Well-stocked perfumery. Personally, I have always received friendly and respectful service there. However, it has also been noticed that younger people in particular, or people who don't have the wallet for the fanciest clothes, are served differently.

Strange but true! I have never been served so unfriendly and arrogant before. However, I had already noticed this unfriendly store manager during my last purchase a few days before. I bought a perfume in this store today for €200. Unfortunately, the branch manager served me today and slammed the unpackaged perfume I wanted onto the counter and said: €200 please. I then had to ask this unfriendly lady (branch manager) to please wrap this perfume for me as a gift, which was done reluctantly and in a very primitive way. Unfortunately, I have to say that the lady in question packaged it very listlessly and not very nicely. A perfume at such a price can be bought with e.g. wrap something more attractively and attractively with just a bow. But what I find to be absolute impudence is to give me this carelessly wrapped gift without a carrying bag, for which, when I asked, she also charged 30 cents. The carrier bag was then placed on the counter and that was it. Not even a single sample was added to the gift, I don't know anything about Douglas yet. It is completely incomprehensible to me that customers in a Douglas branch are treated so badly and unfriendly. “I” will never enter this store again! Unfortunately I have to give one star to be able to post this post, it's not deserved.

I actually wanted to buy a perfume there because I smelled a few scents. After a short while the saleswoman said that I should leave because I smelled too many perfumes. The perfumery is definitely not recommended and one should not support such a disrespectful perfumery.
