I have to give a shout-out to Heidi, the second shift front desk staff. She was so nice and friendly it felt like coming home for the night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The best part was the sunset views from this hotel that evening . Gorgeous, check out the photos I took. I loved the unique rock shandlier when you walked in the front doors. The pool and exercise center was great to use and what I needed. The breakfast had more gluten-free options than expected, which was nice to eat a good meal. They are close to the airport in Albuquerque. Don't take my word for it go see for yourself.

I've had to stay in this hotel twice in a week due to flight cancellations. I have to say I picked it again due to how nice it is here. It's very clean, the staff is so very nice. The whole hotel smells good. It feels very safe. I booked it thru the Wyndham app, so I get points for every stay. I've been very satisfied with this hotel.

Robert is fantastic. I came in super last minute trying to find a new, safe, pet-friendly hotel and he was able to help me secure the last room before it could be booked online. He’s very friendly and professional. Thankfully we were able to find a big enough space to park our 20’ uhual with trailer on the back. The beds are comfy, room is VERY clean, water was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. This was a good stop on my way from WA to TX. I felt very safe here and now I hope this chain is my hotel for every trip!

Not great, if I’m honest, but little can be blamed on the superb staff. The building looks like new from the outside but sadly sits on the edge of a very old, and not so great looking neighborhood. The lobby and breakfast area’s seem clean bright and welcoming. My twin queen room however, felt very dated. In many places the skirting was either not fitted very well or, around the tub, seemingly damaged by water. The bathroom smelled somewhat and, behind the bathroom door, there were two or three ‘dirty’ patches that sadly looked like, well….let’s just say ‘chocolate spread’.

I stayed here last week for 4 nights. The room was decent looking when I walked in. However, it had a strange smell. I didn't inspect the room. I wish I did. The next day, while getting ready, I noticed a water spot right above the shower. That's where the smell was coming from. It was mold. Manager said there wasn't anything they could do They were fully booked. Maintenance can't do anything until I check out. I noticed that people were checking out and in and they couldn't move me to another room? NOPE! I showed my colleagues my pictures of it and they said gross. I will never stay here again. You could hear everything next door due to the walls being thin. It's no wonder the ceiling looked that way in the shower room.

My biggest problem with this hotel is the noise level. It's appears to be relatively new, but I can hear conversations and TVs in both adjacent rooms and heavy footsteps from above. Much noisier than any recent stay in a similar type of establishment. The room appeared fairly clean but a bit shabby. There were small stains on some linens, etc. On the plus side were comfortable beds, TV selections were ample, but I expected better.

Clean fresh rooms and lobby. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and informative with all questions and concerns. Fresh baked cookies! Breakfast oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, pancakes, bagels, eggs, sausage coffee, tea, juice.

We usually drive from LA to Dallas and usually stay in Gallup. This time we decided to stay in Albuquerque so we looked up locations and found this place. As we walked in our Kings Bed Suite , we were amazed at how clean the room looked. My wife and I both said woah at the exact same time. Great place for our 2 year old to get her wiggles out and very quiet and clean area. This might be our new to go spot while making our yearly drive

Clean and cozy. The breakfast bar was well supplied and tidied up throughout the morning. Easy access from the Interstate. Most of the guests appeared to be travelers. Nice to see that this hotel doesn't appear to be used for subsidized housing like so many others.

I arrived with my family after traveling all day. We found the room to be small and humid. After looking around, we saw that the room was filthy. There was human hair all over the bathroom. There was a collection of garbage under the beds that included animal hair, human hair, half of an old banana, a beer cap, crayon pieces and food crumbs. To make matters worse, the comforter was stained in multiple spots and there was a long dark human hair visible UNDER the fitted sheet. Needless to say, I was appalled and grossed out. The concierge at the front desk, Heidi was helpful in attempting to resolve our deplorable situation. The manager Catalina doesn't know how to work with customers. She refused to call us, as she was not on site. She then lowballed us on compensating us for the situation her management had left us in. After waiting for her for over an hour, we were forced to leave at 9pm. I am in disbelief that Wyndham would promote someone like this to management level. I will be contacting the general manager and corporate. This was unacceptable and absolutely grotesque. For shame. I will never stay at Wyndham again.

Beautiful hotel and big, clean, very comfortable room. 24 hours security in parking lot was a huge plus. Not enough power outlets but other that that it was a great stay, thank you.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my dog. Pet friendly hotel, decent breakfast menu for the price. Good location with many eateries nearby. Gated parking, so one can expect cars to be safer. Friendly staff, upon request they served breakfast a little after 9AM as we had a toddler. Good experience.

Needed a room for a few nights while getting repairs. This one is located across from a decent appearing neighborhood, off the highway, and has a Burger King nearby that is either being built or renovated. Room was clean. TV worked. Fridge worked. I had good hot water and decent water pressure. I enjoyed my 3 night stay and will keep this location on my list for when I'm having work done nearby.

Decent hidden hotel. Looks like the grounds and location have been taken care of. Staff was very nice when we checked in and checked out. Both of them had a great energy and patience with the amount of people coming and going. Rooms were good. A/C worked great. Thanks for a great stay.

Location: it is in a rough neighborhood. While there is a fence around the property and security, I would not want to try to walk to the burger king up the street. Aside from the aforementioned Burger King, there really isn't any convenient dining nearby. Rooms: The rooms were passably clean. My room's door security guard had loose screws and I wouldn't trust its ability to prevent someone from barging in. The bed was hard and the pillows were the same shape, size, and cushioning of throw pillows. I booked 3 nights, but only slept one night because I woke up with a stiff neck and headache due to my neck being out of alignment. Service: Before I arrived, I called ahead because my flight was going to land shortly before midnight and I saw that that check in ends at midnight, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my room key after I arrived. The person who answered the phone assured me that I would be able to check in. I was able to check in with no issues. However, due to my inability to get comfortable with the pillows, I asked someone at the front desk if there were softer pillows and they told me no. So, I checked out early and was told that due to the rate freeze, they could not refund me for the nights I did not stay there. They did say that they would get a hold of a manager and call me back when they did. I never received a call and it has been 3 days since I checked out. I paid over $100/night for that stay and I do not consider it to be worth that price. *Edit* Since it doesn't appear I can reply to the reply, I have not received the refund they say they gave me for the last night. I checked my credit card account and I see no refund. Additionally, I only stayed one night for the 3 night stay that I booked and I checked out before 11 the next morning.

It's a bit pricey. But I can't complain as I got in last minute. The first morning I woke up at 6am due to the people above me stomping around. The concierge quickly and understandably moved us to the 3rd floor. I was very appreciative. Couldn't use the coffee maker in the room because the inside where the water goes was disgustingly dirty. Kids screaming and crying in the room over for my entire stay was irritating, but not the fault of the hotel. After a long day out. We couldn't use either card to get in our rooms and had to go get the cards fixed. Shampoo bottle looked to have been already used, as some was missing and the cap was broken. Refrigerator wasn't shut when we arrived, so it was very warm and didn't cool down for half a day. Needless to say, we had to toss out a lot of perishables. The beds were sunken in the middle, which made for a very rough 3 nights of sleep, or lack thereof, on my already messed up back. Offered aarp discounts (I'm only 40), but not military, which was also disappointing. All in all, it was nice to have a place to stay and sleep, and the employees were very kind, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had a better experience at Days Inn and paid half the price.

The room was great, big and comfortable. Stayed here one night on a road trip. One of the housekeepers was short with my wife but not a big event. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices and a comfortable dining area.

Fantastic customer service! The room was clean and breakfast was good, so we decided to stay there again on our return trip. Then we blew a tire about 3 hours away and had to cancel after 6 pm. When I called, Randy S. answered and talked us through the cancellation process. His support helped change our accident from a disaster to an inconvenience. We highly recommend the Baymont for a worry-free stay!

It was better than I expected it would of got five stars if the walls weren't that thin the room next to me woke me up with them simply talking ,maybe he was a loud talker but I had the fan on and white noise from my phone and he still woke me up. Other than that the room was nice and clean, good location near Gibson street and airport shuttle. Still better than the last hotels I have gotten near ABQ airport. I slept better the first night.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel but the service was. The hotel is very clean and our room was nice with comfortable beds. All the staff we had contact with were wonderful! Our stay also included a nice breakfast set up and a free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Super clean room. Easy check in with a baby and a dog. We got a first floor room which was super convenient. Location was good. Felt safe. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend staying here. It’s daunting trying to find a hotel which accommodates a baby and a dog and this one checked all the boxes. A Plus was comfy bed.

The staff was super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The hot tub and pool were open which was a great added bonus! One of the best hotels on all our stops from Chicago to California

I'm giving this hotel a 5 star just because Robert the manager really went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our room . You can tell he really loves his job and making sure guests are happy. The hotel itself is very nice and great location. Thanks Robert for all your hard work it's nice to see how professional and caring you are! keep up the good work 🤗

Had a great stay at the Baymont. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and there was plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the location was right in the middle of anywhere you'd like to go to in Albuquerque. An issue with the key cards was promptly fixed. Will be back if I'm ever back in the city!

Robert at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All the staff was friendly. The young lady doing the breakfast was on top of everything and kept everything filled. Rooms were clean and I loved floors in some of the rooms around the eating room and the bathroom in the hallway. They were so clean and shiny. Thank you for a great stay. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was too soft for me. ( Just my opinion)

CHECK IN AND FRONT DESK The front desk was very nice upon check in and helped answer all questions. They even made recommendations. Absolutely wonderful. ROOM There was a strange smell when first walking into the room. The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable though the pillows are so small (like couch throw pillows). It had all of the amenities listed. BREAKFAST Breakfast was delicious. They offered juice, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, a variety of breads and muffins, cereals and pancakes. OTHER FACILITIES I did not get to use the other facilities such as the laundry area, the pool or the fitness center. CONCERNS My only true concern with the hotel is the noise level. You can hear people walking above you (which is unfortunate if they are early risers as ours were) and you can hear people in the hallway and sometimes in the room next to you.

Very nice front desk agent named Isaac. Decent rooms that are cleaned well. Better rates directly from Wyndham app or website then any 3rd party app. 15 minute drive from Old Town Historic area. Cheap rates for pet friendly hotel. Worth the cost.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and it was perfect for us. We could comfortably fit myself, my wife, and our four kids in just one suite. The staff was accommodating, the breakfast was nice, and the room was clean. Albuquerque has a lot of sketchy characters shambling around, but the hotel and its parking lot felt secure. If we ever come back to Albuquerque, I would look into booking at this hotel again.

Great location - very close to the airport, but no real noise from the aircraft. Close to other activities and events in Albuquerque. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Did not have breakfast since we had early morning events each of the three days we were there, but the breakfast room looked very goo.

Not the best, not the worst its a good place to stay. Rooms are small compare to other hotels I've stayed in the area for same price. Room cleaness 4/5, found takeout food in fridge. Sheets 4/5 , long hair strand glad my wife saw it first. Bed comfort 5/5. Free complimentary breakfast a plus 3/5. Pool 3/5. Enjoy your stay!!!

Stayed at this location twice now, once on the way to Vegas and once on the way back. The first time through the room was scorching hot, AC hardly worked and it didn't cool off until 5am. And the room had a huge space between the door and the frame, which I though was odd. Then the second time through we had a different room and the AC worked fine, but the door still had a huge gap. Both times were on the second floor, this is a security issue that absolutely needs to be addressed. It would very easy for someone to get a line through the door around the locking mechanism.

Best of a poor choice of hotels in this location and price range. Good location for airport, car rental, to access old town & the highway to other towns. Fast food Takeaway outlets nearby and restaurants further afield. Vending machines and laundry in hotel. Pool looked good but we did not used. Oddly not many gas stations nearby and they close early! Airport Shuttle finished at 10pm. We were given NO notice if this. Stuck at airport. Helpful Front desk sent a taxi, eventually. Blood splats on bed linen -replaced immediately. Room spacious, tidy, clean. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine. TV. Iron. Noisy air con unit. Can hear other guests talking loudly next door. Good sound proofing from highway tho. Breakfast average: Hot food, fresh fruit. Great coffee. Plastic plates and cutlery :( Wanted to leave tips for Staff but front desk could not change my note. Sorry housekeeping and kitchen. Our Last night's sleep ruined by guest above us, marching up and down their room. Front desk actioned immediately. However it started again early hours and all morning until check out. Next time when guest requests a "quiet room" please do not put a guest above them! Maybe put them on the top floor? Overall we would return.

For what it is and for the price, we’d stay here again. Isaac and Hannah at the front desk were great, kind, and accommodating. The hotel lobby area, hallways and rooms were always very clean. A few cons: our keys kept needing to be replaced as they would stop working. On two different occasions, there was no sign of anyone at the front desk for a few minutes. It’s not in the best neighborhood (although this caused no issues for us, it is something to note). Overall, we’d stay again.

I have stayed here twice in the last 3 years as a pass through. The property is clean and I felt safe while here. The rooms are clean and the employees were all very nice. The free breakfast was "ok" but you can't complain as it is free. Easy check in and check out. Would stay here again if passing through.

Location was perfect , our suite was clean , very comfortable, my family enjoyed our 3 days stay. Front desk staff were extremely efficient, pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Overall we had a great experience. Property is clean, we felt safe.

The room and bathroom are nice and clean except the bathtub looks like it's a 1000 years old and hasn't been cleaned right in ages. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. But right now I am laying in my bed listening to a little baby crying her eyes out in the next room. It is very noisy here. the walls are paper thin.
