This is now my go to coffee shop. Excellent coffee. Outstanding, friendly staff. Authentic owners. Such a welcoming and unique (VW themed) atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and out. Clean restrooms. On my first visit I noticed the staff called many people by their first names. By my 3rd visit they recognized me and remembered my name.

We brought several hot and cold drinks. All our favorite was the Tony, then my youngest daughter’s smoothie. The atmosphere is one of kind and very relaxing. We highly recommend this place!!

We tried this our first time and while things seemed very nice we noticed one important thing - we don’t think the store/employees/owner/owner family members are practicing minimum safety requirements - the cashier touches the register/credit cards/cash and then starts making the coffee without washing her or his hands then we saw one employee get up to make our coffee after working on his laptop touching the buttons w/o washing his hands. ????!!!! We will not be going back but hope changes are made. If anything we may be compelled to report this to the health dept.

I love this little coffee shop! They make delicious and unique beverages both hot and cold; my favorite is the Valerie. Homemade scones fresh out of the oven are also a delicious treat! The lovely patio is a great escape from the current craziness. Sitting at the foot of the Sandias, it's a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy a fabulous O'Beans treat. Super friendly service makes the place perfect!

Excellent service, the atmosphere is very cozy, perfect to relax, read a book o have a good conversation with a good coffee!! I personally recommend the special coffee “Tony” with chocolate and caramel. 🤤 The staff is very nice people and bilingual 🤗 I really loved this place!

One of the best cups of coffee you can get with such incredible service. I love supporting mom & pop coffee shops and this one is just so dang cute. Great place to hang out while you sip away.

If you want to support a local small business and have a really good latte, then come here. This is the CUTEST and COZIEST coffee shop in Albuquerque. The owners are super friendly and the coffee is always good. If you want to come here to do some work or meetup with friends, you won't be disappointed. The theme is Volkswagen and they even have cute little bucket seats as chairs. Love this place.

Met my son here for coffee. I had the special that was listed, the Irish Mocha. Delicious!! And get it "to stay". We stayed,but I guess my son ordered his "to go" and so he's at the table already with a plain white paper cup with a lid. My cup shows up... this giant, wide mug with this beautiful cream-leaf artwork in the coffee. There's something about presentation and this was just cool. And so good, too. Talked to the owner a bit and she was so friendly and cool. My new favorite place!

Excellent coffee! Best espresso in town. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere has a great VW theme. There is plenty of seating outdoors and indoors making this a great place to meet friends or associates!

Fun little coffee shop. Atmosphere really nice but a little loud to carry on a conversation. I think on our next visit we'll try to sit in the other room. Lots of drink choices.

Grabbed a chocolate & orange scone and a bag of beans. Came with a complimentary cup of coffee. We had a bonding moment with the owner’s grandson and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, patrons, and coffee. Will be returning.

These folks love what they do, and I'm not sure they would do anything different if they won the lottery. The decor is beyond high quality and immersive, and the little details were not forgotten. I'm pretty sure the Tonys had the seating (some of which are vintage Volkswagen bucket seats) freshly upholstered with plush foam that would put a La-Z-Boy to shame. I happened to arrive while one of the Tonys was involved in testing a new roast, which he involved the whole coffee shop in. I was brought sample after sample, given lessons on the three colors to crema, taught about nitrogen infusion, and generally had my day made wonderful. I left smiling and buzzing. The next day I tried the beans I bought, the Rosebud Espresso roast, and made the best espresso shots I have yet had from my machine at home. These folks are worth the trip

I traveled all the way out from New Jersey to try their RedEye. Fantastic. Awesome place, awesome owners. Even the clientele like Sherry were great. Definitely coming back.

Family owned and operated along with great coffee. Very kind and fun people and environment. I’ve been coming here for a little under a year now and have no intention of changing that!

Great little coffee shop of Tramway in Albuquerque. We had the green chili and cheese scone and the maple pecan scone. Both were delicious. Chai tea and the Tony Latte were excellent as well. Definitely will return.

Our family found this gem of a Java shop. From the family vibe to the delicious Java & charm this shop is a must do. Just 5 min from the tram get a cup & go see ABQs beauty.

I got a mocha, nice outdoor seating area, indoor good, love the VW bus. Small indepedent shop, like other independents, depend on repeat customers. Right off the Tramway Trail.

This was my first time at O'Bean's and I will be back! Super friendly service, great coffee with cool flavors and an amazing heated patio that is quiet so we could carry on a conversation easily. It's tucked back off Tramway but a wonderful place to meet for coffee or just hang out.

I've been to a few boutique coffee places in ABQ, this is by far the best. Cold brew is strong and tasty and the staff/owners are delightful.

This place is so cute! A good place to have a yummy ice coffee and enjoy a good book outside in there outdoor seating area. Perfect for the summer. The worker was very nice and welcoming. I would totally comeback. Highly recommend for a local coffee shop.
