My wife and I were on a hunt for the best German restaurant in town. This came up on the radar so we thought we'd try it out. Upon entering we heard Croatian music and many items on the menu were of Balkan decent. Turns out the place is run by some very friendly Croatian people! The menu is a mixture of some classic German and Balkan food. The food itself was amazing and it goes to show that many times influences from other parts of the world can make the local cuisine taste even more amazing! The service is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

THE place to go when you are in Stuttgart. My wife´s Family has been coming here for 40 years now. They even have take out. Highly recommended!!!

Found this gem of a restaurant by chance while leaving Stuttgart. What a terrific surprise! Wonderful warm hospitality and tasty dishes served in generous portions. Will be returning again when visiting the city next time. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The food was amazing and the staff was very considerate. We tried a plate for two and loved it. We eat a lot and there was more food than two people could eat. Three people could reasonably share it. Additionally, the quality and diversity of the grill was fantastic.

I went here early in the day with 2 people. Service is very prompt and friendly with good English as well as German. The food is good, but it could be great. Had steak with Spatze and a Putenschiztle. Both were very good but I feel if the menu was smaller and guided you more towards a few specialties they could serve only what was great. The atmosphere is quaint with a traditional setting, very cozy and easy to sit back after dinner and have some drinks. Good food, great service, great price.

Good schnitzel and good french fries.
