Waiting almost an hour for food via drive thru, takes almost 20 minutes for 1 car to move when the restaurant is empty. It seems like there is only 1 person working because the speed is tragic, this is no way a fast food restaurant.

After cheesburger at evening, got do deal with 38.7 temperature next day, food poisoning. Not recommended at all

This is fast food restaurant. The fries was old and nasty. The customer service was terrible i think to scream on customer is not nice at all.

Long queues in drive, usually have to wait 7 to 10 minutes for one cheeseburger. Not recomended

Food is good , usually not very crowded, though service is miserable, waiting time is abomination, and I get it you have to as a staff member finish drive in orders first but there is live indoors line and u keep them waiting for 10min until they can order + extra 20min until u finish some more drive on order. It's Miserable, does hesburger think he's restaurant these days so teaching his staff members to serve like that? Sad. - definitely lost its trade mark as a cheap and fast food place.

Works until 10pm, but at 9pm starts cleaning and doesn't take take orders.

Standard fast food place a bit cheaper than McDonalds but smaller portions
