Arrived at Intur this afternoon and so far everything has been awesome. My group and I were able to check in without any problems and get to our rooms. Unfortunately most of our cards would not work, so the guy at the front desk had to help us get in our rooms. He was so super nice and helpful about it. Upon entering my room I my mouth fell open at the vastness and open space. The king sized bed is surrounded by four posts. The mattress is super firm and comfortable and already makes me want to sleep in and throughout the day! The room is minimally decorated, but had everything that you need including free wifi, a flat screen TV with tons of channels (unfortunately many of them do not get a signal), individually controlled heat and AC, and a terrace!! Also, the bathroom has a large soaking tub and bidet. Ido not want to leave this room! Our first dinner was amazing! Our waiter was super nice and attentive and the food was delicious! Also, the dining room was vast and beautiful! I cannot wait to eat here everyday! This hotel is just amazing and so beautiful! It smells like heaven and the service is really on point! So excited and blessed to be a guest here!!

Fabulous place located near a wonderful park. Also close to the town centre. The food served was delicious. My room was nice with a balcony. The view was non-existent but it was good to have a private outdoor space . The lighting in the room needs to be a bit brighter, especially in the bathroom. It would be a wonderful if there were tea-making facilities in the rooms. There's free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and ample places to sit too. I didn't notice any communal outdoor space with the exception the pool area. The hotel bar closes at 11pm. Reception staff very accommodating and polite.

It was pure pleasure to communicate with personal, super nice and respectfull. The breakfast schould have Michelin stars definitely!

Te hotel is nice, modern and big and also the rooms. There is no trace about spanish nostalgie. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The city is nice but far better is idea to stay here to explore the province Castilla-La Mancha. In the month of Mai is especially beautiful because of flowers and wheat fields. In surrounding there is a lot of windmills and the hotel could be a starting point to explore beautiful region. Especially nice is the trip to Campo de Criptana and if you read Miguel Cervantes's roman Don Quixote you know that the main battle with the giants started exactly there. Be there for sunset.

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Intur Alcázar de San Juan to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing hotel experience in Spain. A great place to stay in Alcazar. The rooms are great, spacious and clean. Staff are very accommodating with English speaking when needed.
