Absolutely wonderful food. I took a friend tonight cause I am moving. And she has helped me out so much. So we went to celebrate my move and my new job. And out server Chris was so awesome I wish I could have given more for a tip.

We stopped for dinner, and I was surprised how quickly we were seated and served with it being a busy Friday night. Our waiter was good and so was the food. I was happy they could make my salmon without the butter so it'd fit my diet.

Was so yummy!! This Olive Garden never disappoints!!!! The shrimp Alfredo was divine and the raviolis were so good and tasty!! Another amazing dinner with family!!! And great service too!!!

My mother took me to lunch for my birthday. I am one of those customers who knows how i like my food. Xtra alfredo, light colored breadsticks, and no gnocchi in my soup. Our waiter was great, the food was good. I was given free birthday cake and a caramel message written on a plate. My waiter also sang a great version of Happy Birthday.

Bryson was awesome. Customer service and so fast with everything we wanted. Helpful Courteous and fun!! First time visit and will definitely mark my map to stop here when we are traveling between AZ and WI. Thank you!!

The service was awesome. Our waitress jay made our experience so much better. She was awesome. I recommend asking for her. Food was hot, salad was awesome and the bread sticks were fresh. Thank you again

This was our first visit to Olive Garden in over 2 years and it was nothing short of disappointing. The calamari was rubbery and soggy. They even made it twice but it didn't make a difference. And getting breadsticks was a challenge. Poor service added to the overall bad experience. The manager tried to make things right, which was greatly appreciated. After the manager spoke with us, our server became even worse and showed attitude and had rude comments. Even though the manager was apologetic and very nice, I doubt we will go back anytime soon. We were also disappointed that the menu had changed so much. Too many other restaurants around to go there again.

Awesome service by everyone including our server who was very attentive, courteous, friendly and always with a smile.

What a wonderful lunch experience! My food was delicious and came out quickly. The music was nice and at a perfect volume. The gentleman at the door was personable. And saving the best for last, my waitress, Theresa M., was fabulous. Pleasant and very efficient. Well done team.

The worst customer service in the world, (Danielle M. @ Juan Tabo loction) I've never been treated that rudely. First we sat by the kitchen, but then the couple next to us, ordered after us, received their drinks first, their food first, and not only, got their to go box first. I mind you, I asked for a to go box before this, and was waiting about 10 minutes for it. But she, put there to go box in a bag, and tied it up for them. She didn't even open our bag for us. When I request this bag, I forgot to mention that she said "Girl (in a ethnic accent, while she looks at least 5+ younger than myself( a 35yr old with 3 teenage kids) you done already!?" Not realizing, that we can hear her talk, in her real voice to the couple that's sitting literally 2 ft away from us! I happen to be a server myself, and I know that the first thing to customer service, is to treat everyone exactly the same. We all are paying for a dining experience, and you are not a part of our party. And I am not your girl, I am a lady who could tip you more than 50 cents. But I gave you 51 because you gave me a mint and that's the only one you actually earned. You can't judge everyone by their appearances, everyone makes mistakes, but kindness and integrity is invaluable. I honestly would not even give the service a 1 star rating , and the atmosphere was affected by the service.

Upon arrival, we were seated but waited for 20 minutes for our server to take our order, who never arrived. Several waitresses walked by but continued on and we were being completely ignored. We decided to start again at the entrance and asked to be seated in a different location with the expectation of being served. We were not offered bread sticks, in fact had to request them toward the end of the meal. The waitress focused on my fiance and flirted with him in front of me. She filled his drinks but failed to refill mine and didn't ask me about choices of salad dressings but gave him several options. There were a few other things that I'm not going to mention. I wouldn't recommend my friends or family to dine at this location particularly because the service we experienced was unprofessional and disappointing.

Pictures pretty much sums up the experience. Food is as to be expected typical Olive Garden. Took so long to be served we almost left. Server was gracious about it and opologized. Service continued to be lacking for the rest of our visit. A couple that sat in a different section about 10 mins after we arrived, got their food before we got salad. Had to ask for breadsticks. Server recommended green chili with my pasta. We had a whole conversation about it and I said I'd like the green chili. Food arrived without green chili. When he was putting cheese on my dish I mentioned it. He said he'd bring it as a side. Chili arrived after I finished my pasta. On the way out, bathrooms were filthy. Piss on the floor etc. Decided to hold it until I got home a 30+ min drive. Manager did refund the price of my wife's pasta as compensation. Making our visit almost worth it.

7/29/23 unfortunate experience when only ordering soup and salad. After 45 min of patiently waiting, we finally approached management. At that point, we had each only received one bowl of soup, one glass of water, and a salad that was served unfinished (lettuce, onion, and 2 tomato slices), despite efforts of asking waiter 3xs for refills! No bread, yet every table in our corner of 7 tables each were easily on their 2nd or 3rd round. Excuse was that waiters were faster in getting the fresh bread? We asked for mgmt during the 45 min., but the waiter never requested on our behalf. Just ruined a lovely date with my daughter. I had to personally seek management, totally disrupting our experience. The discount of $4.99 off each of our orders didn't cover the bad experience; the excuse was the waiter was "new." We commuted and intentionally selected the restaurant. Left very disheartened and disappointed.

Food was done perfectly! I have been to some olive gardens where the food was kind of bland but that was not the case here! And our server was such a nice, sweet lady! I wish I remembered her name but she had blonde hair. She was really good at her job. Overall a great experience

Our server Jude was amazing. Our food was good too. I would of gave 5 stars but my pasta didn't have enough Alfredo sauce on it.

Last few times we have been here they have either been really behind or order was wrong. We figured it would iron itself out with good management and decided to try it again. Well it seems to have gotten worse. We got sat right away and was seen by our server almost instantly which is a great sign. We ordered our drinks and that is where the fun begins. Never saw our server again for 20mins. During this time we saw her help a party of her 20+ and stayed helping them the whole time. Right when we were going to leave because of the lack of help we got our drinks finally from a hostess and bus boy and they were in plastic cups…. This was a sign that we needed to leave. I hope they get their act together but that store needs some quality training in their profession.

Excellent food and service! I always eat a bit more than I should, because it is just SO GOOD! Portions are enough that we take plenty home for lunch the next day! Zuppa Toscana and their Alfredo dishes are my go to! I truly believe it doesn't get any better than this.

Went for a date night on Sunday evening. Was pleasantly welcomed by staff with zero wait time. Seated at a comfortable booth adjacent to the front of the restaurant. Our server, food quality of our order, as well as the efficiency of kitchen staff was top notch. We will be returning to this location!

The service is amazing! The food is also great! Mary was probably one of the best waitresses I’ve ever encountered. She was very helpful and overall, truly a kind person. She makes me want to come back and eat here more often!

This place is perfect!!! Serve is 5 star very very attentive servers.. Food is 5 star never cold tastes fresh seasoned perfect. Clean, friendly staff, no wait, easy online ordering and curbside pickup. I love this place. Never had a bad experience with anything at this place…

I go for my son, he LOVES the Mac. Correction... LOVED it. This last time is our last. Three kids meals and all burnt the only thing that was edible were the bread sticks and salad....

Better service than usual... Loved the waitress. Food is always consistent, however, the soup was cold.

Our server, Denise, was great! We were seated in an area that apparently did not have a waitress but she came to the rescue. Our drinks and foods arrived quickly, salad crisp, soup was good and hot. Thank you for great service.

Their service is always quick and they have never gotten my order wrong. The attendants for the pick up area outside are always quick to address you in your vehicle and bring your order right after. The food is always cooked well and thoroughly and tastes great. Never had an issue and hope to keep coming back.

Great service from our waiter, Dominick!! Very friendly, attentive and timely even though it was lunchtime on Saturday. Food was fresh and tasty, the usual Olive Garden fare. My one complaint is that the ladies restroom was dirty and it was only noon. Hair and debris visible on the bathroom floor, in the drain and the toilets were dirty. Should smell like bleach first thing upon opening, not urine. This place obviously didn't mop before opening. I may go back but definitely won't use the ladies room!

Service was very quick and our waitress was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. Our meals arrived at perfect timing as we finished our salads the main course arrived. The waitress was always there when needed but never overwhelming with her presence. Fantastic visit.

Olive garden for the most part it's super good and this one is not an exception. The lady that was our server, was so so so nice and super great service. Even if the food Wasn't great, it was good, I would go back because of her. I definitely recommend olive garden to all, but this particular one better.
