I
have
been
an
established
patient
at
this
clinic
for
10
years.
I
was
just
told
that
their
appointment
calendar
was
frozen
for
the
next
two
months
and
that
I
cannot
make
an
appointment
a
this
time.
They
are
never
able
to
schedule
an
appointment
6
months
out
so
I
have
to
remember
to
call
a
couple
of
months
in
advance
to
get
my
appointment.
I
had
to
explain
that
I
needed
an
appointment
and
that
I
have
several
areas
of
concern
that
needed
to
be
looked
at.
Since
I
have
had
9
skin
cancers
over
the
years,
I
expected
that
they
would
take
me
seriously
and
schedule
me
but
was
told
that
I
couldn't
get
anything
for
at
least
two
months
or
until
the
calendar
was
"unfrozen"
whatever
that
means.
After
explaining
that
I
had
possible
cancers
that
needed
examining,
I
finally
got
an
appointment

due
to
a
cancellation.
I
was
told
to
keep
calling
to
find
out
when
the
calendar
will
open
up
so
that
I
might
get
something
sooner.
I've
never
had
this
experience
at
the
UNM
Derm
clinic
before
as
they
are
usually
very
responsible
and
professional.
The
care
I
receive
there
has
always
been
exceptional
but
appointment
making
is
more
difficult
than
it
should
be.
