On the morning of my first appointment I was optimistic that I would get the help I needed, then, unfortunately, I read the reviews here. They stole my hope, and I seriously considered not going. Without diminishing the validity of the other's experiences, please know that my session was fantastic. I was seen promptly and given the time I needed. The therapist was genuinely engaging and caring, and I felt affirmed and unconditionally appreciated. I will follow up here after a few sessions, but don't let the negative reviews push you away from help.

I worked for Open Skies for only about 3 and a half months. They didn’t appreciate me at all if the clients didn’t cancel they would send me home anyway for who knows what. When I asked why I was always getting sent home my boss told me she rotates who goes home. Yet it always seemed to be me. With how many times clients cancelled on me or how many times I was sent home I couldn’t even make my bill payments like my car payment. On top of that my boss in Respite was encouraging, no that’s the wrong word, she was trying to force me to commit fraud and I walked out because of it. There was an incident that I had absolutely nothing to do with I didn’t even see what happened. My boss instructed me to talk to the staff that was involved in the incident and get as many details as I could then write a report based off of hear say nonsense. I was not about to break the law and commit fraud for $9.00 an hour. When the HR director called to see what was up and I told her what happened she wasn’t even concerned with any of this. This is just the way Open Skies operates. I also know from a source that is very high up in this field. That they commit fraud every time they bill for something in their EMR system HMS. When they bill for something as simple as a Rx refill they always select that they went to extreme measures, performed cpr, shocked you to save your life while you were in the office that day. Which is also fraud, they’re a sinking ship don’t get involved with them if you are in the mental health career field. They will force you to break the law or face disciplinary action or termination.

So disappointed in this place. We had a horrible experience with an abusive Treatment Foster Care parent and Open Skies did nothing. Our DBT therapist was incredibly insincere and really showed an inability to guide my daughter's recovery. She cancelled appointments, gave wrong appointment times, and moved our schedule to meet other's preferences. She then proceeded to refuse to see my daughter when she missed appointments because she was spiraling. She wouldn't even hear me when I tried to inform her that my daughter was in trouble again. This lady really broke down the relationship between my daughter and I. Please look elsewhere for care. You and your family deserve better.

Everything was alright for the first year until they fired my kids therapist and then replaced them with someone that has never had a job before. THEN after I started to like her they gave me surveys. I marked it as good and at the SAME TIME told me they couldn't see me unless I changed my schedule which they knew my situation. So I was forced to leave. They made sure I gave them their surveys first though. That's what really makes me mad. They have a high doctor turn over rate who loves to screw with your medicine and not keep you regulated. I'm glad they kicked us out. They did me a favor.

Management puts Community Support Workers (CSW) in dangerous situations without safety precautions in place when working with aggressive/ dangerous clients. For example, I was assigned a client without ever knowing this person physically attacked his last worker weeks before with a metal object causing injury. And here I was driving alone with the client, putting myself at risk without any and communication from management regarding his violent outbursts/ aggression towards CSW staff. It was disappointing to know that the agency did not put my safety into consideration and chose not to communicate valuable info to ensure the safety of an employee. The HR Director uses "bully" tactics when communicating with employees. Most employees try to avoid her as she has a reputation in the community of being unprofessional. For example, instead of bringing in training to help employees learn skills related to the job, she brought in her friend from the "UFC GYM" in an attempt to sell us gym memberships. CSW's have to use their own vehicles to transport clients. I actually had an adult throw up in my vehicle one time, it was a mess. Other agencies (All Faith's, and UNMH) does a much better job assisting staff/ ensuring safety. Not to mention, CSW's only get paid $9.00 an hour when they are not with clients which is lower than minimum wage.

Extremely long wait times with no explanation or apology. The entire staff looks like former drug addicts and behaves unprofessionally. They have unorganized and inefficient scheduling. The staff will have conversations about other patients in the waiting room like it's gossip hour. Initial assessment is not an hour, more like four. After spending four hours in the office I never heard back from them. Of course, after our experience in the office we would have never gone back anyhow. Don't be a sucker, go somewhere professional!!

Only 1 star so I could post. Very rude receptionist for youth doctors. She has no professionalism in her. She likes to argue and pretty much schedule my child with whom ever. I was told one doctor was leaving then ended up staying but only to see younger children. Then seen a volunteer doctor and come to find out the other doctor was still there and finally got back in to the office. There's so much more that could be said here but rather not this place is not the best to turn to if your needing GOOD medication management.

This place turned my son's life around. He was able to see though modeling that he didn't have to be angry. We had weekly visits at home with a man who was a wonderful role model for my son. Thank you so much!

Nothing with this company is consistent! I've been a patient there for over 7 years, and employees constantly change. Phone calls are never returned. Employees are not reliable! Total lack of communication across the board and no one seems to take any responsibility, and they simply don't care.
