They fire their doctors for spending "too much time" with their patients. I finally find a primary that I like and find out she is no longer with them because she spent too much time with her patients. The next doctor I saw spent no time with me running out the door as I am trying to ask questions but he wont get fired atleast.

Worst healthcare experience I have ever had. It’s not hard to see why they keep loosing doctors. I was left without my birth control medication because my primary doctor left Optum and even though they knew I couldn’t book an appointment before running out and risked a pregnancy they wouldn’t help. I had just had my medical visit less than 3 months ago and even then they refused to do something as if the only person able to provide this was the physician that left. They have no regard for their female patients and needs. If you are a women stay away from this place.

apparently they couldn’t even call and tell us there’s no more women’s clinic or family clinic I could go to anymore for my monthly appointment. First, they couldn’t even get the time right on my appointments, saying I’m scheduled at a completely different time then what I called and scheduled for. Now I have to find a whole different doctor to go to when my monthly appointment was due within this next week.

This has been nothing but a nightmare since I initially had my consultation for surgery back in October. My surgery was rescheduled 4 times and now I have my follow up appointment that was scheduled outside the 2 week post op timeframe I was given and when I went into the office today I was told I was not on the schedule and someone would contact me. Needless to say I called them first and was told we scheduled you for December and spoke with your husband about this. Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever experienced! They clearly hire people who hate their job and have no regard for people’s healthcare. The only positive is that my surgeon was amazing but he needs a new staff.

Very clean! The Doctors here are wonderful!

I have always struggled with Optum, whether it be them sending me to the wrong addresses, not notifying me when my doctors leave Optum, and closing entire practices without setting me up with a new specialist - Optum never fails to fail me. They charged me three times for appointments I never had, causing a huge headache to have them removed. I hate that I could only use Optum through my employer insurance, but now that they accept Pres, that's where I'm going.

This place is awful. There never have availability. My doctor schieder never responds. I've tried to schedule appointments through the app and never get a respond. I needed a referral for a specialist and had to hassle them for over a month to get them to send it to the doctor. I wish I had money to sue for malpractice. Update: I have now tried to get a new patient in for six months and not a single doctor is taking new patients. They keep telling me to try in another 3 months. I am now also trying to contract them to get a claims corrected and have been on hold for multiple days for over an hours each time before I give up. Absolutely no answer. I wish I could post screen shots of my hold time

Oh I love this doctors office. Very clean and the staff are amazing. My daughter attends the pediatrics on Sunport. For a while they were closed which I was really bummed, but since last month, they are officially open!!! Thank you for always making my daughters day. Michael Lentz and the wonderful TEAM!!!

After reading the horrible reviews, I didn't have high expectations of this place. Waiting time was kind of long, but it wasn't too bad. Everyone who worked there was very kind and considerate. I was super impressed during my visit. My doctor took the time to talk with me about every concern I had, she was kind, I didn't feel rushed, and I felt felt very comfortable during my entire visit. Not to mention this is the only place I could find that was accepting new patients!

nice doctor but their always backed up if they say your appointment is at 2 be prepared to wait till about 4 thats what's happened to me many times it's worse than urgent care.why make a appointment.

Nice clean medical center. Every department is clearly marked so you know where to go. Friendly staff at front desk to help direct you where you need to go if you don't know where to go. Each department has friendly and courteous staff to help check you in for your appointment. Plenty of seating in each waiting area. Nice view and clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking for disabled individuals. It can be a tad tricky to get to this facility but once you do it's a breeze.

Shay shines! She exemplifies top customer service in Adult Medicine at Sunport location. She makes it a point to know the patients and their names at check-in. I appreciate how accommodating she is when assisting with scheduling. Our family loves her! The Jaramillos

My doctor is on the web so I’ve never met him in person but most of my dealings are with the phone staff at this location. They are the most unprofessional and unhelpful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with as a patient. They will keep you on hold forever but if they need to get ahold of you they will literally call you until you answer making you think there’s some kind of emergency. If you work day shift I guess that’s not so bad but if you work nights be prepared for that level of incompetence and discourtesy. My doctor is incredible and if it weren’t for him I would seek treatment elsewhere.
