Great local park with plenty to interest the kids for a few hours. From toddler swings to larger climb on platforms. Also a covered area for parties and other get togethers.

Laurelwood Park gets 3/5 stars. Pros: Some playground equipment Shade and large metal covered gazebo with table. Not crowded Cons: Stickers in grass Kinda limited amount of playground

The grass had so many goatheads my dogs could barely walk in it, also the public water fountain doesn't work so no water for animals, there was trash and a home Depot shopping cart near the entrance. A little ghetto.

Shade is a a esome in the hot sun, peaceful and quiet. Very safe

Nice shade, good waking path. Many places to play and shaded picnic tables. Love that there are playgrounds for 2-5 and 6 and up. Even more shade now added recently.

I had so much fun with my Grandson there. Nice manicured place. Thank you. People do need to clean up after their dogs. Will be back🙂

Lots of stickers and lots of ants, but lots of shady trees and canopies. The playground equipment is at the height for kids under 10.

It's a cute little park, good for letting kids (or pets) go crazy lol It's always really clean and whatever graffiti pops up tends to get cleaned relatively quickly. I've lived in the area for almost a year now and I've never had problems here

We don't live far from the park and went there to play croquet. Our daughter got shot with an air rifle and it has been taped off my police a couple times due to shootings. There are always cars there with people getting high. Not a good place at all unless you wanna get high.
