Hot shower, parking lot was lit decent. Pretty decent for the price. Front desk girl was sweet, and the manager was exceptionally helpful.

Stayed last night, will not stay again!! Room wasn't to bad but dark, no extra toilet paper in the room, 2 towels and a hand towel to be used as a bath mat. Very noisy and could hear when others showered all hours of the night. Last but not least, their continental breakfast was very lacking. Do believe this place is really meant for people who want or need a cheap place to live. Doesn't deserve the 4.3 rating for sure!! They always say, you get what you pay for!!

My kids and i stayed here lastnight. People say they work with you if you have kids. All i had was 60.00 and the staff didnt work with me at all. The room i got had holes in the walls the heater didnt work it got too hot and dry woke up with a nose bleed. The bed was very hard, it was not a restful night with the money i paid to stay. Motel is way cheaper and nicer. Sorry for this. But i will never stay here again.

Nasty rooms they stink. Bedding is stained. They have Bed bugs. Carpets are gross. Hookers and meth heads live there and are running in and out raising hell. Homeless druggies are living under the back steps and doorways. People in the back down stairs in corner rooms sell drugs. The rooms do not look like the pictures. The pool is not heated. Breakfast is cereal and a honey bun. There are new manager and he is very rude. In the last 6 months there has been 4 dead people found in different rooms.

This is my first night here. I am new to Albuquerque and I am making this wonderful city my home. I am grateful for the awesome monthly rates they have. For those of us that are budget minded and simplicity is the way this is the place to be. The owner is awesome and when I checked into my room I was concerned about the cable being broken. However; he had stepped out, however; before I had a chance to mention this he already had the maintance staff at my door. Eddie the maintance person was also awesome. For me I find the friendliness of people being my number one thing of importance. If value is important to you, and if the little frills, that places offer which are usually just gimmicks, and just an excuse to overcharge people, you don't have to worry. Guest Gate Inn is wonderful for value and it is peaceful. I am not experiencing rowdy, loud people, another plus!

Staff was pleasant and very accommodating on short notice. I could wish the breakfast was a bit more elaborate (decaf in addition to regular coffee, butter for the bagels and toast, not just jam, etc.). But, that said, I have no actual complaints.

We stayed there for the 2018@ balloon festival only because it had rooms. The wifi was non-existent the TV was severely outdated and the bathroom was filthy. There was nothing around the hotel within walking distance Except a olive garden and a Starbucks was there two days never saw house keeping comp breakfast was coffee and fruit no stuttle to or from the hotel from airport. All for what I suspect would have been a $49 a night hotel but because of the festival was $135 also they advertise on discount websites under a different name but basically we paid almost $400 to sleep

A noise like water running in the sink that kept me from sleeping. I supposedly wanted to rest. But with that noise I couldn't, very bad, I don't recommend it.
