My experience with #1 Triple J Roofing was great! Zachary Montoya, my project manager, listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful. He took lots of photos and measurements to make sure I got the most accurate and complete estimate possible. The crew did a great job and their workmanship shows. I had the entire house, a patio cover and storage shed re-roofed, turbines installed and a skylight replaced. I'm very happy with the end result.

Triple J is Great I just had my asphalt shingle roof replaced by Triple J. Zach was an excellent and attentive support throughout the process. He worked closely with my insurance company and went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I was given a good experience. There were bumps along the way (not caused by Triple J) and Zach kept me informed and allowed me the space to make decisions as the hurdles came up. Triple Js pricing was extremely competitive with several other roofing companies I checked and Zach worked hard to make sure I paid a very fair price for my new roof. I would recommend triple J and Zach to all of my friends and relatives. The day of the roof install went very smoothly, and Triple J had several rounds of quality inspection and documented pictures along the way for my review. They made sure to check with my neighbors and clean up their yards of roofing debris and nails, which I found very considerate. The workers were hard and the owners were working right along with the crew. I believe Triple J treats my roof as if it were their own house and the quality is definitely there. They didn’t cut corners and did a complete, excellent job. Thank you Triple J!

He is personable, friendly, HONEST, and again extremely professional. He inspected my roof and in no time my insurance adjuster concurred with his evaluation. The crew assigned to replace my roof were extremely professional, thorough, and respectful. Zachary was on-site throughout the day of the roof replacement, he texted me pictures of the process! Not only was Zachary present, but the owners of the company were present to ensure all was going well! That is very impressive! I also had this company replace a skylight in my home, which they did quickly and professionally! I have referred Zachary and #1Triple J Roofing to multiple neighbors and friends and family, and several have utilized them and are now getting a new roof! Had my Mom known about this company when she had her roof replaced, she would not have had the issues she has had. Zachary came by after the crew had completed the roof replacement, triple-checked that no debris was left on-site and made sure no nails were left behind. #1Triple J Roofing is very professional. They have experienced installers, they make sure all details are completed both before and after. They take extra steps to insure they clean up after the removal of 2 previous layers of shingles and the installation of a new layer. Cleaning up after the job was a key part of their work completion, an Zachary was very keen to assisting both us and the installers. I highly recommend them!

The Triple J Roofing owners and crew are outstanding! They certainly live up to the "Mission" "Why Choose Us" and "Vision" statements posted on their home page! I don't know where or how the Triple J owners found such excellent workers, but the crew members certainly know how to work both as individuals and cooperatively and with gusto! The profile of the roofing material we chose is unusual, and a specialist came out to train the Triple J crew; the crew members appeared to be eager and quick learners! Also, when a concern arose, we spoke with one of the owners on site; he listened and willingly discussed the concern and then resolved it. Their integrity is top notch!
