Little Caesar’s has delighted me with their new Pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, it’s much better than I anticipated! I often order via phone or through their app, and pick up at the store, every time they’ve pulled through with quality pizza! Every employee has been courteous and punctual when it comes to having the pizza ready in the time window they provide. Overall wonderful service and fantastic food!

I waiting for a very long time to get this…. It’s sad cuz I barely had any money, waited a very long time, just to get these 2 ugly pizzas. Taste funky too…. And I usually like these pizzas but definitely not today. Very sad!!

You have slow workers and my pizza doesn't even look like a large it looks like medium size pizza I ordered a 3 meat pizza I'm not happy with my order at all hire new workers that would do the job right also once new customers come they get there order right away while everyone that was waiting had to wait for long

I ordered 1 large pizza. Half cheese half Pepperoni. I walked in at 6:40pm. I didnt get my pizza until 7:58pm. Over an hour for one pizza! The little short African boy. ANDRE needs to learn how to speak up instead of whispering to the people ordering & asking for there orders! I personally will not be odering from this location ever again!!!!!!!!

I went in to place a lunch order for my children today and left with empty hands. I ordered 3 extramostbestest pizzas and a crazy bread combo. I thought the cashier said that the total was $35.28. When I said that sounded wrong. He got agitated and snapped at me rudely saying, "What, $28.96 doesn't sound right?!" He proceeded to angrily repeatedly order back to me. I told him that he didn't have to be so rude. I just didn't hear him right. I'm deaf in one ear and sometimes have a hard time hearing. He turned around and walked away without telling me anything about my order. When I asked him about management he stated that he was the assistant manager. I told him I was shocked to hear that the way he was acting. He never apologized for snapping and losing his temper. Instead of making my order, he went on to what looked like employee training. Now I started to lose my temper. I asked for a refund and left after I realized that he wasn't going to stop being rude. I made it clear that I had a hearing problem and he continued to be rude. This location will never get my business again.

This place is awful. I ordered online. Tracked my order got the email saying my order was ready. Upon arrival one of my pizza was given to another customer... Had to wait for another. My bread sticks were flat and cold. They are usually puffy and good. Not this time. I will not be returning. This place deserves a ZERO. Service was 👎 food was 👎.

Right away I saw pure cheese on my pizza. I ordered an “extra most bestest” there’s hardly pepperoni and NO SAUCE! I took a slice to give it a try and see if there’s some underneath the cheese and I was correct no sauce. Disgusting. My brother was right the pizza in this little Caesar’s is horrible🤢👎🏽

I ordered 2 classics and bread sticks and sauce. The guy didn't give me the sauce and wanted me to pay for it again, he refused to give me a receipt. I think he does this a pockets the money.

The worst don’t come here every time I try giving it a chance it just fails, workers don’t know what they are doing you can tell they’re on drugs or high or something my food took more than a hour and the pizza was trash 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 don’t spend your money here you’ll be waiting for hours just to get your food and be disappointed, needs to be under new management

Ordered from their site and they didn’t have what I ordered. They charged me the full price. They never answer their phone. They never cancelled the order so the door dash person wasted their time and gas. I still can’t get a hold of them to get my 68$ refunded for pizza I never received.

There was a long line. I ordered a hot n ready and they had none so I had to wait about 20 mins. It was hard to order because they had their music so loud and he was short in change so I didn’t get my change back.

Worst service ever. Ordered ahead of time online . I got to the location to pick up order huge line workers were in the back did not care to help anyone in line . Stood in line for 15 min. No help. tried to wave down employees finally came to the front rude attitude.. save your time and go to another location . By the way I ordered pepperoni and mushroom pizza and only got maybe 5 mushrooms on pizza. Very disappointing. Train your workers or hire new ones smh.

So I waiting for 20 minutes after the promised pickup time and they still didn't have my food ready. The guy at the counter was slow and there was a latlrge line. They had no food ready for pickup. Will never stop here again.

I was excited to try the pretzel pizza and get marinara sauce on the side. They just threw pretzel salt on a normal cheese pizza and forgot the sauce. Pretty dissapointed, especially after walking back to my room 20 mins away.

Friendly guy at the front counter, but that doesn’t change the fact that they made our order incorrectly and we had to wait a very long time for them to fix it.

The girl spoke absolutely NO English. But that didn't stop her from communicating, & taking orders. She was clearly overwhelmed but she maintained her cool and kept her smile (if I were in her shoes, surrounded by people I couldn't understand & charged with the task of figuring out what they wanted to order & charge them accordingly. I would have a MELTDOWN!)

The worst one in Albuquerque staff is rude not helpful. Have now ordered there 3 times and all three times have been horrible. They don't answer the phone and when they do answer they are very rude. The first pizza I got was completely wrong called to let them know so I could get it fixed they told me there was nothing they could do about it. The second was cold and old even though I ordered online and was in the parking lot when i order. The third had no sauce on it at all I called to tell them and they basically said I was lying. For a 5 dollar pizza was not bad I'll let it slide but to charge 1.99 more and not improve is just ridiculous. And now been trying to call for 30 minutes no answer but the first time I called they just hung up on me. If I could rate less then one star it be a negative 5 for real.

I ordered on my way home. I arrived early, so I sat in my car until about 5 minutes before my pick up time. I went in, it wasn't in the hot rack so I waited. When a worker came from the back I gave him my name. A few minutes later my food came out. I live less than a mile from the store, plus I have insulated delivery bags. When I got home and opened the box...the stuffed cheesy bread and crazy bread went into the toaster oven and the pizza in the oven. Not a single item was even warm infact it all felt like it was pulled out of a refrigerator. To top it off part of the pizza was folded over on itself.

This location does not know what an Extra Best is. I ordered online picked it up and before even leaving I checked the za. Nothing extra about this. I asked the clerk on duty to add more pep and they want to start an argument with me. Long story short, please train your people in customer service and how to make what is orders properly.

I’ve always loved Little Caesars and this location is great! The employees are nice and the pizza was good, but also kind of “meh,” because the crust was very crunchy instead of soft and fluffy, but the delicious M&M brownies are amazing! Is this the best pizza restaurant chain in the world? No, but it’s a nice spot if you need something cheap and quick to pick up.

Got my pizzas. Waited 10-15 min. For hot and ready. Location is hard to get in and out of. Pizza was good to LC standard to be fair.

This place has great workers. They don't let anyone sit at the register when coming in for anything longer than 45 seconds. Pizzas get out so much faster at this location. They just need one more worker on the busy days.

The fanceroni pepperoni looks nothing like the picture. I think they served me a regular pepperoni pizza and tried to pass it offf as a fanceroni. And it was ice cold .im glad i checked it and refused it before leaving . And.the cheese bread was like raw dough and inedible. I will never go to this location again.which bumms mw out bc i love lottle ceasers

Right near freeway for heading out of town. Reasonable price for family picnics. PLEASE be aware of traffic from all 4 directions. Personal experience myself and 2 others in accident @ inner section. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
