The wait times for this location is unreal. Got there at 9am thinking I’d make it back to work by 2:30pm and didn’t leave until almost 4:00pm. When I asked how much longer, I was told 1 person was ahead of me and it would be another hour but shortly after another person would ask how much longer and was told 4 people were still in front of them and It would be another hour and at one point someone asked how much longer and was told there was 7 people in front of them and it would be an hour and a half? How is it that I was another hour for me with 1 person in front of me. When I finally made it to the back the provider sensed my frustration and asked what time I arrived, when I told her 9am she said “ I don’t understand why you’ve been here so long, we’re not even busy back here.” Why they don’t operate by appointments only is beyond me. They just keep letting people walk through the door knowing they are going to have to spend the entire day there or not been seen at all.

The fat woman at the front of the counter was extremely rude and she didn’t know what she was doing. I went in there for a federal drug test and for that to be done the company sends paperwork for me to their office, and this fat lady was like oh, we still need a authorization code and I was telling her it was already sent here. She didn’t know what she was talking about and was very rude. Another nurse there was like oh it’s on file ready for me to just take the test. This fat lady was rude and should not be working at the front desk if she don’t know what she’s talking about.

All the staff was amazing! very helpful and friendly. They got me in and out in a reasonable time. The doctor and check out nurse made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely go back!

The ladies were great! Lydia helped me with all of my request and made sure I was taking the right test. They were all patient and knowledgeable.

I thought all the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, i was there for a screening but while in the lobby my nose wouldn’t stop bleeding I’ve recently had to get back on blood thinners and the dry climate out here is brutal on my skin and a few of them were genuinely concerned and even brought the MD out and she gave me A little foam nose clamp that will help in a pinch no pun intended. I just thought that’s was pretty rad they didn’t have to help me I wasn’t there for anything related to that but could tell they were just kind folks.

Such a professional atmosphere, the front staff are very thorough in assisting the patient get scheduled and situated, and the medical assistance very kind to get you prepared for your visit! The Dr I was assigned is very professional, cares about the patient wellbeing and care. Thank you

Several company members had to go get tested for reasonable suspicion. I was greeted warmly, by nice front staff and since I'd never been part of such, they were very helpful. The MA who conducted the test was just as courteous and helpful. While no one likes the inconvenience, this Concentra location's staff members were EXCELLENT! 👍

I recently had an appointment at this facility. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly impressed with the facility and the staff. It was very busy that day, but it was managed very efficiently and professional. It was also the cleanest urgent care I have ever had an appointment with. Great job everyone!!

Went for a job thing... and the provider I had was rude . The nurse sees me and let's me know the provider will be in and while I'm waiting the door opens and she says come this way back to the lobby please and she doesn't stop to talk at all ..... she opens the door and walks away talking ...... she than comes back and says it again and I start to follow... she says ops wait come back and let's go in this room random ... and wants to check my ears without putting a protector on .... and did it so quick I didn't even have time to say hey I want a black cap on it . Than ask a question and I answer and right away okay thank you continue to lobby.... and leaves ...... I know I'm not all Grammer and smart and all but this provider was rude. I had questions to. I don't think I'd go back to this place.

I needed to get my DOT Physical card done ASAP for my CDL for work: They were very efficient and accessible. I was able to just walk-in , no appointment and was done and had my new DOT physical card in 2 hours!

Arrived toward the end of clinic hours. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Walters was thorough and personable. As an RN with 40 years of experience I felt I received care that was tailored to my individual needs and professionally provided. My PCP did not want to treat me because I had a cough; this clinic takes it’s mission to provide care to the community seriously. I will use this clinic again.

Great communication skills starting from the front desk personnel to the medical personnel. Very efficient, even I was told my appointment would last 2-3 hours but still was able to complete it in 55 minutes. 4 stars were given due to being poked by 4x by 3 different staffs for blood draw but still awesome job in general for the whole branch. Keep it up!

They were organized, very timely and friendly. I was in and out. Had to have a second visit and again, in at 8:00 out at 8:20. I hope no one has a need for urgent care but if you do Concentra is well run!

Went in on Friday afternoon and was very short wait. Front desk & tech were nice and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Employees are very nice. Only complaint is I was scheduled with a surgeon who no longer does surgery so back to referral which caused an additional 2 week delay.

Everyone at this office on singer was more then professional and actually took time to listen as well pay attention to what you have to say or show. Never go to menaul office that place is awful and so one sided. It blows my mind how much above and beyond they go at singer... 10/10 I'll never go back to the menaul office!!!!!

Hello, I've been with concentra, for 9 months, they r very professional at there,work, the people that work there,they all know,what there supposed to be doing, I never see anybody goofing around, even the office people, as soon as I walk in. There on it, asking questions, which is Awesome, they waste no time,they know ur hurting, and they take very good care of me!!!! That you, !!!!

I attended a very busy day, so granted, it was gonna take a little while to be seen. The staff was amazing and providing updates for all the patients as we all went through this very busy time for Concentra. The staff also provided some snacks and drinks while we waited. I was there to get a full physical for my current place of employment which included a vision test, hearing test, physical abilities test and pre employment screening. This took a couple different people to conduct and seemed to go smoothly and without error. When it was my turn to be seen, each and every staff member I seen was pleasantly helpful and explained in detail what was going on. Great visit! Thanks Concentra. 👊🏼 Kudos to the tall guy that worked the front desk for the way he handled the situation. It could have been a bad experience as a customer, but the A-team was present and took care of business 👍🏼👍🏼

Went in to Concentra on the 9th with a head injury from work and was immediately seen and taken to a room. They cleaned the wound and put 4 staples in my head in less than an hour. Doctor Lisa did an amazing job!

I was not the patient, was a family member waiting in the lobby. A man who accidentally forgot to put his middle name on his intake paperwork came to the front desk after his visit was complete to ask for help changing the paperwork to show his middle name. He spoke with the same woman who checked my husband in —- blonde hair, lots of eye makeup, a little heavier, think her name was Sheena. She was so incredibly rude and condescending toward him it was unbelievable. The tone of voice, the body language, the choice of words, so rude. She acted like he was a complete idiot for making a simple typo, that anyone couldn’t have made. I don’t want this woman having anything to do with my care or my husbands - we won’t be back to this location. Sheena, I hope you read this and realize your attitude needs a tune up

I walked in on a Friday afternoon needing a physical required for employment. I informed them I needed to be out by 5pm. They processed my check in quickly. Did my physical. The entire staff was so helpful and kind. I walked out exactly at 5pm. Extremely happy with their service

Updated review: The care I received is still 5 star. But what made me edit my 5 star review to 3 star is the front desk/reception gals. When I went in initially, I told the intake coordinator which insurance was primary and which was secondary. The day after my visit I called Concentra to verify my insurances were billed in the correct order and the gal who billed my insurances was ironically the one who answered the phone. She admitted to billing my secondary as primary and my primary as secondary. I had to ask her how to go about fixing HER mistake. When I asked what I needed to do, she told me to call the billing department and I had to ask her what that number was. The number she provided was not a working number. I was irate to learn she not only failed to bill my visit correctly but I had to jump through hoops to try and fix this issue that she created. No apology or remorse whatsoever. If you don’t know, dealing with insurances is a pain and a half. So unfortunately due to the issue she created…I’m still dealing with this (months later). I had to edit my review to reflect the carelessness of the front desk area. ————————————- Attempted to visit this location on a Monday. I came 30 minutes after open and was blown away by how many people were there. I decided to leave and come back the next day for a shorter wait time. I came early the next day and waited until open. I was very surprised to see how many people had arrived in such a short period of time. One thing to expect is a bit of a wait time, even if you do go first thing in the morning. I personally didn’t mind because I don’t have a PCP in the area yet and found my experience to overall be very pleasant at this location. For a regular Urgent Care visit, I was there for just about 2.5 hours from start to finish. The sweet lady who called me back for triage was so kind and was very detailed when she was completing my intake. The provider I saw, I can’t recall his name but I do remember his last name was Walters was very knowledgeable and kind! I found this Urgent Care to be very thorough and helpful during my visit. For future cases, I’ll be sure to return to receive a great level of care and support from Concentra!

Dr Socoman and Sheena are absolutely wonderful. And everyone in physical therapy are the most caring people you’ve ever met

I was disappointed when I went there to get a vaccine as they did not take me to any room for privacy and had me stand up to administer the vaccine. I am a registered nurse and I do not feel it is safe to give vaccine while patient is standing as they can pass out and this is unsafe .

Good experience. Student bruised me when taking a blood draw. She’s new and will be great at her future job. PA was knowledgeable and thorough.

The staff were very friendly at the Commons Ave location! The facility was clean and inviting and everyone was very professional. Of the other Concentra locations I have been to, this is by far the best!

For the most part, I was well taken care of. There were two incidents that were unacceptable and I did complain in order to have them addressed. Staff is usually friendly, place is pretty clean, and don’t be afraid to ask if they have any juice after a blood draw. Other than that, glad I came here to be taken care of!

My appointment was at 0800, was called about 0910. Blood tech trainee had to call someone to draw blood. When I took my hearing test I could hear people walking around and talking. When I saw the doctor she put down what she wanted to put down and it seemed like she ignored what I told her. She said I had a loss in normal speech range, whatever that is because I understood everything she said. But the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. Hopefully I won't have to go back but if I do well then I hope they an experienced doctor there to see me.

Great place. Dr Walters is a great physician. The nurses are good as well, especially one of there long time MA's I wish i knew her name but she was amazing...easy to talk too and took good care of me...total hotty too....5 stars isnt enough....thanks again Concentra.

Well, they lost my paperwork, and I ended up sitting for over an hour for an employment pre-screen while everyone else went, including two others who came in for a drug screen after me. The only saving grace was they did get me taken care of immediately after realizing the issue, so I'm grateful for that, at least

Upon entering the facility, I was acknowledged and treated well by the multiple staff members I encountered. The staff were professional, kind, efficient and my entire experience was great. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure why Google says that at 8 AM it’s not too busy as there was a line around the building already and it is almost 1 PM and we’re still not done. It took 4 hours until we were called back. The staff is friendly and as other comments say it is clean. Others waiting did advise this location is a shorter wait than the others. With that said I guess any time slot means plan for half to a full day at this location

Nice and courteous staff! The only downside I would say is the long wait times to get in and do your physical, provide your urine sample and to be taken care of to be on your way. It takes about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get everything completed. But at the same rate if you want something done right sometimes you can’t rush the process! Overall very nice, helpful staff and nice place to go!
