After having an absolutely horrible experience at another location just miles away, we were ECSTATIC to find this place. This is the kinda place you wanna pump it, tan it, relax it and shower it up. 1) Friendly staff. Always willing to lend helpful tips on the local area and always with smiles! 2) Relatively clean bathrooms. Definitely not a sorority house bathroom but certainly nothing like the bathroom at your gay friends house who has OCD. Picture a bathroom in a home with working parents and a kid or two. 3) Plenty of machines! 4) Tanning and massage here too. Not a ton of this equipment but definitely sufficient. Would use this location again if we return to the area!

I like this PF location. They have their equipment laid out in the perfect order for a great workout rotation. It’s never too crowded when I go on the weekdays lunchtime. Equipment is in good shape and it’s super clean. Bonus for black card members, they have unlimited tanning beds and stand up tanning. Hydro massage table and free haircuts.

Very clean and well kept. The machines are all in working order as well. My one complaint is that the music they play overhead can be deafening loud at times.

Clean and employees seem to be very welcoming to the guests. But even if it's busy. People are moving around. And I'd say I've seen the sanitation spray bottles being swapped out with new ones. And all guests seem to be courteous of others and clean as well. Good choice for me and will be going back. 👌

Oh my. Where to begin. Bc of this particular gym I will never join again. I travel. I lost my bank card a month later after joining Albuquerque location. They required me to travel to NM to change my card info. I was in Nevada at the time. While in AZ I tried to transfer my acct but no go. I sent a letter to cancel. They said they didn’t receive my letter. Yea right! I had to send a certified letter costing $8. Even with that, they held my letter until they could charge me more money. No. I will never use Planet Fitness again. What a lousy business model. Who uses snail mail to cancel a membership. Planet Fitness does! Imagine canceling your auto insurance or Amazon Prime or an Apple subscription using snail mail. Ridiculous. Bye Planet. Get into the honest lane or all of us travelers will drop you like a hot potato. And BTW I run a successful YouTube channel about travel. My followers know what you did. 😉

Been waiting at the front desk for over an hour not a single employee in sight. Typical Albuquerque laziness multiplied by 100. Every single employee here should be fired

I've been going to this gym on and off approx 15yrs left for several and now back. Last time it was remodeled with new equipment approx 10yrs ago they did a good job. Although times have changed and I feel we need more free weights and less cardio. Its hard to get to small area where free weights are stored. The mens bathroom needs some attention with only one papertowel dispenser and looks run down. The soap dispensers are always empty. I fell like my home gym is being negelected by current ownership. This is a great location please update and dont drive members away. TY.

Inexpensive fitness center. Meets my needs for equipment and a shower. Currently, the initiation fee is only $1. Chuze is $99 for no commitment. Chuze has a pool and other luxuries, which I don't want.

For some reason had never been in a planet fitness before. My mother asked if I want to go with her so I decided to go to support her efforts of being active. Was blown away. Was able to get in free as a guest with her membership, they have ALL of the equipment you need. Plenty of treadmills with Plenty of TVs covering ALL channels for you to watch. And they also have a hydro massage tables that you can use as well! I also found out that they do hair cuts too?!?!? Really enjoyed my first experience and plan on going back here and there.

After a long time in not going to this gym I finally decided to go. I was amazed about how clean the facility was! I stopped going because I honestly thought that the gym itself was nasty. The young woman who works the over night shift now was tremendously pleasant, professional and welcoming, and I saw her actively cleaning and working very hard. It's refreshing to see and means a lot

This is my home gym and I love it! The people up front are super nice and always willing to help. The Trainer is phenomenal! Kind, respectful and knowledgeable. There is never a time when you will feel like he is bored or unwilling to help. He is really great at looking at your body situation and help you with great exercises that will help you. The gym itself is kept up as well.

This particular planet fitness had the nerve to tell lies about my friend and yet they treated me horrible as well resulting in me cancelling my membership cause of how rude and inconsiderate the employees are!!! Guess my friend wasn't kidding when the front desk people treat you like a piece of trash and for one thing don't yell at me or tell me otherwise i didn't checked in and saying my membership bill is late already been arranged or whatever!!!! Yet you told lies to my home gym membership as well just like what you did to my friends wow!!!!!! I will never go back and tell everyone to avoid this effin place cause of how mean and inconsiderate the people are and lying about me saying I'm disruptive whatever to my home gym just like what you did to my friend wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall this place is great. Has almost everything I need for my usual workout routine. Just needs a free weight bench/squat rack

I like this location!! there is a ton of space and I feel confident going into here! I am always welcomed in with a smile and when I exit, they sometimes say a friendly goodbye and mention my name! so dope

Patrick is the best! Super friendly staff and everything is kept clean and maintained. The layout is pretty open and they offer good services to black card and regular members.

Judgment Free Zone my abs! Apparently drinking straight from the water fountain is now being inconsiderate to others. Bringing a one gal jug of water is a No, no. That lunk alarm. . Yeah I would say that is a judgement statement. Oh and my military pants, that's not acceptable to work out in. When these pants are worn while climbing walls, climbing ropes, mud pits, pull-ups, push-ups and more. So what part is Judgement Free.

I always use this gym when I'm in town for work , love being able to go anytime I want during the week , I enjoy the low numbers of ppl around at 1am it's perfect for a night nurse like myself .

Great place and affordable. They have every machine you could think of, and lots of them. The free trainer is so helpful. I look forward to going.

Cool staff and it's pretty clean but definitely the most cramped PF I've been to.

I've been to two different locations. This gym is on point. Clean and professional. I will be making this my primary place to work out.

Planet Fitness has tons of new equipment, nice locker rooms, and friendly staff. It's the best gym.

Planet fitness in general might not have all the best equipment (free weight is often lacking) but you can get in well above average shape in any way your goals are set. Planet Fitness has over 5,000 locations across the U.S. which for me is the main reason I have a black card, I love to travel. This planet fitness is the best one in New Mexico. The staff are friendly, they have a better selections of machines and they are 24 hours 5 days a week.

I'll start by saying I really love the staff at this location. AMAZING people. However, every single treadmill (and I mean every single one) screams when you turn it on! The entire gym can hear it. It's embarrassing. Everyone staring at you. These have got to get fixed.

Not too busy, employees are nice and professional. Enough machines and options to get a decent workout if you know how to use free weights! The resistance machines are helpful too. Update: the app has a crowd meter which also VERY helpful

Decent place and very clean. More geared toward those that like cardio. I come to use the rower, it's a plus that I can walk here
