Nice place and location. Very busy parking lot. Needs to look around for parking but it is free.

This is usually my first stop after a 2 1/2 to 3 hr drive. Today I was almost not allowed to use the bathroom because I hadn’t yet ordered ( driving for 3 hrs = pee ). Then there was barely enough room to get there as boxes were strewn from the station to the counter. Good coffee but very poor presentation and off putting service. Disappointed and hope this ( as my comments did not seem to make a difference) will make a difference.

Another older woman friend along with our trained therapy dogs went in about 11am, it wasn't very busy. We placed our order was offered 2 cups of whipped cream and 2 shallow cups of water for our dogs. We gather our order and sat in a corner with our dogs laying on the floor not bothering anyone. Another employee came over and said we had to sit on the patio. It was already 90 degrees outside. We have been there twice before with them with no complaints. My friend has been to other Starbucks with her dog with no complaints. Photo is from another visit there.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. They are fast and efficient and the drinks are always made perfectly! Today in particular I was greeted enthusiastically by the barista in the back and Eli the cashier really made my day by making conversation and being so friendly. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone in town! :)

Parking is tight. Lots of questionable people hanging around. The place inside is pretty nice, but small. The staff is pretty nice. Maybe good to just pick up and go. Wouldn't reccomend to sit and stay or meet up here, though

Come in more than I can afford. Always good service. Full Starbucks menu. It can get busy but staff is always friendly. Parking is the hardest part.

Great ambience. Fast service. I ordered iced mocha but came white chocolate mocha. Nevertheless, they always can make you a new one and they did.

There is nothing Starbucks can really do, but the homeless population hangs out here and steals their food/drinks. I had a homeless guy come in and interrupt my order to steal apple juice and nutritional bars. Walked in casually, grabbed stuff, and walked out. The team told me it happens daily. Hard to feel safe in ABQ and this location is no different.

Coffee is good and consistent flavor. Service is sometimes slower than normal because they are super busy

I was in for several hours working on my laptop. It was amazing to see the staff especially one individual recall so many customers by name when they walked in. I haven’t seen that good of customer service in awhile. Very personable!

This location is courteous and fast and the Americano was great. The lobby really needs attention with cleanliness but there's no staff available to do it so I cannot and will not deduct for that. You can't punish them for a lack of good help when good help is in short supply and was currently too busy making great coffee. ♥️

Today I ordered a complicated drink that I was craving so bad and was kinda scared it wouldn’t be made correct and Sophie out did herself this was the pick me up that I needed! She is amazing! Thank you girl!

Most cool. Stone-cold righteous. Triple-hip baristas who make the best espresso in the history of forever. And right in the shadow of beloved Sandia Mountain. Rock on, New Mexico!

I only went in here to take out a coffee and light snack to eat but all the staff were very very polite the atmosphere was very friendly and the food that I took to go was great

I like this Starbucks. It is clean, the staff was very friendly every time and the quality just fits! Whether in between shopping or for a longer stay highly recommended!

I needed a place for free wi-fi and this Starbucks filled that need perfectly. I sat outside and had a long zoom meeting with a great connection. I was going to sit inside but the background music was to loud. Outide also has speakers but it was more quiet.. They said they are allowing 20% capacity inside the building due to Covid. The inside was clean and spacious. The outside was filthy. It was mostly the concrete floor that was littered. I watched a guy sit down and accidently knock his drink off the table and it went everywhere. He went back inside and they gave him a new drink but nobody ever came outside to clean up the mess. I guess they figure wait for some rain or ants to take care of it while guests continue to walk in it and track it all over.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Service is fast but it doesn't feel rushed. There is plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Two unisex restrooms are available to anyone. It has Google WiFi which is extremely safe and reliable. Target and Trader Joe's are short walks from here.

I came early Sunday morning. Very clean location with spacious bathrooms, comfortable seating, plenty of seats throughout. The bar/countertop was so spacious. I love the layout of this location. Also the customer service was really good especially Annette. She was so friendly and pleasant and her smile was infectious. This is why I love the Starbucks chain.

The staff is very kind. The drinks are flavorful. The prices are as they are expected at all Starbucks. The store is clean. The restrooms are also kept nicely.
