👍👍 Good burger with good price. Like others have said, it's not a giant grease ball of a burger and it's definitely tasty! We got the green chili burger and the black bean burger and we loved both. Sweet potato fries were good. If you don't get any add ons it's only $10 per burger 👍 People often mention burger, fries, good, sweet, potato, burgers, time, beef, restaurant, order,

I was looking at my original review of this restaurant and decided to give it another try. Perhaps I had been too critical on my first visit and needed to take another look. My first impression of the restaurant is that it's clean, it's well-maintained, and the people at the counter were just a joy to interact with. The young lady who took my order was particularly pleasant. Nothing but smiles and happy comments. One disappointing thing was that they were out of bacon, but I don't really think that detracted much from the overall meal. And hey, restaurants run out of things. That just happens in the restaurant industry, especially if you're trying to keep ingredients fresh. Then, I came to the soda fountain. And I was pleasantly surprised to find Zuberfizz sodas in the fountain. This totally makes sense, considering they're both Durango based companies, but Zuberfizz is my flat-out favorite root beer. Every time I go to Durango, I buy a case of it and bring it back here. I was pretty skeptical about how Zuberfizz from the fountain with taste, but it was fantastic. I just loved it! The food came pretty quickly, and it was pretty good. See photos. The hamburgers were a little bit dry. I think that's part of what you get from grass-fed beef, less fat, less juicy, but all in all these had a good flavor and it was well-cooked. The burgers were dressed really well also, meaning that the lettuce tomatoes and pickles were all fresh, well-placed, and there was a decent amount food on the burger. I made sure to get some of the french fries and some of the sweet potato fries. I'm not really a fan oh sweet potato fries, but these were pretty good. Both the potato and the sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were well seasoned and I enjoyed eating them, although I wouldn't order the sweet potato fries for myself again. If you like sweet potato fries, you will like these. You need to bus your own table when you're finished with your meal. That's part of the deal here, and it's clearly posted on the table. See the photo attached. Might take is that this is a pretty good hamburger. It is a bit pricey, and grass-fed hamburgers are not a big deal to me. If it's a big deal to you, this place is right up your alley! If you want grassfed beef, on your hamburger, this is the place to go. One of the most impressive things about the restaurant for me was their sign saying that if you weren't satisfied with the food please bring it to their attention, see the photo attached. I really like a restaurant that's willing to stand up for their product and make the customer happy. So, all in all I was pleased. I think I underrated this restaurant the last time I was here and I'm going to change from three stars to four stars. I'll leave my original review below, but as I said, I think I was too harsh in my first review. Four stars on this hamburger! ------------ (Three stars) The food is good, but it's really pricey. I can't tell the difference between this and any other hamburger. So, I'll spend less money somewhere else. If you're thing is grass-fed beef hamburgers, then this is the place for you.

This is a wonderful place with the most friendly people. The food is really good, I recommend getting the mixed fries ( regular and sweet potato ) bc yes they let you do that. Burgers are really good and you won't leave with that awful 'I just ate a pile of grease' feeling. Don't get me wrong we all love a good shame burger but this just feels like good food. Milkshakes are a super solid order. We were here at Christmas and they had peppermint mocha... Yum. Lots of little add-ons I do recommend getting some extra chipotle mayonnaise if you like that kind of thing bc it's delicious. For families: this place has a small play corral with tables next to it. We were able to eat and enjoy our meal while the kids played with toys. An awesome idea I wish more places had.

Bottom line up front: solid. The service was 10+, everyone was extremely attentive, friendly, just the best. They deserve credit big time. Atmosphere is just fine. It's not trying to be fancy, but has very cool features that make it unique. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. The fries are spot on amazing. I got mixed sweet and regular potatoes. Highly recommend if you're not sure which you'd prefer, but the sweet potato fries definitely win for texture and crisp. We got a green chile and a mushroom and swiss burger. We got all of this to go. They weren't labeled so we did a quick inspection and went at it. Halfway through my burger I realized that my burger was not the green chile but the mushroom and swiss. I didn't tell my friend and they never noticed. So I guess I'd say that the toppings are not all that defining. The burger patty was good but not especially memorable. But... The pickles, their thickness, the lettuce and its freshness, the tomatoes, the thick cut white onion (may be too much for some, I loved it and I'm really not an onion fan) were spot on. Chipotle mayo is good but needs more kick. Would I go again? Definitely! Also to try their bowls, they look awesome.

I don’t understand how the staff became so rude post COVID. I used to come here quite often, but it’s not the best experience being talked down to by the 17 year old employee for asking why it’s 100 degrees inside. The menu is somehow more expensive than 5 guys (granted the food is much better) despite having smaller portion sizes. I’d be fine paying a premium to have a nice burger, but not if it’s to get talked down to by the employees for stepping foot inside.

Good price of $6.99 for their most basic burger. Not sure on the weight, but seemed like 1/3 lbs. Thicker and juicy with good flavor. Probably 8.5/10 on the burger. Their fries were really solid too. Probably 8/10 for the fries. $3.xx for the fries. Only enough for one person. But they seemed relatively fresh, crispy, and good flavoring (decent amount of quality salt). I'll take pics next time. I was thoroughly impressed, esp for the price. Ranks in the top 3 for me for burgers in ABQ. Def recommended. I'll be back many times I'm sure. 👍

The food quality is decent. They serve house brew sodas which were fine. They have a small area for the kiddos to play and write on chalk boards. I'd eat here again, but it wouldn't necessarily be on my list of joints that jump out at me to frequent

First time here. Selected a bacon cheddar burger and green chili jack burger bowl. Both plates were excellent. Pretty straight forward burger place. Walk up order, staff gives you a number and drops off food. No real service beyond that. Don't bring bills larger than a 20. They won't accept. And it's a gun free zone

Overall, the experience was fine. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 shakes. Their shake machine ended up being down. They were very prompt to inform us and provide free drinks and a full refund on the shakes. The sodes we had were amazing, and the service was great! When it came to the burgers and fries, they were ok at best, especially when considering the price. I can't help but compare them to Burger 21 or Five Guys both in regards to the food and atmosphere, and I feel you will get a tastier burger and more fries at those establishments over this one.

We stumbled across this place on our last day in town after a long hike and we're so glad we did. Some of the best burgers we've eaten. Great food, great ethos, quick service, and a good vibe. Keep it up!

This food was amazing, my burger was fresh, and you could definitely tell how well handled and carefully it was made. Fries were so good and the perfect temperature, not too hot but not too cold. Definitely recommend this as a go to for a quick but delicious meal. The staff here were so well-natured, kind, and attentive.

Really really good. Just, expect to pay premium. Love that the meat is real grass fed organic. I got an extra patty and it didn't cost quite an arm and a leg to do so. I wish they would've given me some money off for not ordering a bun with my burger. I feel like this kind of place would cater well to those seeking a gluten-free, or animal-based diet. But price for customization isn't very economical.

Wonderful Burger. Not to big and not too small, just right. I enjoyed the dining room and food was excellent.

As the photo below shows, I was served an order of burnt sweet potato fries. I said out loud to the employee who set them down in front of me, "The fires are burned." She simply turned around and walked away.

I have only eaten out burgers here in abq 2x. Today was first visit. The place was empty except for us. I ordered a regular grass burger and it was cold. The patty was drier than a grassfed patty should taste. The fries were delish and they have a very impressive fountain that serves flavored sodas with cream taste! 5/22/23: I tried this again and my experience this time was spot on!!!! Thank you Mr Ed!!!! Delicious 😋

Best burger I have ground in ABQ. Delicious non dairy shakes, so exciting. And the fries are hot a crispy! 10/10

First time eating here and we’ll definitely be back. Burger was flavorful and juicy. Love the fresh toppings and plenty of pickles, lettuce, and tomato. We got the fry mix up best of both worlds. My husband said next time he’ll get a double patty.

Crispiest sweet potato fries this side of the Mississippi. Burger was awesome. Green Chile could of had more heat but had great flavor. Best gluten free buns I've ever tasted. Daughter has gluten issues. Prices on par with other restaurants with similar menus. Plenty of parking and a nice outside patio. 👍

Clean & Kind environment, Great food, large burgers and bowl portions. Loved the sweet fries

The burger definitely tasted homemade. But it was noticeably flavorless like they put no seasoning in the beef. I'd also say the beef was needing a bit more fat in it. They put enough gigantic pickle slices on it to overpower the beef. One or two small thin pickles (or some diced pickles) is all that is needed. The fries were undercooked. Given it was 2pm and the place was slow, I don't understand why they short cooked the fries. The chipotle mayo was good. Honestly I'd rather have a Wendy's burger and fries. Spent $15.03 on a to go cheeseburger and fries with gratuity. I like what they are trying to do but they need to up their cooking game quite a bit with better beef seasoning and fries that are actually crispy.

The girl who took our order was adorable, so sweet. The food was really yummy. Fries were delicious and the burger meat was super good quality. My husband got a green chile cheese burger and I had a cheddar burger w lettuce instead of a bun.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. This used to be the best burger I’ve ever had but since the pandemic it’s really just so so. The burgers are dry, the gluten free buns are crumbly and hard, there is scant sauce to where you can’t even taste it. These burgers used to be so juicy they would weep juices!! Not any more🤷‍♀️

One of the best burgers I’ve had in quite some time. They had it seasoned perfectly, and the toppings were an incredible compliment with how well it meshed together. The flavor was smooth and satisfying, and I will be back soon.
