The
only
difficulty
we
have
writing
this
review
is
knowing
where
to
start
with
the
compliments!
Masia
Mas
Coll
is
a
beautiful
venue.
It
has
a
lovely
courtyard,
great
dining
hall
and
the
most
authentic
and
traditional
cellar
and
bar
for
our
guests
to
party
in.
The
Masia
has
recently
been
refurbished
and
it
is
of
the
highest
standard.
It
is
also
located
within
easy
reach
of
Barcelona
and
we
recommend
that
guests
stay
there
rather
than
Alella.
Sandy
(lots
more
about
her
below!)
helped
arrange
transport
and
it
was
a
very
smooth
process.
It
rained
on
our
wedding
day
and
so
we
had
our
ceremony
in
the
cellar
and
although
we
were
initially
disappointed
with
the
weather,
the
cellar
is
a
very
intimate
and
romantic
setting
(See
photos
attached
if
you
don’t
believe
me!)
and
it
made
for
the
perfect
ceremony.
The
food
was
of
the
highest
quality
and
there
was
an
abundance
of
it.
The
hors
d’oeuvres
were
delicious
and
creative.
We
had
separate
stations
for
cheese,
olives
and
a
mimosa
bar.
We
also
had
a
jamon
leg
and
a
server
dedicated
to
slicing
it
which
our
guests
loved!
The
main
course
was
delicious
(we
had
refreshing
lobster
salad
starter,
perfectly
cooked
steak
main
and
light
yet
luscious
chocolate
mousse
dessert)
and
the
only
problem
we
had
was
deciding
what
to
choose
during
our
tasting
which
was
a
fantastic
experience!
The
cake
was
also
a
spectacle
with
sparklers.
It
sounds
over
the
top
but
it
maintained
an
aire
of
originality
and
fun
throughout.
With
regards
to
drink,
the
servers
ensured
that
all
of
the
guests
constantly
had
a
full
glass
and
were
extremely
generous
with
how
much
alcohol
was
being
served
during
the
cocktail
hours,
dinner
and
the
party.
With
regard
to
decor,
the
venue
has
an
abundance
of
beautiful
pieces
with
lovely
decor
items
to
accompany
them.
They
will
arrange
all
of
this
for
you
and
they
have
absolutely
amazing
taste
(sandy
especially)
-
nothing
appears
tacky
or
over
the
top
Now
about
Sandy...she
really
is
the
star
of
the
show!
You
will
not
find
a
more
helpful
co-ordinator.
From
the
very
beginning,
Sandy
accurately
sold
us
the
benefits
of
Masia
mas
Coll
and
it
surpassed
all
of
our
expectations.
She
kept
in
touch
throughout,
she
is
extremely
organized,
kind
and
generous.
She
also
proved
she
was
an
expert
as
she
advised
on
a
number
of
ideas
and
proposals,
which
in
the
end
turned
out
to
be
perfect.
Sandy
is
very
proactive
and
helpful!
We
felt
that
whenever
we
were
forgetting
something
Sandy
would
step
in
and
remind
us
that
we
had
a
decision
to
make.
Given
that
English
is
our
first
language,
having
Sandy
as
a
middle
man
also
helped
with
a
number
of
aspects
of
the
planning
and
contacting
local
vendors.
She
really
goes
the
extra
mile,
even
collecting
a
package
that
my
mom
sent
to
the
wrong
address!!
Importantly,
she
had
a
calm
demeanor
-
when
things
weren’t
going
to
plan
due
to
rain
she
remained
extremely
calm
and
did
everything
in
her
power
to
reassure
me.
In
my
case
she
pulled
out
all
of
the
stops
and
made
the
plan
B
option
absolutely
stunning.

The
Masia
also
put
us
in
contact
with
a
number
of
local
vendors.
Sandy
helped
us
rent
some
specific
chairs
that
I
really
wanted.,
which
turned
out
beautifully.
We
used
Bancells
for
flowers
and
their
output
was
amazing,
both
for
the
table
centre
pieces
and
bouquets
for
the
bride
and
bridesmaids.
Honestly,
you
could
not
make
a
better
choice
than
having
your
wedding
at
Masia
Mas
Coll.
All
our
guests
could
not
have
been
more
complimentary
and
we
genuinely
had
the
greatest
day
of
our
lives
there.
