Miguel and nearly everyone who works here is quick and kind. However the blonde, short haired woman is always rude and was mean to my grandma today bc she didn’t know the sizes. She’s the only rude person they have there though so 5 stars for everyone but her. she needs her attitude corrected :) you work at Starbucks you don’t need to be pretentious.

I had a Strawberry Acai and it was made perfectly! The place is nice and clean. Friendly staff too. Probably the most friendly I've ever encountered at any Starbucks 👍

I work as a nurse at UNM hospital and didn’t realize they had just closed. I understand every business has a closing time and employees want to go home, but it was within 5 minutes after 8:30 pm. After getting their attention at the pick up window, I asked if there was anything I could get since I just finished a series of stressful shifts and I needed a caffeine boost to get me home to Santa Fe safely. I asked which of their stores might still be open and they just gave me a shrug of their shoulders and said they didn’t know. I was flatly told they couldn’t offer me anything and to have a beautiful day…very patronizing. I will never return to this location…I’d rather get gas station coffee. I look forward to the Broadway location reopening; I’m sure they would have at least offered me a prepackaged drink.

Came to study on a Sunday at 2:30. Sign says store closes at 8 p.m. But today they closed the lobby at 3. Aggravating because I need to get my homework done. Why does this happen?

This is one of my favorite places to work! The atmosphere is really quiet, pretty, clean, and calm. The coffee and food offerings are your standard Starbucks fare (I must admit the Impossible Breakfast Sannie is one of my guilty pleasures) but the folks who work at this PARTICULAR outlet are truly NEAT! I love this Starbucks.

Ordered a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew. However, my drink was more cream than anything. I did not ask for extra cream. If u look at the drink it looks like a cup of milk. Baristas check your order before handing out the drinks. Please!!! Ya'll just ruined another reason for me not to visit this location for awhile.

Everyone is very nice, they take care of you and your drink like it's their own

Just wanted a cup of coffee and it was right across the street so off I went. As always loved it!

I tried to make an order 15 minutes prior to closing and Matthew said they had to close early because they had “no hot water “

There is only one Starbucks that can make the drinks I order right so far and this Starbucks isn't one. My drink is supposed to have no ice per instructions and when I try telling the guy at the window all I got was a blank stare so I repeated myself again and again recieved the same reaction I felt like telling him "hello is anybody home," but I just replied, "nevermind thank you" and drove off.

After trying out the Starbucks at 4301 San Mateo and having some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, it was nice to get back to this location today haha. Extremely friendly staff, great drinks, polite service… definitely keeping this location as my go-to Starbucks.

This establishment is nicely situated on a corner of Lomas and Washington. Drive thru is rapid. Inside the store there's plenty of indoor or patio seating. Very cool inside, no canopy or cover for outside seating. Great customer service, they welcome you in and and acknowledge your departure with a customarily parting.

Was pleasantly surprised on a day starbucks was offering 50% off drinks, this place really held their own. My order was ready quickly (in store). The line for drive thru wrapped around the block, but they were getting through cars in just minutes. That said, my sandwich was extra toasty, so it may have been in a little longer than it was supposed to be. Overall, I'll take a toasty sandwich any day, if it's accompanied by a pleasent braista and speedy service.

My husband brought me a pumpkin spice latte from this location and it was 1/2 full. I guess this chain doesn't make enough money. I will be giving my business to Scooters or other coffee shops as Starbucks has gone downhill. They did offer for me to go to any location and get a new one but I'm working hence why my husband brought one to me.

I love a lot of things at Starbucks the prices are a little bit much for the size you get but if you want something fast and consistent Starbucks is your place

Staff is always friendly, and it’s Starbucks, so yeah… The coffee is consistently good.

Love me some Starbucks before work! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious & their tables are clean. They were busy but not crowded. Great place to chill & get some emails out.

I ordered thru uber eats. Presented well but I looked at the bottom of my drink and it wasn't mixed...

Love this Starbucks location they are efficient and quick With friendly service. Also in my atmosphere to just sit outside and enjoy the pleasant whether would they cup a coffee.

DO NOT ORDER TOGO/ON THE APP HERE. They close the lobby whenever they want, and they just stare at you and laugh at you when you point at your drink that is sitting right there on the counter unless you have time to sit in there, 10 minute drive through do not place an order here, not the first time they’ve done this.

Location, Location, Location..... This Lomas Starbucks is always slammed with long line. Parking lot is poor designed. Cars get blocked by the drive thru. This needs to be a drive thru only based on the traffic at the location. There is no other businesses for a quick coffee/ or pastry for miles around this freeway off ramp. Drive-thru only would make it more sufficient and can have car hop job creation.

Such a fast starbucks, the drive through lines is typically long but they speed through everyone’s orders very quickly. Both drinks were made well!

The staff are polite, not pushy. I had lost two lids for my Sustainability Cups and a barista was kind enough to just give two new ones.

Always fast service and accurate orders.

Sad that they charge an extra ¢70 for plant based beverages. Cow's milk is indeed cheaper than plant based milks, but that is just because of the deplorable industrial agriculture conditions dairy cows are subjected to (please look it up). +¢70 per beverage is also super steep. A gallon of almond milk is only $2-3. It seems like Starbucks is cashing in on peoples conscience and/or dietary restriction. It's a shame plant based consumers and lactose intolerant people are penalized like this.

Went to place order in the restaurant and it took longer than normal to receive the order. It was done perfectly when it finally arrived.

Most Starbuck's are great, so it is no surprise that this is a nice, clean and friendly location.

Amazing the Cashier girl with the two braids and purple eyeshadow is amazing... I got a surgery where I sound robotic and she was amazing and very welcoming... this is my favorite location♡ I do recommend this starbucks.Starbucks.. I have to say u guys are #1... Her name is Thea keep up the great work starbucks♡ I have to say this location is super Friendly♡
