It was our first time there.. the service was phenomenal (server was Sean) kudos to him for making our experience a great one! He brought out fresh bread with Drum roll..butter, lemon slices and amazing garlic cloves in oil. Itvwas soo good! It was followed by a delectable clam chowder! My son had the salmon with a loaded baked potato. He said it was the BEST salmon he's ever had! I had the Tuesday special of all you can eat shrimp.. it came with about 11 shrimp.. ready to peel.. with a great cocktail sauce and was more filling than I thought. I also ordered a Manhattan, which wasn't the best.. but it was descent. All in all I would definitely come back to get anything else. Looking forward to our next visit!

Me and my wife went here for Valentine's Day! The food was absolutely delicious, as you can see the lobster tails were huge, we had ribeye steak and a loaded baked potato, can be a little bit pricey, but definitely worth the money! I highly recommend you go there and take yourself or your loved ones to eat here for your special occasions.

Had dinner with about 15 people in August of 2021 while visiting my father. Very impressed with the food and the service. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Fast forward to May of 2022 and my Dad has passed. I held a "luncheon" there in honor of my Dad as this was his favorite restaurant. Started working with the owner, Carlos to make this happen about a month before hand. We had an expected party of about 40-45 people for the celebration of life lunch. I can't say enough about the entire experience from the planning with Carlos, to the food and the outstanding service from Megan and Walter. The food orders came out in a timely manner and the food was hot and absolutely delicious. Not one person had a negative comment about the food or the service. Both Megan and Walter were responsive and provided outstanding service for the 3 plus hours we were there. Having the restaurant to ourselves for the late morning/early afternoon was great and Carlos made sure we had an extra table and barrels to set up picture displays of my Dad. I can't thank you folks enough for hosting us and will definitely be back for a meal when I am in Albuquerque again. Best trout I have ever eaten and some of the best service I have ever experienced, bar none!

Driving through to Phoenix and stopped here for dinner. The food quality is superb! One of the best meals I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Prices were great and service amazing. It’s a good thing I live 1300 miles away because I’d be eating there all the time.

Went to dinner at Pelicans and they never seem to disappoint. Everything we got was excellent.

We had a great time. Sean was our server. As you can see we had a pretty large family reunion gathering. There were even 3 who unfortunately could not attend. We are kind of a loud and boisterous group. I believe everyone was extremely satisfied with their food and no one left hungry or thirsty. I had the catfish and boy was it good! My husband had the fish and chips and my son had the scampi and we did not have any leftovers to take home, darn! All the food came out piping 🔥! Thank you Sean for helping this be an occasion we will not soon forget. You are a very caring and an extremely nice young man so, Thank you. It had been 5 1/2 years since the family was all together. It was amazing.

I've never been to Albuquerque before, but came for Duke city comic Con. i was in the mood for steak and ahi tuna and looked up restaurants on google. Delicious food, a bit expensive $88 for dinner for 2. but didn't disappoint and enjoyed eating it at the airbnb with a bottle of wine. everything was cooked to perfect. i loved the entrance, reminds me of a pirate ship landing.

Biggest lobster tails seen since moving here last year. Delicious and not tough, as large lobsters can be if not cooked properly. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of food!! I wasn't too jazzed to prepare my own salad tableside, because I'm spoiled and it was a small table but otherwise everything was perfect. Get the sampler if you like fried appetizers. Really good. Will be returning!

Have you eaten at Pelican’s? The food was so good! The server and staff are also really great!! The steaks have great flavor and can’t say anything bad about the visit!!! The atmosphere is just quit and is hard to beat!!!! The PRIME RIB is so good, if you don’t show up early enough you may miss out!!!!!

Pros: the food is exquisite and the portions are decent. Entres come with a salad/chowder and bread. The food came quicker than I anticipated even on a busy night. Cons: I asked for ketchup and they totally forgot about it! What!

The food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the prime rib with a baked potato. One of the best in ABQ. The margaritas were delicious and the only thing bad to say about them is they weren't big enough. Our server was great and capable of handling our large party.

Some of the best seafood in Albuquerque. The fish and steak was cooked to perfection and the wait staff is amazing and well accommodating. Perfect food and perfect service.

Came here for dinner for our 27th wedding anniversary, same place where my now husband proposed to me 27 years earlier!🥰 I had the baked salmon, salad, and baked potato. My husband had the steak, salad and baked potato. Everything was delicious! We had the zucchini appetizers and the sautéed mushrooms (so yummy!). My husband said the steak was prepared perfectly as he had asked. We got there at 4:15 (they open at 4:00) and were seated immediately and had our main course within 20 minutes. Our waitress was attentive the whole time and pleasant. We'll be back again in another 27 years.😂 Just kidding, we won't wait that long!

Pelicans was outstanding. My steak was made to perfection. I tipped the cook for a job well done. When I entered the steakhouse they were extremely busy but everyone worked together to take care of all customers plus the service was fast. Very friendly environment. Whether your in the area or not this is the steakhouse to go to.

Took my SO here for the first time. We were there primarily for the Prime Rib, which was delicious. We also had the shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were gargantuan, the cocktail sauce was a little ketchup heavy for my taste. I had the charred rib eye, it was beautifully cooked, however the brown sugar threw me for a loop, way too sweet. The rice was tasty, the baked potato was good, however the skin on the bottom was impervious to even the steak knife. Our server, Ricky, was delightful. Very personable and attentive, our glasses were never empty, which I greatly appericate as a restaurant person myself. The service was prompt and quick, but will continue our food adventures.

Service was great, prices were "high class" but the food quality was not. At $30+ for a stream I shouldn't have to use A1 to be able to eat it. Flavor in the steak was lacking. That said, service was top notch! Friendly and attentive staff.

Came here 09/10/2022 and I have to say the food was amazingly delicious. We had oysters as an appetizer, salad and clam chowder, main dish Alaskan king crab with loaded baked potato. Our waiter "Rickey" was awesome and provided us with superb service. Thanks for the wonderful dinner experience. We will recommend and be back!!!

I was visiting from out of state and went to pelicans for dinner. The food was very good. What I was disappointed in was when our waitress brought out our salad it was in a big bowl that everyone had to serve themselves from to make their own dinner salad. the cucumbers, broccoli and carrots were so big that you had to cut them up before you could begin to eat your salad. I feel that if you are going to a high dollar restaurant, you shouldn't have to cut up the vegetables and make your own dinner salad. I would have given the food a higher start if I didn't have to make my own dinner salad.

Not worth the price. My salad was rough-chopped with a whole stock of green onion on top. I'm not sure how I was expected to eat such large cuts of carrots and cucumber. The waiter was nice but only came by to check on us twice. It took a long time to get refills on water and he should've been by more to remove plates. I ordered the steak and Lobster tail for dinner with a cocktail to drink. My steak was over cooked and the juices in my mixed drink were not well balanced. I did not finish any part of my meal. This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was very disappointed. I do not plan to go back.

Pelicans is our family favorite! The service is impeccable and the food... goodness is it delicious. Everything is super fresh, especially the seafood! And don't get me started on the garlic bread and salad that comes with the meals. They are equally delicious and sometimes we enjoy it so much, we have no room for dinner. If you are looking for the best seafood or prime rib in town, this is your place to go! Make sure to call in a reservation because this place gets packed!

Best salad in albuquerque. Fresh veggies like from the farm fresh. Cheap prices. Came in on a night because I missed parking for an event. Was seated briefly. Full after just a little bit. Got the prime rib split because on a diet during the early bird. Was amazing. Could barely walk afterwards. 2 dinners with bottomless salad, dessert and 2 drinks for $80+. Not bad at all.
