So, my granddaughter loves Panera Broccoli and Cheddar soup. So… what is a granddad to do? We went here and came in the door that opens to the parking lot. Evidently a lot of people do that, because a bunch of people did it while we ate. The soup was superb! Plus, if you haven’t tried their lemonades and teas, you are missing out! Their strawberry Mint Lemonade was impressive. Come on in here, the management is friendly as well as the staff being courteous and helpful. Plus there are lots of stores around to par-ooze.

This was very efficient, and the food was very good. When I got there to pick up the food, it was a very nice person at the register he recruited me and helped me find my bag. The food was ready to go, it was still hot when I get home, and I found it to be quite delicious. I got the cob, and it turns out I'm not really a fan of the Green Goddess dressing. I think next time, I'll just get a different dressing on it. But, the salad itself was very very good. I also got French onion soup. It's too was very very good. There was no cheese on it though, which was a surprise. Luckily, I take it at home, so I just got some Swiss out of the fridge and put it on top. I don't know if that's a thing with Panera, but I think French onion soup without the cheese on top is pretty boring. The soup was packed really well. There was no spilling, and you can see from the photos that they put a little soup carrier in the bottom of the bag to make sure it doesn't turn over. I thought that was a nice touch.

ordered a buffalo sub came with ZERO buffalo sauce, i tipped too because im always afraid of people messing with my orders for not tipping… extremely disappointing especially for something i payed 20$ for.

UPDATE. I visited this one in person a couple more times. I think they are doing fine. Employees are kind, food is alright. ------------------------------------ Terrible food. We picked up the food and got very disappointed. Very tiny sandwich with joker fillings. Very soggy, looks like someone ate the sandwich and threw up inside the sandwich. Does not taste like Chipotle chicken at all, just taste like a mix of expired ingredients. The warm bowl was nothing like the description, missing a lot of ingredients. Check the photo to see the quality. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They are going to mess up your carry out orders. Like, every single time, either forgetting drinks, pastries, utensils, or on occasion the main entrees. Plus not marking the clearly markable sandwhich labels on every sandwhich is sort of a mainstay at this location. No apologies when they screw up either. Bummer, used to like Panera. Also, the single chopped up chicken macnugget in the $7 salad was pretty sad looking.

Bless this location in this area of town. I have the sip club so I walk there from my job often. Great staff, the gentleman who is the manager is great. I have seen so many people go into the location and steal or vandalize and they all try to handle it with calm and grace.

Rough day at Panera today. The cashier entered my order wrong, she changed my Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli into broccoli cheddar soup. I'm pointing this out to remind diners to ask for a receipt and then read it before stepping away from the counter. After you leave the order counter you will get exactly what the cashier enters. They have a section on the receipt that states "Accuracy Matters your order should be correct every time. If it's not we'll fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know." There were three people working and I spoke with all three of them. They said they gave me what was on the ticket. Yes they did, but it was not what I ordered. So stand in everybody's way at the register and try to read their abbreviated descriptions because once you step away from the register it's not going to be fixed. The food is delicious at Panera, but what good does that do if you cannot get what you asked for? I left there as a very disappointed customer. Maybe another location or ordering from a screen so you can be sure they have it right will be a better option. And this location today accuracy did not matter in the least.

I am a member of the Sip Club so I frequent as much as possible. Overall, I enjoy Panera with my family. Please fix the fireplace as winter approaches. This will be the third winter with no warm & cozy ambience. Also, I got a roasted turkey BLT avocado for my daughter. Please roast the turkey. The coffee in the urns was cold. Since I spend a little bit more I would appreciate some attention as I probably speak on behalf of others. The staff is usually friendly & caring.

So I got this Teriyaki bowl from this place, usually the portion is too small when you order it to go, but today it was half-full and I paid $14 for that!!!

I don't eat here, was here for the fiance. She likes it well enough. I think it's small portion sizes, high prices, bland and I'd much rather go to 5 guys. Folks were friendly though

The food was excellent. I like this location because it has a lot of space. The self-serve aspect can be kind of confusing if you're not used to it. As a result my order got lost in the shuffle because they had ran out of the coaster/monitors that you get upon self-ordering. It's in a nice location and the Staff that I did interact with was pleasant.

Can’t even order food in the parking lot on my app without mall security harassing me, I’ll pass on being followed around and stared down by the rent-a-cop, wasn’t even allowed to become a customer let alone actually spend any money. Management should complain to Mall security for not allowing people to even patronize a business without being treated like a criminal. Definitely not coming back under any circumstances. So congratulations to the security. Would give zero stars but there is not the option. Two thumbs down. Guess the homeless guy wandering around the parking lot with his shirt off asking people for money just wasn’t a concern…

This place smells amazing honestly. And I do like the atmosphere. It's bustling and busy and the tables are sperated nicely. But I recommend using the main door to enter the place, cause I walked in the second door and felt totally lost. But other than that everything was good. The food was also really good, it's a tad pricier that other places but definitely not bad for what it is.

Probably the worst sandwich I have ever had. Only a small scrap of meat. It didn't cover half of the bread.Yet the meal was $18.00.

We order lunch for our workers several times a year. The last time I placed an order for 13 meals, they were all individually packed together as they were ordered and labeled by number AND included a printed list with items and bag numbers referenced. It was beautiful!!! Thanks Panera! And always...delicious!!

My strawberry salad was great! They need to have a couple of employees dedicated to wipe the tables down after a guest leaves. Can never find a clean table!

Strawberry Poppy chicken Salad is the best thing I've ever had here.. best salad in bakery.. grabbed a 1/2 chipotle chicken avocado sandwich since I was feeling extra hungry today.. sandwich news great. Soft flavorful and the chicken was perfect.. will order again for sure .

I just finished what was called breakfast at this location, and it was my third visit to this location. I ordered whole eggs scrambled with sausage and bread. And, asked , to have the eggs finished with soft texture. What I did receive was egg white prepare like an omelet, then chopped into pieces and put in a bowl, to resemble scrambled eggs. The sausage was done with a medium finish, not completely cooked through, and that item was place in a bowl. Bread on the side, Presentation of this dish was terrible, the food in general was terrible. The bread was the only item I could say was five stars. Definitely, will not return to this location. Panera bread needs to upgrade their qualities with hiring cooks in general.

Had a 1/2 Strawberry chicken salad with nuts. My husband had a salad with bacon and rice, and bacon blt sandwich not expecting that.

Panera Bread is a very nice place to relax. It is cozy, has very friendly service, great breads and smoothies, good coffee for an early morning start, and very nice breakfast choices. They also have a rewards program.There are customers here who are obviously regulars. This last visit, I tried a scrambled egg and cheese breakfast brioche sandwich and it was excellent. Today I had the pumpkin muffin and the green passion smoothie which is a very tasty non dairy smoothie ( I think made with almond milk). The pumpkin muffin here is one of the best I have ever had.
