin has gone down hill.

Service was quick and to the point. Dunkin' Donuts needs to better support this store!!

The good service was for was great. The tables needed to be cleaned up a bit, but it wasn't horrible. Safe place to stop and eat at considering there were 5 APD vehicles outside and friendly officers inside taking break together. #EmbracingTheStereotype

Waited over 30 min for one breakfast sandwich and they also got my order wrong multiple times. In addition, they forgot to make my sandwich and horrible communication skills towards customers.

I drink coffee rarely and in the past 2 years I visited this place like 20 times and ordered cafe mocha all the 20 times they gave me a different drink and most of them I didnot like had to throw away. I just found out that Dukin doesnot serve cafe mocha at this location and just throwing some random hot drink everytime. I dont understand their problem in saying that they dont have cafe mocha and instead just throw something at my face. You can try ordering cafe mocha and check it out. When I reached out to customer care I received reply which is written by chatGPT

Time and time again I have visited the place an still you worker have put my hopes down. Typically I order glaze donut unfortunately this time the glaze had salter taste. I couldn't believe that glaze was not glaze. The donut glaze has been replaced with a stinky substance that salter more. 😡 If I return and I taste the abomination which you have provide I will show up ten fold with more intimidation. I will have place shut down. Do not do this again. SANDRA! 😡

Polly the best visit I've ever had the Dunkin Donuts I stopped there just to meet somebody ended up buying an egg sandwich these Donuts which by the way were freaking spectacular and a Coke and I'll tell you one thing if there was 6 stars on this I would give him 6 food was amazing staff was amazing store was clean as well as the parking lot I recommend this place time and time again the one on Central and University

This Dunkin Donuts Pacifically has great tasting coffee And always respectful employees I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts.

This place is a joke. On numerous occasions I have had orders forgetten about or put on hold because of minor substitutions or just flat out missed items that need to be started over again. Staff will literally stare at you waiting with half of a pickup order and unless you get back in line and ask about its status YOU WILL BE IGNORED on the remainder. I know it must be hard to keep good staff at this location but jesus y'all need to either get it together or close down. Employees don't care at all, service is slow, and there is absolutely no initiative taken to get ahead of problems before they occur. I should NEVER be waiting 30 minutes in-store on a pick up order that I place in advance. I will definitely not be returning to this location and I suggest anybody trying to get to work in a timely manner avoid it as well.

Horrible experience. Placed DoorDash delivery order at 5:30 pm for the following morning at 9 am, which was confirmed. Ordered multiple dozen donuts plus multiple coffee & hot chocolate boxes. Only the donuts were delivered so used DD functionality to log the non-delivery and request new delivery. Notified by DD that Dunkin Donuts declined to fulfill the order because apparently they don't have any coffee or hot chocolate. Utterly ridiculous and poor service on multiple fronts: 1) Most of their menu is compromised of coffee yet they had none?! 2) The business telephone number is a cell phone that no one answers and you can't leave a message because voicemail full. 3) The did not notify me in advance or even at the time of delivery. I will NEVER order from this particular location and highly recommend you not put your faith in their ability to fulfill an order or honor their commitments. Poor on you, Dunkin Donuts (this specific location)

I literally don't understand why this location is always my doordash go to I don't know why the closer location isn't on my doordash but every time I order from this one they don't get my order right they have never gotten my order right on doordash furthermore they never answer their phone on top of that doordash should never be responsible for paying for this location's mistakes but they constantly fix it for them it bothers me that I can't get a hold of anybody at this location ever in over a year next time you send me pumpkin spice we're going to have a problem and I'm actually going to go there and I'm going to be unreasonable it really stinks that not one of you will answer your phone and that none of you will hold yourself accountable for your mistakes and yeah it's just despicable

Great company, great ice cream. Ok service. Guy did the attitude look, like he was annoyed helping us. But the other worker was nice and helpful.

One of my all time favorites for coffee. Got a large coffee one day and the next got a large coffee and apple fritter, so good. The place was clean, the people were nice, and their busy it can get crazy in there.

I went in to have a nice cup of coffee and donut while I was waiting for a friend who was having a procedure. This was early in the morning. After a couple of sips of my very good coffee, nature kicked in. The sign on the bathroom door said to get the key from the attendant. When I went and asked for it, they looked at each other and then said the bathroom was closed. So instead of being able to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, I had to rush out of the store and rush to find a place to go to the bathroom. For a coffee store, NOT COOL.

I placed an order for a particular item a month in advance for my co-worker's birthday. I walk inside the store to pick it up and I wait in the appropriately marked line to pick up my polar pizza. I get ignored by everyone for 15-30 minutes. Orders are being called out but I was not even acknowledged until about a half our later. Not even so much as a "hello, I'll be with you in a moment." From anyone. Eventually one of the girls says: "what order are you here for." Asking me as if I was some homeless dude standing around in the store even though I'm wearing clean work clothes. I ask about my order and they attempt to look it up. Eventually, I think it is the store supervisor, walks up to the freezer display and tells me they don't have what I ordered. I ask if I can take a different item that is somewhat similar to my requested polar pizza, which was just a bit bigger in size. She says she can not exchange that item because it is a difference of four dollars. Awesome... Then what appears to be the store manager walks up front, finally, to find out what's going on. Looks like she'd been hiding the entire time in the back. Wow. It's 12 noon. You should be out here with your team mates fulfilling orders. But no. You're in the back hiding somewhere. Awesome. Now she did at least look in the back for what I ordered. Unfortunately for my co-worker she could not find anything similar and told me I could not trade the polar pizza I ordered, a month in advance, and had to settle for sorbet. My co-worker at my job was unimpressed. They wanted cookies and cream. Not a rainbow sorbet. "Worst birthday ever" she said.

The girl that served us was great. My drink iced coffee was subpar no ice and I wanted whipped cream topping in which they didn't have so they put a fluff or a foam-ish top in it

Large coffee with cream and sugar, and you’ve got all the breakfast nutrients you need for a busy day! As someone who lives in a state that doesn’t have Dunkin’, I stop at one every time I get a chance. This Dunkin’ located on Central Avenue conveniently across the street from UNM is a frequent pitstop of mine when I’m in ABQ.

This Dunkin' donuts is pretty good. It Looks like they have fresh made donuts. The lobby looked like it was clean. The person that was selling me the donuts was very professional. I don't usually go to this Dunkin' donuts on Central but they got good donuts. I might go to it one other time.

I'm torn about giving them 4 or 5 stars. The customer service wad amazing and they are friendly and helpful, but it was a slow process in getting the food. They only have an extremely limited number of cooking machines so it really is not the workers fault, and they were really busy. It didn't help that I pur in a bigger than nornormal order. I give the workers 5 stars and the business 4 stars.
