I am a disabled African American veteran. The way I was treated was an absolute disgrace to our country. I was hoping to get back into biking so I can get my health up and i have a bike but it needs a new chain. I was hoping frankie could do something so easy and simple. But throughout the whole time frankie seemed unfocused and more into my 14-year-old granddaughter. I politely asked frankie if he could stop aggressively looking at my baby granddaughter and frankie mumbled to himself, "I should use these chains on u, just like your ancestors" and when I heard that my jaw literally dropped. Frankie didn't even put the chain on right and he took off my brakes. So by the time I did try the bike I was going down a little hill and the chain instantly fell right off and as I tried to pull the brakes, I look down to see both of the wire to my brakes were cut right off. It wasn't like that before and remember I just needed the chain, so frankie purposely cut my brakes cause i politely ask him to not look at my 14-year-old grandbaby and i got going so fast and no way to stop i finally crashed into the side walk, and i suffer a broken collarbone a shattered arm, i had 15 different screws in my hip now. Broken tendencies, ripped hamstrings, and 3 screws in my shoulder blades, thanks frankie the racie.

Frankie is great. Takes his business seriously. He made time for us immediately. He was very meticulous and thorough. We cannot say enough good things about him. Even though we live 60 miles away we will take our bikes to him for all our future needs. He's the best!

I had the good fortune of finding Frankie set up for bike repair on the bosque a few weeks ago. I brought him my spare bicycle that needed a new tire. Frankie was busy so we set up a time for him to fix my bike at my home. He replaced 2 tires and then checked and fixed the brakes. (This bike was in an accident and I didn't realize the brakes needed adjustment!) The following week I brought him my favorite bike on which I had to replace a gear shifter myself when my usual shop couldn't fit me in at the height of the pandemic. He did a tune-up, adjusted the gears and brakes and replaced a flat. My bike now rides like a charm! No more clicking sounds and it handles like new! I am so happy to have found Frankie, he is diligent and expert and makes excellent suggestions for keeping my bicycles in top condition. And his prices are very affordable. My bike was actually repaired pretty good. He cleaned it and everything. The only odd thing i found is he kept sniffing a white substance of a bag. But as longest he got the job right and fast i dont mind.

I needed to get a chain fixed on my bicycle. Then there were some other issues that I noticed that needed to be fixed. Frankie was very responsive to fix those issues. Plus I got my bike back the same day. I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive to fix but he charged a decent price. Please support this local business. Bike service doesn't get any better than Frankie's work. He put together a wonky adult trike bought online, and was cheerful and patient will doing it. He's knowledgeable and careful. He clearly loves what he does. Great guy. Excellent experience.

My bike brake broke and I need my bike for commuting to school. Frankie came to my place, set up a shop in my parking lot and fixed my brake. He then installed new brake pads and lubricated my bike chain. He is a very pleasant person. I took the bike for a spin and it is quieter and rides nicely. I will re-patronize his business for further issues. All the bike shops I had called had long wait times for service.
