Hidden Gem in Abq Nob Hill. Driving by today looking for something different than our usual restaurant haunts and happened upon this incredible place. Husband had the beef and lamb gyro, I had the chicken shwarma plate with rice and salad and we shared a falafel appetizer. An absolute explosion of flavor with every dish! The meal ended with a delicious piece of baklava and much like another person ordering, I may be ordering a dozen baklava to go next time. So thankful to have this little slice of heaven nearby. Update 1/29/2022: A little busy today, but this food is so worth any wait! Such incredible flavor! 5 stars is not high enough of a rating.

The food had a great presentation and even better flavor. Service was top notch. The waiter/cashier was very polite and treated everyone like a VIP. The dining spaces were clean and they maintain precautions to manage Covid-19. Overall, this is one of the best dining experience experiences we’ve had in New Mexico! The value is definitely the and we will be back!

I gladly recommend Yasmine's Café. My father and I were visiting from Texas and needed it a nice quick place to eat some great food at. Yasmine's fit the bill perfectly. We started with appetizers of dolma (stuffed grape leaves) and kibbeh (think of a hush puppy stuffed with spiced meat). They were delicious! Then the main course came. I had the mashawi combo which came with three kabobs (beef, lamb, and chicken, rice, hummus, pita bread, & salad). My dad had the lamb rack, which also came with the same sides as my plate. My dad was blown away by the quality of the lamb and said it was amazing. Unfortunately we ate so well with both our plates we didn't have any room for dessert. Maybe next time. Yasmine's is definitely 5 stars from us.

Best Mediterranean restaurant in Albuquerque, NM. Tried first time and their food was delicious. Especially the Chicken shawarma with Pita bread. The pita bread for shawarma is round, not like the regular shape. Most recently we tried their Shawarma combo. It served with rice, salad and hummus. All prices are reasonable for Halal food. Their lamb shank was average. For dessert item, we tried their Baklava and that was average. But their air condition was not working that day and it was too hot inside the restaurant (Reason for less star). Free parking available. Overall, we love this restaurant and recommended for Halal food lovers.

The quality of the food, the portion size and value for money all were great. The service and the cleanliness of the place could have been a bit better. Overall great stuff, will definitely visit again when in Albuquerque.

Outstanding food! Excellent customer service! Broad menu selection! I discovered this culinary jewel during an overnight stop in Albuquerque. I wish I traveled here more often. Their food is fantastic! I ordered the Greek Salad with gyro meat- best I have had in years. They also have a variety of unique foreign cola’s. Delicious! Stop by Yasmine’s Cafe where you are fed like a king and treated like a valued customer!

My first time being here and definitely won't be my last. The food is absolutely amazing. So many flavors, my mouth could not get enough of. I ordered the family Chicken, Beef and Lamb Shawarma. It comes with rice, salad, pita bread and hummus. The price isn't bad for the amount of food you get. Would definitely recommend this place.

We got a family meal which is supposed to feed 3-4 but let me tell you… those 3-4 will have lunch for tomorrow. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! We will absolutely be regulars here.

This place was great! First time in Albuquerque and we were biking around and decided to stop here. The outside is very dated but the food was amazing! Service was great too, they filled my water bottle up which was so nice. I got the vegetarian platter #2 and it was very filling. Falafel was fresh and piping hot. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent chicken shawarma - but the standout for me was the baba ganush eggplant dish with pita. Some of the best I've ever had.

Love the food, it’s exactly what we wanted. Something refreshing and light. Everything was flavorful, the garlic sauce is amazing. Cannot get enough. The hummus was delicious and fresh. Also from entering the restaurant the first thing I notice is a very fresh clean scent. The tables are spotless. I don’t usually notice this but it’s cleaned above and beyond. Beautiful establishment.

I've always had my food delivered to my house and never have gone inside Yasmine's Cafe. The atmosphere deserves more than 5 stars. The service is excellent as well as the food.

This may be the best Gyro I have had. The gyro plate was so tasty and the falafels were great as well. Definitely did not need to order the falafels with how much food was on the Gyro plate.

Masha Allah great guy. Was closing at 9, bit he made the food without any complaints or anything. Smile says the level of service he has. The owners son, Abdullah was great and true champion.

Wow!! If I had the choice I would give this restaurant 1000/5 !!! Everything was exceptionally delicious!! I am so glad we ate here. The lamb ranks, lamb shanks , chicken kabob plate, grape leaves was the best thing I ate. I am so happy to hear that they are from Palestine which makes this restaurant even more special !!

Yasmine’s is one of few go to restaurants of mine here in Albuquerque. The food is good. The people are nice. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. The Mediterranean food is delicious and prepared with care using quality ingredients. They bake there own Pita bread and Baklava. My son orders the Jiro sandwich, I order the Kabobs or Vegetarian plates, all wonderful.

I got the Shawarma combo, one of my sisters got the lamb shawarma sandwich, and the other got the mashawi combo. The dishws were extremely flavorful and delicious. The fries were also wonderful. There was an older gentleman who worked there and was so kind. He checked on every table. Although it was my first time, I could tell he got to know his customers well. He even checked on those who picked up takeout orders. It's such a friendly place. Wonderful food, and better service. My only complaint is that the desserts we got were not the best. They weren't bad, but I don't think it is their strength. We got baklava, khunefe, and warbat and were not too impressed. Despite this, I would give this place 6 starts if I could. It was a wonderful experience.

The food here is delicious! They are very prompt at delivering the food. They have a wonderful Arabic mint tea that you should definitely try. The place is casual and the price is $$ for two people. Not overly crowded.

I had high hopes of this place. The raving reviews are to be blamed for it. It’s a hole in a wall family run kind of place. The food took more than 30 mins to arrive. The chicken kabob platter for dry as a rock. The rice was raw and hard to chew obviously. The chicken was hard that you would need steak knife to cut it. The shawarma hummus plate was a bit bearable. We were supposed to get 3 pita breads since we ordered 3 meals and they were included in that. They only gave us 2. When I asked for another one, they said it’s coming but it never did. The cutlery was so dirty. We had to ask for water so I can clean it myself. They were super busy since on Christmas Day they were one of the very few restaurants which was open. But if they didn’t have the capacity and bandwidth to handle crowd then they shouldn’t open on days when the demand is high. Clearly they all were struggling and the quality suffered like anything. I hate to waste food but I had to chuck half of the food away coz I couldn’t eat it anymore since it was tasteless, dry and horrible. Won’t recommend it.

We wanted something different. And its was open on Christmas! Had a combo meal that was superb! Staff was great food was awesome! Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get too. A nice family run place. Will be going back again!

We arrived in Albuquerque at 8 PM. They were open (extra star - they were open on July 4th too. We ordered the Veg plate, fish and chips, and Baklava. Cooked up fresh. The Baba ghanoush had a nice smoky flavor.

Got the Santa fe chicken plate. Basically shawarma with some extra flavors. Was a bit spicy for me. Delicious! This place seemed to get a lot of orders, guess people really like it. (Had a nice chat with 1 of the Palestinian bros afterwards)

Based upon a recommendation from a friend, it was my first time eating here, and it is one of the best restaurants in Albuquerque that I’ve tasted thus far! My friend and I ordered the lamb shwarma sandwich and plate, respectively. And everything, including the lamb is well seasoned to a T. It is to die for, truly! And they have an amazing selection of traditional pastries. (Pictured is the karafeh, which is the perfect blend of sweet and cheesy, with a nice crunch.) If any of you are in town, do not skip on this hidden gem. You will not regret it.❤️

What a find! Delicious Mediterranean food with excelent customer service. I had the rack of lamb and it was exquisite, my wife and kids had gyros and that was also really good. We had an orange cheese desert (orange color not flavor) don't know what it's called but it was delicious. A gem of a place

Creme Caramel was like arabic flan, was pretty good. This Arabic Grape soda was veryy unique tasting. It tasted like grape beer. Excellent service, lady taking orders was very nice. Prices slightly on the pricier side. I recommend checking out the other Middle Eastern food places in town, too.
