    Large selection of interior doors including laminate, vinyl and parquet. Price-wise higher segment. Good parking options. Very competent, friendly staff. A very special thank you and huge praise to Mr. Benedikt Hüttemann, who gave us very, very good advice on the interior doors today. The man really knows all the products very well! He quickly emailed us an offer we wanted. You usually wait several days for such an offer. Highly recommended.

Über die Türen für die ich mich interessierte konnte man mir nicht besonders viel erzählen. Ob es hier an mangelndem Wissen lag kann ich nicht sagen. Der Verkäufer machte mehr den Eindruck als hätte er keine Lust mich zu beraten (hat sich ständig abgewandt). Als ich nach 3min. in denen ich abgefrühstückt wurde darum gebeten habe, das man sich meinen Bauplan (den ich dabei hatte) mal genauer ansieht um mir ein Angebot zu machen, zog der Verkäufer die Augenbauen hoch. Anschließend hat er in 2min. meine Daten aufgenommen. Das Angebot für die Türen habe ich 2 Wochen später erhalten. In der E-Mail stand nichts drin. Keine Begrüßung, garnichts! Es war nur die PDF mit der Rechnung beigefügt. Hüttenmann - NEIN DANKE

As a Düsseldorf handicraft company, we also feel good about sourcing certain wooden items, such as chipboard and OSB boards, from here. We are always courteous and well served. If you need a parquet layer, it is best to contact us directly, because the parquet should be glued to your floor firmly and over the entire surface and not just be delivered. Laying parquet is a craftsmanship that is not completed with a purchase contract but only with a work contract.     Huge range and competent advice from an expert! Holz Hüttemann is THE specialist store when it comes to all kinds of wood - and not only that! From wooden doors to parquet, laminate, vinyl, patio wood, privacy fences to glass doors, care products and so on, you can find a huge range at Hüttemann! We bought our parquet for the living and dining room as well as decking and a sliding glass door installation there and are ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED with EVERYTHING! :-)) Apart from the huge selection, you will receive competent advice from experts there. I was certainly not an easy customer - I went there at least 3 times because each time I was unsure about my choice of parquet and kept changing my mind. The boss himself showed me the parquet floorboards outside to compare the differences and gave me help and advice. Advantages and disadvantages explained, etc. An offer came immediately - you can no longer expect that as standard from craftsmen and suppliers today...! Price-performance ratio is very reasonable. Of course you can't compare the prices with an ordinary hardware store - we're also talking about a specialist store here. The product quality is correspondingly - you can't compare it with that from a hardware store! What is particularly positive is that Hüttemann “works together” with many craftsmen from the region. We commissioned our craftsman separately, we bought the wood ourselves from Hüttemann and the craftsman then picked up the wood there and brought it to us on the day it was laid. Super Service! We didn't have any major hiccups with the transport. Great! For our sliding glass door, Mr. Hüttemann sent one of his installers along with the door. He installed the door professionally. Perfect. A little tip for visiting on site: We were there on Saturday and looked at the exhibition. Saturdays are of course very busy - and if you want advice you should bring some time. But even under stress, all employees are consistently friendly, committed and respond to customer requests. Hier wurde nicht einfach der Boden in die Wohnung geklatscht - nein, es wurde regelrecht zelebriert und er hat sich Gedanken gemacht, wie man Hürden am elegant nehmen kann - so daß das Endergebnis schlicht und ergreifend man nur als „elegant“ bezeichnen kann! Auch bei Fragen wären der ausführenden Arbeiten haben Sie, Herr Gärtner, mir nie den Eindruck vermittelt, ich würde stören oder würde dumme Fragen stellen - hier bei Ihnen werde Kundenfreundlichkeit und Service gelebt und nicht nur angepriesen!
