    They were out of the peach tea and syrup the person said at the window. So I asked for a cup of water instead with a warm loaf. The loaf wasn't warmed but he closed to window so I guess the water wasn't going to come. I just left, they weren't busy but people are human they may have forgotten.

    Just off of I25 this Starbucks is a convenient walk from the hotel where we are staying. The service as fast and friendly. We noticed there was a huge line in the drive thru. I think this is the friendliest Starbucks we have visited. When we ordered our coffee the next day the girl recognized me and said "hi Cynthia" when we walked in the door!

    My opinion of Starbucks has started to decline over the last few years. Coffee is getting too expensive, they are seeking every opportunity to “cheapen.” People are paying five dollars for coffee and they can’t even provide a sleeve for the cup. Also, the majority of orders that we get there are now coming out wrong. If you are going to charge premium prices, you need to deliver a premium service.

    Normally they do OK. Today the fat girl forgot to put the espresso in my latte so when I got home I took a sip of milk and syrup. I should’ve realized it wasn’t done before I left because the volume in the cup was low and it didn’t have the whip cream or caramel drizzle but I didn’t care so much about those finishing touches. She also managed to give me the only tomato mozzarella panini that didn’t have any mozzarella on it. They’re made and packaged elsewhere so that one isn’t her fault, but it just added to the disappointment when I got to work and had to drink my sweetened milk with no coffee.

    the people working here are always really nice, but the reason for the low rating is the huge inconsistencies in the way drinks are made here… i notice a lot of starbucks locations are this way! it just stinks because when you’re paying over $6 for a 12oz drink, you kinda hope it’ll be right when you pull away from the drive thru. i ordered an apple crisp oat milk shaken espresso, but no oat milk was in the drink at all. i’ve ordered the same drink before from the same location, tasted great. i really don’t like when i have to go home and add my own stuff to make it drinkable. if it was a $1 iced coffee from mcdonald’s, i could understand a bit better, but…

    If you like ice, this is the place for you. Ordered two drinks with light ice and that somehow translated to two cups filled to the brim with ice that I got about 10 sips out of. I consistently have this issue at this location, where even if I order light ice I always get a full cup of it. Giving two stars because the people are nice.

    I want to say my drink was made fast so that was nice however when I picked it up it was half air, it did have the Cold foam on top, but that was just a Thin layer no concern there .The barista said that it looked that way because it was shaken it’s full I said OK and then I walked over the side just thinking as I’m like no I order those drink all the time that’s not OK and I walk back over and she’s like I’ll make another one and literally she fills it completely with eyes pours the drink inside it’s still not full, so then she starts digging out the ice and adding milk to it and pours 2 inches of cold foam handed it to me I said thank you and I grabbed it and then she grabbed my half filled one that I was given originally and I was like well can I just keep that one too since you’re gonna throw it away, and she just kind of was snooty, and gave it to me maybe I’m in the wrong and I should’ve just let her have that one but neither of my drinks were made correctly and to get that attitude for a drink that I spent $7.50 on is crazy. Was not impressed.

    On google maps and on a sign it says open until 9 pm. So i drove 10 minutes to get here. Only the drive thru is open.

    I'm bummed out today because I normally come get an oatmilk shaken iced espresso but online said they were out which happens a lot. So I tried something new today which was the almond milk honey latte and it was not my fav. It tasted watered down which is hard for something having 3 shots of espresso so I asked if I could get something different because I didn't like it and I was told I could buy something different. Maybe it's dumb but I figure if I buy everyday and I try something new because you don't have what I always get and I don't lie it that you might try to offer me something different without extra charge. Maybe I'm expecting too much but I'm not happy with the morning managers choice today. My scone was delicious as always and my egg bites were very good that was something new today too. Thank you they were warm and tasty and I'll buy again.

    Coffee was horrible and customer service was bad! manager was very very rude. I came back to have it remade and they did not care about the inconvenience this caused and made me wait for my order. They should have handled mine immediately for the inconvenience! I will not be back to this location. I have never had such a bad experience at any Starbucks. Tiffany needs to check her attitude!

    Got my annual birthday freebie from their 'stars' program there – pretty good deal, you get ANY food or drink item gratis regardless of size, & costs nothing to participate. Hadn't been to this location in years... access a little tricky due to orientation off I25 frontage road, & one direction of San Mateo. Good service at drive-thru, & Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was fine as usual.

    Still feel the same about these places. Of course I'm not a coffer drinker, but millions of people can't be wrong. The aromas smell good, the Danish and other treats are as good as they look. Just too expensive and sometimes you'll wait a long time for your order..

    We all know Starbucks is pretty uniform in terms of coffee offerings and standards. So what really makes one stand out from another is the service. The barista here was awesome!! Really helpful, took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and then asked how I like it after I tried my coffee. I would definitely come back here!

    This location not so vocal or customer service orientated. Drinks are kinda watery and well below the lid level. Many other locations that are very helpful and happy to help. Drinks are tasty and full, no skimping on flavor or anything. Hit or miss with some locations.

    Venti Mocha Frap with an add shot affogato on top. Close, it was almost correct. Probably much like my spelling of the word describing the type of shot. This is a common mistake (the blending not the spelling) and generally only yields 3 stars BUT! it’s a pretty darn good drink because all the other measurements are correct and there was no whip.

    So......I ordered a venti Chai tea latte with no foam. Will today, I decided to pour it into my tumbler to keep it hot. That's when I noticed some of my tea was missing and there was a hair in the tea I was served. I've never felt disgusted. I called the store back hoping it would be resolved but the manager did not even care and was passive and needs more training in handling situations like this. I believe if this happened to him, he wouldn't be happy either. As of today, I no longer am a starbies regular. Highly disappointed. Do better - hygiene is important.

    I ordered a grande Americano with room for half and half... unfortunately the barista must not have read the order on the cup, as it was full...with no room... annnnnd the the breakfast sandwich was over microwaved...I should have said something but didn't, there's too many Karen's out there already.

    As you know not all Starbucks are the same. Some of them have better staff than others. This one has a great barista team and they know me by name and treat me decently. I have found I really enjoy the standard drinks they make with oat milk. I have to be honest I'm not thrilled with the new price an oatmeal latte and event size is now $9. That's getting seriously close to the price of an entire meal. I used to go to Starbucks and sit down and work and write. I can't afford to do that on a daily basis anymore

    It's Starbucks, need I say more? Awesome crew really good positive energy. Just what you need while starting (or ending) your day. There is a Gal who has sleeve Tattoos on right arm. Made my coffee better then I have ever made my own. I will ask by name when coming back to this store. I have about 5 steps to making my coffee and she nailed it perfectly. If you read this, you know who you are, thank you. Before putting less then one star on a review. .go a couple times then make a review. What if someone made their review on the first time with you. Be honest. Only a small few times I ever do less then 3 Star. And that's because I go a few times before judging the experience

    My boyfriend likes this location. They are always friendly and are happy to mix his custom coffee drink requests. I order tea from Starbucks and they always get my almond milk and chai order right. Other locations have mixed it up and I cannot drink real milk. The cashiers are all always happy and courteous. They ask if we are having a good day and we just feel great going. I have 3 kids who love the refreshers and they are sure to get us the drink carrier for the backseat. All our orders over the past year have been correct.
