Beware! I signed up for a nice clean storage unit 8/2020 and by 8/2021 my rate has increased by 58%. Some might say rates change over time but in 12 months to have a 58% increase is bait and switch! I will warn others on all platforms and hope everyone heeds my warning. Emailed Debbie Lupton about my concern of a 58% increase in 12 months and she encouraged me to shop around.

This is the best storage in Albuquerque, I myself have My belongings stored there yes you get the best service ever The owners are the friendliness people. I love them both. Thank you for keeping my belongings safe.

I definitely recommend this place! Jen and Heather do a great job quickly responding to customer needs and have a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility. They have the best rates in town in addition to a double door wide entry, hand dollies, flat rolling racks, and a freight elevator to easily move large items upstairs. Jen's storage also gives a 10% military discount and gives your second of storage for free. FYI, zero taxes are applied to self-storage facilities in ABQ for when you price things out. I know this is new and it's going to be clean but Jen's is exceptionally so. I really appreciate the ease of the automatic doors, the carts that are right by the door and always available and that there are actually bathrooms on sight for customers!! That's huge when you are moving all day and the urge hits. Great prices, great people, I highly recommend renting here.

All I can say is WOW! I have been looking for a storage unit to house some of my antiques that was reasonable and climate control. The facility was extremely clean and secured with video surveillance. I love that Jen’s provide several different hand carts to help me move my furniture right in and has a large elevator. The best part aside from the service was the second month was free!!

What a great place Jen's Self Storage. Well maintained. Climate Controlled units that are nice and spacious. Great customer service and very well secured. I have used several storage facilities around town but I feel safe and secure knowing that my belonging are safe and secure at Jen's Self Storage.

I rented a temperature controlled storage unit from Jen's. I was really impressed with the level of security provided by this company. The facility is brand new. I enjoy that I can pay online. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a safe place to store equipment or personal items.

It has been a perfect solution for us: clean, climate controlled and safely guarded storage units; secure access; useful trolleys when you need to load or unload stuff; very professional and reliable staff. Chris, the manager, has always been very friendly and helpful with us. And Debbie, his assistant, she’s awesome! Always here on the phone or by email when we had a question, and handling things for us remotely, which made it so pleasant and easy for us. We knew our belongings were in the right place.
