in my opinion -- Stay as far away as you can from this minute clinic, The nurse practitioner is arrogant and will lie to your face and then have you removed from the store when you disagree or catch him in a lie. the Man needs to be extremely reprimanded and or fired for treating the public in such a manner, I suggest you take your business to the competitors at least they will treat you with dignity. All people not just senior citizens as my self should be treated with dignity

I'm beyond upset with this clinic. It says its an urgent care clinic and my son went there to be seen for bladder/kidney concerns and pain on Sunday 12/19. Signed in and when he was called to the back to see the physician, he was told she does not see males! Other males were seated there waiting to be seen. Since when does this clinic not see males! No explanation given, not even directed to another clinic close by. I've been to this clinic and have always recommended it but not anymore!

Be aware!! If you need to get tested for COVID-19 and need the results back in less than two weeks DO NOT GO TO CVS MINUTECLINIC!! They tell you at the window you will have the results in 2-4 days, then hand you a paper saying it will be 5-7 days. But it’s actually a 10-14 day turn around. If you try to call to get assistance all you get is an automated system.

Overall not a good experience, it says walk in wait time would be 30-35min but it doubles or even triples because these "nurse practicioners in training" take for ever talking to one another after every single consult. At least have the courtesy to let you know that they will get to you eventually even though they are talking their butts away. Ohh and it doesn't matter if you are the first one to get there and sign in because you can reserve your place online and they'll save it even if you are late. Common!!!! Stop wasting time and take care of patients. Brought my 8 year old daughter in for an ear infection, was there for 2 hrs with a crying child in pain and not once did they take the time to let me know that they'll get to us. Common courtesy goes a long way, especially dealing with children. Believe me I would have not waited this long to get consulted but they were the only ones available at this time. Every other clinic had appointments after 1pm.

Fast and convenient service for minor illnesses. I only walked in and signed in at the kiosk, but imagine if you have the time, signing in online makes it an even easier process! I was signed in, seen by the provider, had a quick lab test done, plus results, and received my prescription there at the pharmacy all within 20 minutes. For someone without health insurance-this walk-in clinic is one of the cheaper ones in ABQ. And the pharmacy made sure to look for any coupons they could apply to my prescription before charging me. Thank you all!

Thank you, CVS, for coming up with this clinic idea. This is how health care should work. Have a problem? Schedule an appointment, and we'll take care of you. Easy. Quick. Efficient. Effective. Now we just need the country to reform how we pay for health care and medicine... in the meantime, I appreciate the staff at this location. I was just there, and they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They listened to me and had simple tests on hand to make sure I was properly diagnosed. I appreciate their help and hope the message gets up the ladder that the folks at this Minute Clinic that helped me this morning are terrific people, excellent representation of the company, and genuinely caring providers. Thank you👏

Was an awesome experience, compared to going to my hospitals urgent care. Much faster, less waiting, doc was super nice.

Quick, clean, and efficient. I took my daughter here for an eye infection. I held our spot by going on the Minute Clinic web site. We checked in the kiosk with a code that had been texted to me. We were seen within 10 minutes. The treatment room had obviously been wiped down with disinfectant just before we entered. The provider, Curtis Quintana, was thorough and ordered the necessary prescriptions. He took time to explain home care for the condition. We picked up the prescriptions there at the CVS pharmacy right away.

I had a covid test almost three weeks ago. That went fine and was convenient. But trying to log in to the my clinic to get results is impossible. It will not take my user name or passwords. I called for help and I got disconnected or hung up on. Please make it easier to get result.

Dont waist your time going to CVS ON MONTANO!!!! Tested positive for Covid made an appointment on day 5 because I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to make sure everything was looking good. Basically wanted to make sure all vitals were good and to make sure I wasn’t getting a sinus infection which I’m prone too. I was told that they would not see me even though I had an appointment because I didn’t have proof of the positive Covid test with me And the only way they would see me is if I retested which would cost $125 even tho over the counter Covid test are 10 bucks or less .had no choice but to leave. 5 days later now day 10 post Covid I made another appointment. I still wasn’t feeling well and felt like I had a sinus infection. Seen practitioner.Saiz and told him I have cracking in my ear when I swallow and lot of sinus pressure. Which I felt like it was a sinus infection. He told me he wouldn’t treat me unless it’s been 3 weeks since my first Covid symptoms or I’m running a fever of 101.00 or higher. Because it’s not good medical practice. I then told him I took my 13 year old into the doctor last night and the doctor treat her for a double ear infection and Covid and prescribed her antibiotics and PAXLOVID. I’ve been going to CVS minute clinic for years and never run into a practitioner that woouldnt listen to me or my symptoms plus he was very condescending.
