Dry Heat Comedy Club

Comedy club

👍👍 This is a really cool and intimate space for comedy (how it should be). The show I saw was hilarious. You can tell the owners and staff really care about the audience. It's a great place for an after dinner show, date, or to do something fun with the office. I can't wait to come back. People often mention comedy, show, time, space, great, club, Heat,

I went to the Friday show of opening weekend and was INCREDIBLY impressed. The ambiance of the space is welcoming and intimate. The staff was professional and courteous. And the comedy was HILARIOUS! I laughed so hard I nearly cried. All of the comedians were well prepared and highly talented. I also loved that co-owner opened the night with some support for those who had never been to a comedy club before and maybe wouldn’t be aware of the customs. It was a delightful evening and I cannot wait to go again! Heck, I feel so inspired I might even write something myself and go to the open mic night!

I saw Prairie Madness at Dry Heat this evening and it was such a fun show! I love having an inclusive queer space for comedy and everyone on the Dry Heat staff is helpful and accommodating and just wonderful to interact with! I’m looking forward to seeing more shows here!

We were looking for comedy in Abq and decided to try Dry Heat. Small theater so it’s very cozy. Staff was super cool and inviting. Soft drinks by donation. Comedians were decent story tellers with some funny jokes. It was a fun time.

Saw a show featuring some local guys. The joint was probably 4/5 full but tons of energy. Hilarious show, I was cracking up the whole time. No other place like this in town. Reasonably priced, highly recommend.

This was such a fun experience! The owners that open the shows are absolutely hysterical! The atmosphere is great, they set the ground rules and introduce you to what a comedy club is like. We saw Liz Glazer and she was a hoot, I laughed so hard my body is sore! Will definitely be back!!!

Albuquerque is lucky to have a vibrant hub for comedy. I've only been here a few times and every time I go I think to myself, this place is awesome! I need to go more and support all our local comics. Thanks for creating a cool community, Dry Heat!

I went to the Bi-Agenda show last night and had a fantastic time! Dry Heat Comedy Club is a small, intimate space and it felt like the comedians really connected with the audience. I really enjoyed that the humor punched up instead of down. I’ve been looking for an inclusive comedy space like this in Albuquerque for a long time! I’ll definitely be looking forward to future shows.

The only real comedy club in town! Small, intimate space for comedians to workshop new material!

This quaint theatre owned and operated by humble, kind staff is the opportune location for some good ol' farce up close and personal. Great food venues surround the theatre, so grab a bite to eat, bring a beverage (non-alcoholic and take care to not spill), and prepare to slap some knees... yours and perhaps a friend's knees because the comedians here are that funny.

Zach Abetya & Friends was AWESOME! It’s great FINALLY having another vibrant comedy joint, the space is intimate & well done, staff are GREAT! Please fix your newsletter subscription button on your site(DOB gets stuck won’t submit), also can you post ZA’s friends names again. Would love to follow them & catch them again when they’re in town!

We had never been to a comedy club so we weren’t expecting much; however, it didn’t take long before we were so engrossed we were rolling. Thank you for the incredible date night!

I went to the open mic last night, first visit to this location. It was a good time. The group is very supportive of new people learning the craft. That atmosphere made it very welcoming.

I've been to 2 shows here since it opened. I had a great time both times! This is a wonderful addition to the Albuquerque comedy scene!
