    I've kinda avoided this store in particular. Before the remodel a few years ago they had a very comforting atmosphere. All the art and wood panel walls gave it an amazing charm. Now with the basic institution feel. It's like visiting a hospital ER.

    Consistently perfect every time. The staff is friendly courteous and fast. The food is always prepared when you order it. The vegetables are always fresh and cool the fries are always crispy piping hot. My burgers are always delicious.

    The food is usually always fresh and tasty. The restaurant is always filthy. Never have I found a clean table at this location. There's a booth where the employees eat and the managers hold interviews and that table is clean but the rest of us have to sit in filth.

    Dinning room nit kept up with all the staff. More training to show expectations and show those that are completely lost. Asked for someone to wash tables and they never came. Our food was placed as to go and never brought. Asked said working on it. Others in my party received their food, started eating before we finally received ours and if course it was cold since it had sat up on the counter.

    This place useto be our favorite burger joint last few time we’ve Gone it’s been so so but I went last week ordered they had us wait for our food we were in lane 4 I believe they brought our food . I opened the paper to get my burgers but into it is was cold and simply tasted horrible. I tried to call serval times to tell them as I was in the parking lot to let them know I did not ever get anyone to pick up. I was not dressed to get down so I spent all thatb$$$ for trash!!! I’ll never eat there again. 😞 this was the one on Alameda or 528 wide by a Jiffy Lube what are the old Burlington used to be in that area disappointment!!!

    Visited on a Saturday afternoon. The location was clean and staff were polite and friendly. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese Whataburger. The food was prepared quickly. I really enjoyed the fresh veggies and mustard on the bun. I found the fries and bun were both a little dry for my taste. Id visit again for a quick bite.

    The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy and hot. The service was really good. The person who took our idea was new and did her best to ensure we received our order promptly and accurately. Great job!

    I went there on 12/3 excited about getting the green chili double meat cheeseburger that they advertise on tv but was very disappointed! Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and then again at the window for my order! It was very disappointed with the burger it was dry and barely had any chili on it! Not at all like the one they show on their advertisement!:(

    Experience was better than the last time. Food was made wrong but we came in to get the meals replaced with our receipt. Thank you so much for the response with exceptional service by your server person who brought us our food. She was very friendly..

    Come here a few times a week. Just getting worse. My shake wasn't even filled up all the way. And their was a bunch of liquid that wasn't mixed. I don't complain but I waited about 30 minutes for a bad shake.

    We had not been here before. We stopped in for a quick sandwich and were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and quick, and the food was very good.

    OMG!! You get a large shake and it’s a 32oz of thickness I think their shake is better than Lottabuger? Or the same in taste and thickness but way more and it’s way cheaper. Plus they have other great selections of food that’s just as delicious and cheap..

    Whataburger was the only place open when we arrived in NM. Their spicy ketchup is SOOOO good. Green chile cheeseburger was good, but it didn't include any condiments. Otherwise, everything was fresh and affordable.

    I have came to this location twice and ordered delivery from it twice. I don't get everything I've paid for or food is made incorrectly. I don't believe I will continue to get food from a place where employees don't seem to care to give you what you paid for, or give you a different order completely.

    Waited 15 minutes (line was not long) for a large cold and greasy fry and a patty melt….. that was not melted. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been here 3 different times and the other location whips this location. The cashier was new but he was professional and apologized for the long wait.

    This was by far the best chili cheeseburger I have had so far. The food is consistently great and oh my God the onion rings!! They are actually made from whole onions! So good! Keep it up whataburger!

    The fries always seem to be pretty cold. But the food is usually good and made correctly. Ordering ahead on the app never seems to be any faster. However, again I'm just happy the food is made well.

    Absolutely ridiculous trying to get information about my delivery order. Waited over an hour and called just to be told they haven't made it yet. Asked if there was a way to get a refund for my order, the manager otp proceeded to tell me they couldn't refund an online order. Went in circles while being told I wasn't gonna get my refund. Asked her multiple times how I would be able to get my money back and she seemed to have now idea. Management seems oblivious on conflict resolution. At the end of the phone call she then told me to do it through the app which is the answer to the only question I had "How do I get my money back". Employees need better training👎🏽👎🏽

    It was food. Not really great food, just average. Second time I visited Whataburger, the first time they gave me someone else’s food. This time I got what I ordered, it was just not that good. Oh well, there are plenty of other places to eat.

    I have held my tongue for a long time but today I must speak about this location I just dislike getting home without ketchup when I ask for it and then the guy reassures me that it's in the bag so I trust him. But there's something more important that I would like to talk about and that is Master Splinter you know the rat from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles..

    Drive-through service is usually very good. Good customer service, usually good attitudes and positive. Same for inside counter service. Food is always good. Managers usually very accommodating. Usually clean inside. Good location. Overall great restaurant.

    Got a close friend/ coworker a southern bacon double from here and I hadn't eaten there in a while myself, both of us agree it's the best burger we've had in a long time... People were great, as well as just having the dining room open 24 hours, y'all are better than all the ones I been to. Keep up the hard work y'all!!!

    They did not get my order correct, when I called over 9 times no one answered so I had to leave as I was unable to get down and the drive thru was jammed. The girl who brought my order basically threw it at me and left before I could even check it or say thank you to her.

    This location missed the concept of WHATABURGER...just like you like it. Aka, specialize it how you like. If you specialize it, they may ruin it like putting way too much mustard or mayo. I guess its a fry-cook-fit. Mine was like a burger in a condiment soup. Brats!

    I wish I could give the window crew 1000 stars. It was late at night and I noticed I was having a hypoglycemia bottoming out while I was driving. They were the only place open. When I told the order taker what was wrong, she delivered my cola to me at my vehicle ahead of other customers still in the drive up line because she realized I was potentially approaching a medical emergency. And, the chicken sandwich was good too.

    The food is really good but if you dine in the booths opposite to the entrance the seats are super cramped (Im 5'11"). The seats in the middle or the sides are fine.

    Tried the new Chili Cheesburger (minus the Onions). DANG! That burger is huge! I thought I was really hungry ... But I barely finished 1/2 of it and then had to wrap it up to take home and finish it up later. Taste was good and the crunch of the corn chips mixed in with the chili. That's a good one! Whataburger needs to create this burger in a "small" version if anyone is going to have a chance of finishing it in one trip.

    I can understand being out of product. However, not telling customers when they order said product, and expecting them to be okay not getting it but still paying for it makes absolutely no sense. No apology from the manager on duty. Just an attitude as if I was wrong for not wanting to pay what I didn't get.

    Night shift is usually slow, and appears that they are always confused on what they are doing. Ordered a bacon burger that took 20 minutes with a short line. Received cold.. bacon was undercooked and fries were hard old and cold. This has happened multiple times at this location. Won't be coming back at night.

    I went in for a patty melt & was so disappointed that my meat was uncooked & very cold this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this. But this location has disappointed me on numerous occasions I won’t be back. Update : I then went through the drive-thru to see if it was a different experience & no just still extremely let down. I was greeted by a young lady that was very rude & then my food was prepared extremely fast to be fresh I checked the order & of course hard old fries & patty melt was not toasted & was cold

    Great food as always, extremely long wait for few cars. Could have been a big order ahead or something, but never had to wait that long before. Worth it for the food though.
