Went
on
a
Saturday
evening
at
630pm.
The
restaurant
is
plainly
laid
out
with
the
kitchen
right
in
front
and
you
can
see
the
small
kitchen
staff
expertly
preparing
the
orders
as
they
come
in.
It
took
a
few
minutes
to
get
seated
and
I
chose
to
sit
outside
under
the
misters,
which
was
a
bad
idea,
but
my
choice.
I
should
have
chosen
a
table
inside.
The
waitress
came
after
a
few
minutes
and
offered
a
glass
of
water,
which
was
nice
and
cold.
When
she
came
back
a
while
later
I
ordered
a
citrus
salad
and
the
pork
chop
medium.
And
then
we
wait...
After
what
seemed
like
a
long
time
but
was
probably
only
15
minutes,
I
asked
the
waitress
if
I
could
possibly
get
the
salad
first,
and
she
presented
it
a
few
minutes
later.
The
presentation
is
lovely.
The
fruit
felt
fresh,
the
vinaigrette
was
nice
but
lacked
body
and
acidity.
When
it
was
mixed
I
felt
like
it
needed
some
salt
overall,
but
it
was
quite
tasty.
After
another
bit
of
wait,
during
which
time
it
began
to
get
cold
as
the
misters
were
in
full
swing
and
the
wind
was
pushing
the
most
down
quite
a
bit!
The
pork
chop
was
again
presented
beautifully.
The
cauliflower
mash
was
the
best
part
of
the
dish,
the
rest
of
it
coming
together
in
a
bit
of
a
haphazard
and
uncoordinated
way.
The
pork
chop
itself
lacked
a
distinctive
flavor,
was
just
a
tad
undercooked
and
really
needed
the
rest
of
the
plate
to
pick
it
up.
I
believe
that
they
are
understaffed
or
possibly
with
new
staff
and
not
enough
experience.
The
service
was
a
bit
too
slow,
the
food
was
beautifully
presented
but
packed
that
overall
punch.
I
would
recommend
stopping
in
if
you've
got
some
patience
and
willing
to
wait
a
bit,
it
looked
like
the
chefs
knew
what
they
were
doing
so
i
am
confident
the
food
will
be
better.
