When one thinks about Donuts - - - Krispy Kreme is in a league all of its own. From the moment that Krispy Kreme Donuts first came to Rio Rancho, New Mexico nothing about donuts has been the same. Whether you enjoy an original glazed, chocolate glaze, filled or cake donut smiles follow that white box with its delicious sweetness. The location at Wyoming is centrally located in the Northeast heights. The staff are patient and go the extra mile when giving you information about your donut selections. Regardless of where you get your Donuts from, one thing is for sure, you won't be losing any of the Covid 15 with such tasty treats. Due to the availability of donuts, customer service, cleanliness of the location and taste of their product, I am giving this location the highest rating for this visit. History: Vernon Rudolph bought a secret yeast raised doughnut recipe from a New Orleans French chef, rented a building in what is now historic Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and began selling its Krispy Kreme doughnuts on July 13, 1937 to local grocery stores. The delicious scents of cooking doughnuts drifted into the streets, and passersby stopped to ask if they could buy hot doughnuts. So he cut a hole in an outside wall and started selling Original Glazed doughnuts directly to customers on the sidewalk. In 1982, a small group of our early franchisees bought Krispy Kreme back from Beatrice Foods. A renewed focus on the hot doughnut experience became a priority for the company. They began to expand outside the southeast US and opened its first store in New York City in 1996. Soon afterward, in 1999, the first store in California opened and national expansion was well underway. When Krispy Kreme turned 60 years old in 1997, it was officially recognized as the 20th century American icon with a donation of company artifacts to the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History. Worst service ever. The manager and employee both have then personality of a nail head. Rude and unfriendly. The employee obviously didn’t want to be there and if that is the only quality of employees Kristi Kreme can find the should reassess their hiring process. Do the miserable girls a favor and set them free.

Spent $30.00 for 2 dozen original glazed doughnuts today & when I asked why they didn't have any blueberry cake or chocolate cake doughnuts anymore, I was told "we don't make the doughnuts from scratch, we only receive what comes from the factory and the factory isn't making those doughnuts anymore." Whoever is making the decisions regarding the types of doughnuts that are being offered needs to know that not everyone likes raised doughnuts and if a consumer is going to pay $15.00 for a dozen doughnuts, there are better choices in the Albuquerque market like Glazed Grinders, Amy's Donuts, or even Dunkin Donuts. These large companies need to realize that now, more than ever, they should do their best to retain their customers, and for what's it worth, this consumer will never purchase Krispy Kreme doughnuts again. I drove from Farmington to Albuquerque on our way back to TX, just to get Krispy Kreme. The variety is not my favorite and the quality was very lacking! The person that waited on me acted like I was bothering him. Not satisfied at all! It was certainly not worth the trip. Krispy Kreme you used to be better than that!

Usually i leave nothing but good reviews but this service is absolutely horrible & needs to be fixed!! Whoever that black girl is she needs to go and get fired!! She was giving me a attitude the whole time and was being absolutely rude the moment I walked through that door. She gave me my donut and took it out my hands!!!! It’s absolutely disgusting that this type of discrimination behavior still exists. I will never ever be coming back to this shop until she is fired!!!

Usually, I leave nothing but good reviews...food/coffee is good, but the service sucks. Whoever the slender girl is needs to go. She is rude as you walk through the door. She basically threw my coffee at me along with donut, and said in a borderline hostile way," have a good day ". Never coming back....

Do you all read your reviews?? Get rid of the girl with braces already, she treats people like trash. There are reviews about her that go back 6 months ago. She was incredibly rude to me and my family. Before we even sat down she YELLED at us and said the lobby closes at 7 which was in 30 minutes. It is was my daughter birthday and we always make KK part of our tradition. We eneded up eating our donuts in the parking lot standing in the wind. Worst service ever. Never coming back

I always love a good lemon filled donut. These little spring minis were so cute that I had to grab a box of them too. The service at this location was impeccable. My treats were delectable.

The manager was rude and was less than helpful during the Balloon Fiesta. We are not from Albuquerque and I would think that people would be helpful but clearly not the case.

Sign says always fresh. Blunt lie. Not once have I come here and they have warm donuts. If the donuts are cold I might as well pick them up from the grocery store.

Very disappointed every time I go to any krispy kreme location. I can’t remember the last time I walked into a krispy kreme and they had original glazed available. It’s not even 10am and they are out. I asked if they’d give me assorted for the same price but they apparently can’t do that. They suggested I go to a different store yet they are all across town. I’ve actually driven to a different location just to find the other location didn’t have any glazed either.

Donuts were great which is why i didnt give 1 star, its just too bad they weren't what i ordered. I spent nearly $100 and couldn't have been more disappointed when i got home and opened the boxes to find out of the 5 boxes i bought only 1 dozen were correct. I live over 2 hours away, so returning the donuts was not an option. Will not be returning to this location.

Their Halloween donuts were 18 and change. Way to expensive for what they were. They were just icing and candy decorations on regular don't. For the most part they all tasted the same. 2 of the donuts had some kind of filling in them which wasn't all that great. Don't think I will do that ever again. Dunkin donuts are was better than this and cheaper too.

Waitress had her feet up staring at her phone. Probably the face books. She had braces and said that the strawberry minis can’t be transferred out. To bad those are my wife’s favorite

The Pumpkin cheesecake doughnut was probably a day old. Dry, crusty looking. The "pumpkin puree" if you can call it that, and cheesecake swirls were hard and kinda gross if I'm honest. The pumpkin spice glaze was shriveled and dried out as well.

Customer service at Wyoming Krispy Kreme location was non-existent. The young lady was extremely rude and hostile. We walked out and went to Dunkin Donuts. The employees at Dunkin greeted us with smiles and we were treated with courtesy and respect.

The gentleman behind the counter was smiling and joking, which is impressive at 6:00am! And the donuts (Scooby Doo) were fun and delicious. Thank you, Krispy Kreme!
