Really bad servers at this location. Waited 20 mins after we had been seated for service. Dirty Tables piled high with dishes and waitresses sitting around the bar giggling with other staff. Dirty bathrooms. Will not return to this location. Needs new management.

I always have positive things to say about Applebee's. The food, drinks and friendly staff keep me coming back....I know it's a chain but I do love the consistency of everything no matter what state I venture to.

Improved!! It's been a couple years since I've been here and I must say it has improved. Looks like a remodel, lots of great servers and the food has improved. I had the skillet chicken and shrimp that was great...see pic...and a bargain at $18!! The beer is usual was ice cold too. If you're local or traveling near the airport this is a good place to be. LAST VISIT: Solid food and service! I've been to this location many times throughout the years and it has never disappointed. Consistent food as you would expect from a chain and my server was exceptionally polite and kind of funny. I had one of my favorites which is chicken and shrimp serve Skillet style only 800 calories I believe and a huge side salad. Serve with sweet grilled onions and sauteed mushrooms plus mashed potatoes quite a meal! The beers were as usual ice cold and I even ventured into a Long Island iced tea for a nightcap. If you're here on business you won't be disappointed however they are currently under restrictions for patrons so you may have to wait for a seat.

I stayed at the Fairfield in last night, right next door to this establishment. My daughter was sick, it was late so I called to see if I could buy some saltine crackers. Ruben answered my call and he said there was not a way to ring up the saltines for me to purchase. He said he would give me the crackers complimentary. This gesture meant so much to me me as I don’t know Albuquerque well. Ruben was amazing, helpful and kind. I appreciate him so much for helping me out. You have an amazing employee. 🖤

I had just gotten off a flight when i placed my order ahead of time. I've been waiting in the parking lot for a while now and no word.

I asked for silverware 2 times I asked for a drink refill 2 times I asked for barbecue sauce 2 times all just to be ignored and I had to get these items myself or ask another server. I've never been treated so badly by anyone at a resturaunt this badly. Then when speaking with the manager he did not apologize he only said "I'll speak to your server and fix the bill." He didn't return the check and speak to me again he sent over the rude server to give us our bill with barely anything taken off. I will never return to this Applebee's nor another Applebee's as long as I live. It was the worst experience ever!

Awful. On two occasions did we have some type of solicitation while eating. First, an adult walked around asking every table if they would buy candy. Not even 3 minutes later one of the waitresses walked around asking for money for her child. The food was way too oily/butter filled. Highly do NOT recommend.

I dined here on Monday 06/20/2022 and I have to say that it was such a pleasant experience! We sat outside on the patio and our waiter Zachary was awesome! He was so nice and cool to talk to and made us all laugh. I opted for the boneless wings in buffalo sauce and a margarita on the rocks and let me tell you, it was all so delicious! We will for sure be back to have another great time! 10/10

3 workers sitting at the front door chatting while we found our own table. Our server, Dani, who was the bartender, came over immediately and took our drink order and asked if we wanted a menu. She was so friendly and accommodating! The 3 workers sat behind me the entire time we were there. When we paid the bill we asked for the manager and told him what was going on. He shrugged his shoulders and said "oh, yeah, I know",. Dani asked them for help and they replied "no you can have it". Unexcusable behavior!!!

Our server was Maya and she's great. The food was typical Applebee's, good, filling and not too expensive. The fries were exceptional, thumbs up! I knocked off one star because the restaurant didn't have flatware available. We were told to ask our server, if we wanted to use a fork, once our orders arrived. Kind of strange, it wasn't all that busy..

Justin was great! Seemed like his bar was relatively busy but he was pleasant and provided fast service. I couldn’t get acknowledged across the street at 777 so this was a nice change from where I had just come from, especially after a long day of travel.

The staff and food is amazing. I had the 8 oz. Sirloin with mash potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection. The female server was amazing at her job, kept up with everything and topped off our drinks when we needed too. Her attitude was professional nice and bubbly. I will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere is great but I did see the building is very depreciated. The building could use some R&R.

This Applebees has always been great until recently. The waitress Crystal was very rude, it seemed like something was pre occupying her mind, however, she was having the time of her life with the people a few booths down.

Applebee's Grill is in the best in the area. Food was really amazing and portions were huge. Staff was very friendly and food is really delicious. Sometimes you need to wait a little bit, but it's worth waiting for. High five for the great experience.

Sandra R. at this location is amazing and made sure everything was good with our party. She is kind and observant and loves to bond with her guests. 10/10 would recommend her as your server!

This location has got to be the best in Albuquerque. The place was packed and our server Crystal took good care of us. Place was clean and the food was excellent. I Highly recommend this location.

Good restaurant with a good menu of options. Good prices too. My service was excellent. My salad was fresh and chilled. Good selection of drinks at the bar. You can't go wrong at Applebee's.

The food was good but had no creamer for the coffee and the coffee was cold the waitress was smart mouthed said a few things that weren't very nice all in all we had a good time it's still a good place to eat.

Honestly a great experience every time we have gone for a late night meal! Thought maybe the area would be a concern at night, but there hasn’t been any issues so far. The service has been super fast, and the waitresses have all had excellent customer service skills and were very attentive. Never went without drink refills or then asking if we needed anything else. Food is hot and fresh every time too, the kitchen staff are doing a great job at getting things out fast! Love coming for a late night meal, and will continue doing so!

Had a drink turn to two . Been years since I've had a drink & it was just right . Bar tender was very polite. It's still early in the night. Gotta go go!

Location is great. Staff were very kind. I got a burger and my husband got a chicken salad, my son had a corn dog with Mashed potatoes. The food was good. I love that this place was close to our hotel.

I was looking for somewhere good to eat after picking mom up at the airport. I stopped at Applebee's and it was the perfect choice. We were seated right away and received excellent service. The fiesta lime chicken was yummy! We will be back again.

Took at least 15 minutes to get anyone to come to our table. Remarkably once we ordered food was fairly quick. Just as quick was the waitress with the bill, hadn't even got about halfway through eating and she was wanting us to pay up.

Had burger and chicken tenders. The fries were good the chicken tenders were small. The dipping sauces were really good. 30 bucks. Not worth it. No lunch specials.

It's was an ok meal. The burger came out kind of raw but the server Sandy did an amazing job of taking care of us. She was super friendly and did everything in her power to make it right. In my opinion Sandy is the best server in the building! You need more people like her!

I'm certain we had a waiter that was new but he was a nice young guy. He checked on us and even gave us a time of when to expect our food. We were there during Monday night football and the crowd was great we were all into the game between the Chiefs and Raiders. Food was good, didn't have any problems.

We were at Applebee’s Saturday night and oh my God we had the best customer service rep the gentleman that works for Applebee’s was so polite and very generous with his time to service us. he treated us as we were number one, thank you Applebee’s we had a great night your waiter was the best. The waiter Was also generous with the chicken wings we had issues with. 1#

Nice environment, sports bar at night, family during the day. Ample parking lot, clean restrooms. Service it's decent, our table was sticky not a big deal. Flavor of the steak and the shrimp was a bit over cooked and salty. Othen than that for the price it's a good place to hang out with friends and family.

The Cajun chicken, shrimp and mashed potatoes looked so much better in the menu photo. In the photo, appeared like the mashed potatoes were skins on with seasoning. No such thing! Got tasteless from a mix potatoes. No way I return Applebee's

Amazing service, tried chili's first and let me tell ya that was a wreck (wasn't even seated after 20 minutes of waiting and they were super slow). If you're looking for good food, friendly service, and a good atmosphere stop here. OH AND THE MOUNTAIN DEW FLAVOR!!!!! YUMMMM

Great customer service and good food (it’s an Applebees). They have been super busy the couple of times we went (they’re right by several hotels) and they always get us in with no wait and the servers and support staff do an amazing job keeping up with the crowd and keeping the restaurant clean. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
