    First time here. Good pizza, friendly staff, clean, decorated nicely. Wasn't a fan of how loud the operations of the place is when eating in with the use of a intercom calling peoples names and loud staff in back. This wouldn't impact me coming back again or anything, but eating in; it's a little bothersome.

    The drive through can be very busy but this time was very fast. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food was accurate, hot and delicious. It was very good experience. I will return.

    Great pizza and salads. Too many times, we have gotten incorrect salad order at the Monroe location. Frustrating. Otherwise, we like Dion's - it is our go-to when we want pizza.

    Ya know love the place but its been at least 4 visits with something wrong with the order whether cheese bread forgotten, adding mayo when asked for none or getting the base of the salad wrong. I know it sounds picky but all they ever say is come back and they will correct. Well pt. Of ordering online and not having to leave car is convenience. Having to turn around and drive all the way back suxs! So i just sux it up praying next time will get better. Oh and if you order online and mark like extra mix in salad or anything its like yhey put half as much vs. the regular and never xtra nada.

    My family and I love dions. They are absolutely delicious most of the time, however, our experiences seem to have gone downhill… I’ve definitely had my fair share of missing items from my order such as dressings, etc. We order here so often. We love the pizza, subs, salads, so you can imagine that it feels pretty messed up when the employees treat you poorly. One of which, we had ordered all our food, got a chef salad, with mix on side. They ended up putting everything on side, but forgot our eggs, which I added extra of them as well. We call, the manager says we can drive all the way back to get them… was so rude on the phone with my mom. She said just forget it. Another, is I ordered 2 subs with fruit, took it all the way 40 min to deliver order to a family member, and fruit cup was left opened, and the juiced soaked all into sandwich. It was disgusting. Didn’t bother to call because didn’t want to the rudeness from another manager again. Just disappointing when I put a lot of money into this establishment to be treated poorly.

    Wasn’t happy. Pizza was undercooked. And not cut right at all. Waited 30 mins just for it to be rushed out. Drive thru employee by the name of lilly was rude for no reason. Waste of money.

    Cashier named Chance, put gloves on cut a pizza, dropped a marker, boxed the pizza, picked up the pen with gloves on off the floor then proceeded to cut my pizza in front of me. I asked how that was acceptable, he said it was just a marker, I said it was the floor don't do it again, he said that's fair. I left. Thanks Chance. Order# 186

    Wasnt sure what to expect since this Dions is on SE Central. But the patrons were mostly older people, business groups, family's etc. There was a security guard outside making sure peoples vehicles were safe. Pizza & sandwiches were great!

    Sadly some tables duty and not cleaned, which brings down the atmosphere. When given my cup it fell on the counter, instead of giving a new cup the one that fell on the counter with the mouth of the cup touching the dirty counter was used for my drink. On the plus side the food was good and people were nice… just need better cleaning and more thoughtful of what is given to customers after the mouth of anything touching a dirty counters

    Was just in town for the day so 1st time here. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was great! Only downside during our visit was the dining area/tables were dirty and we were unable to find a place to sit. We did ask the cashier for a rag to wipe our own table down because we didn't want to bother her although she was not busy, but she end up wiping a table down for us anyway without hesitation.

    I came from out of town and ordered a pizza and salad through the drive thru on Tuesday evening. The young lady at the drive thru, Lily, was so helpful on explaining the menu and choosing the best options for my family. She was so sweet and gave amazing customer service. The pizza was also hot and fresh and the salad delicious. Highly recommend this location.

    Lily needs to be retrained in the menu and needs training on customer service we asked about some ingredients and didn't know what kind of ingredients the pizza has and has a horrible attitude towards the customers rolled her eyes when I asked for recipet kept telling me hold on and kept talking to her coworker Mayra about her personal life instead taking care of the customers in front tryin to place a order we are from out of town and got highly recommended about this place we will not be coming back !!

    The food is always quality at Dions. The customer service experience this go round was not that stellar. Initially took more than 10 minute for anyone to even greet me or take my order at the counter. I get that it was busy in the pickup window drive through but literally no one including what appeared to be a manager on duty so much as made eye contact with me. Overall a very mediocre customer service experience.

    I was the contact for a school group of about 60. The manager, Desiree, was patient on the phone and knew her stuff. Whenever called, they picked up promptly and knew what they were doing. They had our order ready to go and were helpful and ready for anything -- kids bought out every dessert they had? No problem, they're checking the back. Bathrooms super busy with us, and we need more hand soap? They're right on it. Things went smoothly, every employee was great, there was plenty of parking, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Worked out good. Thank you.

    As anybody from Albuquerque knows? Being on Central is always a little sketchy at best. The cleanliness of this restaurant was somewhat surprising given its location. The staff was well put together and well organized and the food as always was delicious, as I've come to expect from any Dion's. I give this restaurant at 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend.

    Make sure to check your order. Read it back to me correctly on phone, but order was messed up when I got home from the drive through line. This isn't the first time they've done this. It'll be the last for me as I won't be returning. Edit: how hard is it to make a pizza correctly? 2nd Edit: if I ask for a half cheese pizza and half pepperoni/ green Chile. Why is it that I receive an all Green Chile and a half ground beef and pepperoni? 3rd Edit: they read it back correctly.. does this mean they have a pizza maker doing whatever they feel? Or is this just a sign poor management?

    The food was great but the service was not good at all our pizza sat on the counter for 15 minutes before it was given to us. All the employees are young and stand around talking and giggling very rude and unprofessional.

    Always a great meal. Quick to take out or decent atmosphere to eat in. As with everything though, location matters. Some stores are definitely not up to par to the others.

    Ordered but needed it cancelled and refund. Female I spoke with said it was done. Waited WEEKS and no refund. Called again and turns out the loser didn't even refund it. CAN I GET A PIZZA SINCE YALL STOLE MY MONEY?

    I just love Dion's!!! Always used to get their Pizza but now that I can't have pizza I just love their subs 😃 I like the roast beef and provolone sub with chips and their ranch dressing?!! I highly recommend Dion's!!!

    put less cheese on the pizza... seriously not understanding why its so hard to put a nice even proportion of cheese everytime. please invest in cheese scales so you can create better product. this place would be so much better if my pizza wasn't falling apart. I would provide a photo but I don't want to turn off customers that badly. The problem to be clear is the pizza is very sloppily made. The person making the pizza thinks loading it with cheese is a good idea and it's not..It makes for extremely soggy, messy pizza. I wouldn't even eat here if it was for my family wanting it.. Truly you're getting business changing advice for free. You never know what you're going to get when you eat here..Too much cheese, not enough sauce.. It's not consistent. DON'T be fooled by the 5 star reviews because people know dions as albuquerque staple like lotaburger..They can serve out a million bad burgers/pizzas and it's simply not going anywhere

    Thursday at about 8:30,we went to pick up our call-in order and we ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and onions and that was THE WORST PIZZA WE EVER PURCHASED!!!!! At the DION'S on Monroe!! The pizza WAS BURNT REALLY BAD!!! Then Friday we give it another try,and the you g lady up front taking our order had a REALLY STANK ATTITUDE! Just rude!!! Out of all the years we've been going to Dion's to dine in or order carry out this is the worst experience ever!!!! I feel we should be compensated for those horrible meals and terrible service!!!

    Ii picked up a order on Monroe. Fam salad, and 10' sub.. waited in line 15m, was told I'd wait another 20m. Total waiting over a hour. Kid asked me 3 times my order. 6 Customers after me received their orders, 5 but 1 had all had pizza orders. After the 3rd time I told the kid. Why it taken so long? Finally got my order. The Sub was wrong. So many workers in there, can read the reciept order, make sure it's correct. Disappointed.

    Short staffed. Simple orders (slice of pizza and a sida) took over an hour. Staff was working hard and stayed cordial with everyone. The pizza was good and hot once received.
