I do not understand the fascination with this place. Their food is subpar. Everything is bland and tastes like canned food. The portion sizes are laughable. We only ate here because there were so many waiting lines at every restaurant and this had none. That should have been an indication but we gave Panera Bread yet another chance but we’re still disappointed. Go eat somewhere else. !

Usually I love Panera. My family and I eat here often and with their new family feasts it was even better... Keyword: WAS. The last few times I've ordered, things have been left out here or there. Small things, not really a big issue. And I've been experiencing rudeness from the window employees. Tonight was different... Not only was the cashier not friendly but one of our sandwiches have barely any meat, the french bread loaf wasn't a loaf but rather they threw 6 pieces of bread into our bag, no wrapper, nothing. And on too of that the avocado in sandwiches were hard and not even ready to eat, I couldn't even bite through it and that's a pretty good indicator that it's not edible yet and needs to ripen more. In the one photo I'm squeezing the avocado, normally they squish when squeezed... And you can tell I couldn't even bite through it, and I tried twice to make sure I wasn't being karenish. It was just really disappointing considering we've always loved eating here because they are friendly, they make the food delicious and our order is always good. But now it seems like they're service is more like that of McDonald's, yuck.

This Panera has its night crew ruining the location. In the morning the ladies, of all ages, are inviting, kind, and helpful. The food is good. At night they look at you like its a privilege to even be aloud there. The food is horrible. Poorly made sandwiches, half filled soup containers, no side, etc. No one is friendly. Plus you hear very inappropriate personal stories the staff are telling each other. I'm not going anymore. Pre covid this was a great place. I think 4 years of going down hill says enough........

My wife got me a spicy chicken sandwich thru at the drive-thru, it's the driest sandwich I have had ever had. Ne lettuce no tomatoes barely and condiments on the sandwich at all. Not worth the $45 we spent.

Just got back from being there for 30 minutes at a drive through wasted my whole lunch and they gave me the wrong food. Called to talk to a manger, mind you my lunch is only 45 minutes, and told her about them handing me the wrong food and all she said was can you come back and we will make it again. So now not only did I pay 35 for food I will not get but if I went I will get docked for being late. Worse response I ever heard! Thanks Panera! Now I am out of 35 and hungry! Hope you all have a better experience

This cafe can't prepare a simple order to save its life. My last 3 times in the employees have been rude, and they have messed up my order. No way to get refunds or any sort of customer service outside of waiting over 30 minutes on the phone. For which they didn't even offer a refund, just a free item for my next visit. Literally criminal to take my money and refuse to give me what I paid for. If you want a great way to throw away 20 bucks and what little free time you have, look no further.

I just left this panera feeling great. The cashier Kayla was awesome. She greets you with a warm smile and helps you pick out what your in the mood for that day. Everyone who works there seems to be very positive about everything. Great atmosphere!

I'll start with what I love about this place: I love their sip club, I love their cheddar and broccoli soup, I love their baguettes, their buffalo chicken sandwich is pretty good. What I don't love: although I love pizza, I'm not sure how they justify calling what they sell pizza. Pizza is supposed to have sauce, not just be dry dough with small amounts of cheese and toppings for an exorbitant price. If they actually enough sauce, I might review it differently, sadly we'll never know because I will never try this again. If this had been my first visit to Panera, it would have been my last.

Excellent location. Very happy with pick 2 and salads. Only issue is the mini scones are over cooked and dry as a powder keg to the point of being a choking hazard. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE MINI SCONES. But the chicken chipotle avocado sandwich and cobb salad are great.

I don't understand why they charge so much for such a little amount of food. The food is good, the problem is the portion size is not worth the price. Take yourself to a nice restaurant and actually satisfy your hunger rather than feel like you need to go get another meal afterwards.

The fuji apple salad was very good and the lemon dressing set it off perfectly. The autumn squash soup was thick, sweet and the texture of jar baby food. My daughter order the mac and cheese and southwest baja salad. The mac and cheese was good and the baja was not very good. My daughter-in-law ordered margherita flatbread pizza. It would have been fanatic if it was serviced hot, not barely warm. It had cold spots. I think the staff have stop caring about serving good food. Or the company doesn't care want the staff sends out of the kitchen. 😕😔

First time ordering thru the drive-thru and I was ordering for a friend. The service was very pleasant and informative. My friend truly enjoyed the tomato soup and Baja Chicken Bowl 🥣 😋 👌 😀 The special treat was seeing the photos if all the pup's that have visited the drive-thru ❤️

The place is very dirty. Had to clean our own table because all the tables looked like they had never been cleaned. Food is great. Had to stand at the registrar for 10 minutes as employees made eye contact and did not bother to take my order when they were not busy. Our gift card did not work on the tablet so we had to go to the register. They just talked and looked at their phones. Food was great though!

We had great food and service here. The charged lemonades are great, but they are LOADED with caffeine - about equivalent to a strong coffee per ounce. A large drink has almost 400g of caffeine. That'll leave you wired! There are non-caffeinated options, though.

My friend and I had just finished working out, and she recommended we eat Panera Bread. I have never tried it before. My friend tries to eat at place with fresh ingredients. I must say I was very impressed with the selection and the prices. We each got the half turkey avocado BLT I got the cream chicken rice soup and she got the chicken noodle soup. It was really good and just the right amount of food. I will definitely try it again!

The food is always hit or miss. They gave me a half empty salad when I ordered a whole. The pic is also showing the two dressings inside the salad so there is even less than what the picture is actually showing.

I went to enjoy a meal with my family at this location. Unfortunately we were treated very poorly by Jess as soon as we walked into the door. She looked so annoyed with me and my daughters presence, it made me very uncomfortable. Due to the negative energy I received I thought the store was about to close. I asked her about store hours. It was about 2 hours before closing. Despite the Attitude, I continued to have a smile on my face with a very nice tone as me and my family took our order. 2 adults, 1 child. I understand the stress and workload of a minimum wage job. I brushed off the attitude and went to find a seat. After finishing our food I continued to finish up some work. Another customer was also doing work on his computer and he was still there after we left. Jess was vacuuming the dining area. As she got toward our table she hit my chair hard enough to push me forward. She did not say anything, It’s common courtesy to apologize. She was visibly annoyed with me, and my daughter. My daughter is well behaved and she was watching videos on her iPad. We literally were just sitting the entire time. It was about an hour before closing. I did not give Jess no attitude and I did not comment to her directly regarding her attitude. She made me and my family feel very uncomfortable. Being Native American in a business like Panera bread I expected to eventually have an experience like this. I tried to discuss my concerns with the manager on duty and she quickly disregarded my concerns. I actually asked for the store manager but she insisted I tell her about the situation. I immediately knew nothing was going to be addressed because of her immediate response. The manager on duty tonight 02/28 would not tell me who the direct general manager of the store was. According to her, every manager in the store runs the business equally. As I was walking out Jess stared me down because she heard me ask for her name. I told her to have a wonderful night and continued to leave with my family. Just like Jess, I work hard for my money and it sucks to spend my hard earned money at a business I thought had respect for their customers. Maybe the respect disregards Native Americans. 03/07 Mary the general manager of this store called me to talk about my concerns and ensured me that discrimination is against store policy. She listened to my concerns and offered me a feel meal to make up for my experience. Very much appreciated.

Panera is predictably good food, helpful staff, and a welcoming and clean environment. I got the French onion soup and Greek salad. Both had good flavor but the soup was not as hot as it could have been. This Panera location is recommended.

I got the pick two.. soup & sandwich the soup was good but the bread on the sandwich was very stale… hard as rock I couldn’t chew it! There was very little turkey and lots of avocado. Well I went back the next morning and the new breakfast sandwich they made me was so good🤤they definitely redeem themselves! And I got a free brownie 😍

Tried going through the drive through only to find a car reversed in the entrance with no sign or explanation. Ok fine I'll just go inside right? I go inside with only 2 people in line in front of me, they order to go just like me. I go wait where I was told to pick up my order and watch the 2 people in front of me get their name called to pick up the 2 go order they ordered right before me. I stand there for 20 more min waiting for them to call my name. Finally I ask about my order and they say o come over here it's on the to go order rack. So they just gave the to go orders in front of me to them in the area where I was told to wait but not me? Is it because I didn't leave a tip? So now I get to go home and eat a cold SOGGY sandwich and my wife's pizza is cold and rock solid.

In a hurry I decided to give this big box a try. 2 egg bagel sandwiches. 1 with scrambled egg that was straight out of refrigerator onto sandwich, no steam heat, no microwave, just cold. I had a bagel with an over easy egg. I could see the yellow stain on the egg where the yoke was, but there was a hole in the top of the egg and all the yoke was gone. Not on the packaging, not on the bread, nowhere to be found. Like it was already drained from egg before they put on sandwich. Both sandwiches had only one leaf of spinach and a half slice of a small tomato and cheese was missing. the bagels looked like they were pounded down to pancake thin. I feel they actually went out of their way to make this as terrible as possible. $16 my hard earned money big box took with no effort, no concern for quality, directly into their greedy pockets.

Exceedingly poor quality and service. It’s unbelievable nowadays when everything is expensive and people are just trying to take care of their families that people in food service have no sense to give people a good value. If you charge over 9 dollars for a half salad than it should be backed up in quality. Not surprising though because management nowadays too has no sense either to set any standards or instruct their employees. It’s despicable and of course I won’t be going to get ripped off again. I went home with a salad that was half full with about 4 pieces of lettuce.

Came in with my daughter and her two small children. One with strawberry allergies. When she asked if they had a different flavored yogurt other then strawberry the guy in the tie behind the food prep counter said "no"! I went to the front counter and asked and they were able to give me a banana.

It seems that more often than not, they mess up our order. We ordered food to be delivered to work. I ordered a Strawberry poppy seed salad. I ordered it straight off the menu - no special requests. When I got it, there was no dressing. When I called to let them know, I was told the only thing they could do was put me in a comp book. No options for fixing my dry salad. So, I went back a few days later to get the 'comp'd' salad through the drive through. I looked in the bag and saw a little cup of dressing, so figured it was all good. Nope, they forgot the oranges! Seriously...uggh. I imagine that special orders can be a challenge, but when you order right off the menu, it seems like there should be no problem.

I thought grilled cheese sandwich meant the bread was 'grilled'. Not what I got, but the cheese looked grilled. Even the picture on the menu shows the bread grilled; yet my sandwich had very nice, soft, white bread, but not grilled.

Blandest pizza I’ve ever tasted. Nothing to spice it up with. Bring Your Own Bottle of spicy stuff. Taking this skimpy overpriced pizza home and feeding it to the non-humans better fit for its consumption.

We got the group Mac and Cheese. It was very tasty, I would give that 5 stars but the portion was pretty small for the price. Other places give much more for the same price, we just wanted to give Panera a try. (The photo has a double order)

3:41PM lobby was closed even though the website and phone line says it should be open. Wanted to redeem my drink from unlimited sip club and would prefer to make my own coffee. So many people tried to go in and left because they have the lobby doors closed even though people are inside. Makes no sense. Won’t come back to this one. Waste of time. Thanks Panera Bread..
