Stopped with the wife and kid. 2 medium sandwiches, 1 small sandwich, no drinks, 2 bags of chips: $28.00! Really disengaged people behind the counter. Mumbled a name when the order was ready. Place was packed. Didn’t even know they called us. Then we get home, and there is next to no meat on the sandwiches. I know this sounds petty, but 28 bucks is 28 bucks, and to go get three sandwiches and them all have such little meat is mind boggling. It’s just bad business. And totally sucked.

My 1st experience at Firehouse Subs was that of a black burnt bun sub.The sub was unedible and a waste of $8.52. There was a lady before me in line complaining about how her bread was over toasted but I was in a rush and thinking surely the staff would take better care of the next customers now that they were aware. But apparently this is not the case for this location. I dont think the franchise cooperate office ever thought of Firehouse Subs to be known for their scorched subs. Firehouse the 1st impression for this Google reviewer was not good and was a waste of my 8 plus change.

I usually visit this Firehouse Subs location about 2 or 3 times monthly. The Staff greets you with a robust "Welcome to Firehouse!" when you enter. This visit was only for two 'bowl-sized' orders of Firehouse Chili. Normally, the 'bowl-size' is JUST THAT! A FULL BOWL-SIZED carryout container of Firehouse Chili. THESE bowls were just over HALF FULL!🤨 Of course, customers won't realize this until they've 'left the building'! I wonder if on THIS DAY they were trying to 'stretch' a limited supply of their Firehouse Chili at their customers' expense? Imagine the surprised look on my face when I got home and opened those not very 'bowl-sized' BOWLS of Firehouse Chili!😳😖 Not very impressed after this visit to the Firehouse Subs, 3707 Ellison Dr. NW, Suite #1 in Albuquerque (NM). You all should do MUCH better than THIS!👎

I love the Italian sandwich. Never had any issues the sandwiches are always fantastic! 10/24/2020. So been a couple times this month and have had an issue wait ing 30 minutes from the time of ordering to get a sub. Don’t know what’s going on but you would think with 6 to 7 people they could get these orders done.

Good subs and fair prices but attitude is pretty obvious if you don't include a tip! If a tip is required for a pleasant return then it should be added to the bill.

This location, along with the location on Academy, are my favorite Firehouse spots. Team members are always friendly and helpful. Be warned that they can be busy during lunch time so if you're in a rush, maybe call ahead to confirm wait times, but don't blame the team. They're doing their best. Know that it doesn't cost more to upgrade your soda to a large, and if you're not sure which sub to buy, just ask someone behind the counter and they'll help you. Personally, my favorite at the moment is the Spicy Cajun Chicken but the Hook and Ladder is their classic. If you've driven by but have never stopped in, give them a try!

I hadn't had Firehouse in a long time and have been craving it. And let me just say it did not disappoint. I got the meatball sub and it hit the spot. Everyone that was working was super friendly, and they had the cleanest lobby.

It has been a long time since I have been there for some good food. We were in the area so I took my wife to get a nice warm sandwich and we enjoyed every bite. Do go and help out first responders (fire departments).

Sat on the patio, weather was great. I only gave 4 star for food because my salad had a few old lettuce leaves in it. It was great otherwise.

Food is good, but it's just way too expensive now. 2 medium sandwiches, 2 small drinks and chips. Just a few cents under $29.00. That's way too much for that small bit. Same thing at subway with 2 extra cookies. $20.00. I feel Firehouse is pricing themselves out of business. I know a lot of people will continue, but I can't for that. I can get 2 regular dinner meals at a lot of sit downs for less than that. Sorry guys, I'm out.

We ordered a large sub and two bags of chips, with taxes and tip the total was $19.98. My husband asked if they had flat bread. They said they had white flatbread. We were also supposed to get two dill pickles. When we got home and opened our order, we had two half sandwiches on two slices of plain white bread. No dill pickles. I don’t think a sandwich on two slices of white bread is in any way equivalent to a large sub. And certainly not worth $14. We will not be back and we will not do business with you again. We will certainly tell everyone about our experience.

The person at the counter was friendly and took my order quick. Only took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready. Workers seemed happy as well. Would definitely come again!

Everytime I come here, always greeted by friendly staff and the food is always great. One of my favorite sandwich places.

Sandwich was fairly good.., they don't put enough meat on their sandwiches. Service was slow... It was lunchtime tho.

Very frustrating experience with pick up order. Arrive 5 min after promised time, order not ready. Crew had plenty of time to socialize with the door dash driver about weather and reminiscing about growing up around Rio grande high. No sense of urgency. Seemed like no one really paying attention. My order was incomplete, probably mixed up with the door dash one. Had to go back a second time to get everything. I just didn't seem to matter to them.

Parking is a pain, but it's SO WORTH IT to come to this location. I've been twice so far; both times, the employees were friendly and efficient, and the food was beyond delicious and made to order. I'll definitely be back, 'cause they have the best subs ever! I refuse to go to any other location, even when I'm not in the area. Keep on being awesome!

Great subs every time I come. Also fast and friendly service. I was welcomed immediately and my order was correct.

All I ever get here is firehouse cheddar brisket with extra pickle 🥒. This is the only thing here that I know. They always charge me for the extra 1/4 pickle though. Stop charging me for a pickle, because one little quarter pickle isn't enough for a large cheddar brisket. Anyways that cheddar brisket is 🔥. Go get you one.

I love firehouse subs however one of the employees (Ruben) has been extremely rude to me the past few times I’ve gone. He will cut me off when I’m in the middle of talking, answer with a snarky comment, and completely ignore things I’ve said. The last few times I’ve gone he cut me off while I was customizing the sub and ignored what I had asked for so when I got the sub it wasn’t to my liking. I’m not one to complain or be rude but something needs to be done about him.

I am a manager at a restaurant. I feel for these kids, we walked in 10 minutes before close. They were visibly upset and were very rude. Every single day the same thing happens at my restaurant. But if my employees treated my customers the way they treated us I would fire them on the spot. These kids were little punks and don’t deserve to work in the public.

The standard and deluxe sandwich platters were fantastic. A little pricy. But I got home and the pickles and dressing was missing. 140 bucks and I can not get an accurate order. However I called and complained and was offered a lrg sandwich for another time. So they messed up but took care of it so it was nice. Food would get a 4 plus.
