Glenn is such an awesome pilot!! We felt totally safe the whole time, and the crew is super sweet and easy-going. The flight was absolutely beautiful, I would highly recommend flying with them!

Very rude and unprofessional pilot, that SMOKED IN THE BALLOON UNDER PROPANE TANKS WHEN WE WERE IN IT, and yelled profanities at us in front of other riders, very unprofessional staff that were texting while they were driving the vans. Not knowledgable about Albuquerque as they claim to be. Website is misleading. Ride was okay but didn’t feel safe and landed rough.

Balloon Ride had been on my Bucket list since I was a child and my Expectations were over the MOON !!! Pilot and staff were absolutely amazing I would do this again anytime with them !! The chasing was a added excitement! Thanks guys !!

An awesome experience! I was linked with Mr.Glenn as my pilot. He was amazing! Educated my friend and I on the balloon, showed us how to set everything up and off we went enjoying the sites. The wind began to pick up, but we had an awesome landing in a friendly neighborhood where the neighbors were excited to come out and lend a hand with recovery. Highly recommend Mr.Glenn and Jaron as your team.

What a bucket list experience! I was in Santa Fe over the summer, and I really wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride. we had to wake up at 3:00 to get to Albuquerque in time, but it was so worth it. You feel so secure in the basket, even if you are scared of heights. The sunrise is so pretty, and we passed over a river, which was really cool. When we got back, the facility provided food and drinks. I would for sure recommend, and I would go again.

Shane wasa great pilot and we had an amazing time. Local feeling rather than corporate. More "old school" ballooning experience that was perfection.
